DO NOT WASTE ONE MOMENT OF YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY! I CONTACTED THEM OVER A WEEK AGO. THEY GAVE ME A QUOTE OVER THE PHONE AND I FULLY EXPECTED THEY WOULD COME AND PICK UP MY CAR JUST AS THEY HAD TOLD ME. TODAY AFTER MANY POSTPONEMENTS, I CONTACTED THE OWNER TO GET A NEW ETA AS THEY WERE LATE ALREADY FOR THE TIME I WAS GIVEN BY 2 HOURS. THE OWNER TEXT ME BACK AND SAID THEY'D HAD A DRIVER OUT HERE AND THEY HAD CALLED ME AND IT WENT STRAIGHT TO MY VOICEMAIL. ODD, AS I WAS EXPECTING THEM AT SOME POINT SO I HAD MY PHONE WITH ME ALL DAY AND IT NEVER RANG. AT FIRST I GAVE THEM THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT AND I ACTUALLY CONTACTED THREE DIFFERENT FRIENDS & HAD THEM CALL ME TO TEST MY PHONE LINE- WHICH OF COURSE WAS WORKING PERFECTLY. I THOUGHT WELL MAYBE THEY CALLED THE WRONG NUMBER SO I CONTACTED THE GUY BY CALLING HIM. UPON REACHING HIM HE TELLS THE SAME -STORY THAT THE CALL WENT STRAIGHT TO VOICEMAIL THEN HE ALSO SAID HE HAD TRIED TO CALL ME A COUPLE OF OTHER TIMES LATER. I HAVE WASTED A WEEK WITH THESE PEOPLE. SO, DO YOU THINK THAT HE EVER CALLED ME IN THE FIRST PLACE? I'LL LET YOU BE THE JUDGE. SMH

What a great experience! Talked with Jonathan one day and he was able to squeeze us in the next day to save us extra $ for car at towing company. Driver who picked up our car waited with us while tow company had to call driver in and rearrange cars to move ours out. Thank you for all your help!!!Seamless and easy experience.

10 STARS! I looked these guys up last minute, I called they answered right away, when I text they respond immediately. Asked them to pick up my junk car and they arrived thirty min sooner. Did a quick glance over and my old faithful Sasha was gone. She was a great Jeep liberty lasted many many many years from 2007. Thank you so much for your help and kindness guys.
