I was impressed with the great job Uptown did to fix my back bumper, I wasn't sure which body shop to take my car to after I was rear ended. Ms Regina reached out to me and gave me the assurance I needed to know that my car will be restored back to normal, finished job was a job well done. I would refer others to the body shop.

They gave me back the car with the spoiler and rear bumper not well put and i noticed when i wash it at the car wash their were little white dots that look like sombody painted it next to a white car i dont know who watches their workers here but they did a horrible job

Was an absolute nightmare dealing with these people. Stay away from this place. Really horrible customer service, they never answer their phone. They were even suppose to refund my deposit that I put down for a rental. Took them almost a month to give it back to me and thats only after i called to remind them of it. Otherwise they were going to keep my money. And even then, it took them another week to give me my refund.

I took my car there . My car sit there over 6 weeks , everyday they tell me tomorrow !! Finally I found that my car got damaged there by their town truck and they refused to pay for repairs!!! They done the worse job I ever seenThis place is the worse business I ever deal with don t take any businesses there!!
