Mickey who works at the front desk is a completely inappropriate and unprofessional . Front the time I was there dropping off my car I heard her telling the office moms about another customer asking about the cost snickering nastily about customers in front of new ones. Myself and my sister have been hung up on numerous times, or they said we would get back then we don t hear back until we call. My car was dropped off on 11/22 delays or not, the extreme lack of communication about delays and a new pickup date is perturbing. They barely updated the insurance, leading them to believe my car was done and the rental would be returned when my car was still not done. My car was dropped off without battery or wiper fluid issues from the accident; yet they had my car for weeks and suddenly before my pick up date new things are breaking. I m truly shocked how unprofessional everything was handled, I would never recommend anyone bringing their car here. Makes sense they were the only shop with availability to take cars in and others are booked out for weeks.

For me I found their work to be disappointing given they had 2 weeks after the insurance agreed to pay to do the work. The hood gaps are not even, there is a bolt stripped on the headlight, when they gave the car back to us the lug bolt covers where sitting in the cup holder and the headlight bulbs didn t match. Plus, the car now pulls likely fixable with an alignment but that should have been done when the adjusted the frame. On the plus side the people where very nice to work with.

I had the best experience at service king. My Chevy traverse needed body work. They got us in and ordered the parts, completed the work and got my car back To me in less than four days. They also were able to order roof rails and installed them for me while it was being repaired. They even cleaned the inside and outside of my car and were so nice and knowledgeable to work with. Store manager Kayla efficiently did my estimate and then spent 30 minutes of her time working with Enterprise to get me a rental, that Enterprise had confirmed , but did not have ready. She called several Enterprise locations and got me a truck and had it delivered to Service King. She performed outstanding customer service, all with a smile.Harold D. I just had the best customer experience with Kim that I have not had in a long time. I had a piece of trim needing to be reattached after it was pulled off my car at a car wash. I made an appointment with Service King. After Kim had a chance to view the work needed, she suggested they take a quick look at in the service area. Since there were no damage parts needed, she was able to have it reattached on the spot right away. I could not be happier with my experience with Kim and Service King. Weird set up. I dropped by to get a quote and they basically said we will send you a link and you can take photos and send to use . The scratch was pretty small so honestly they were not going to be able to quote on that. The Carwise app they make you use isn t very friendly. Compared to the other 3 quotes I received (all three walked out, looked at the car, photos, provided a written quote) it just seemed like I was going to be an inconvenience to them which just ended it for me.

If you want an accurate quote for body damage and your insurance company recommends Service King I would find another option. They take about 5 minutes to look at the vehicle and just send pictures to an office. Never looked under the hood, or lifted the vehicle to look for hidden damage. Several parts were not accurate in their estimate.

We were rear ended at a stoplight in our brand new GMC Yukon. The insurance company recommended Service King which we had never used before but after this experience I will never go anywhere else. The repaired our vehicle perfectly and restored it to its original new lookand feel and finished the repairs exactly when they said they would. They also have a great relationship with the rental car companies so I was able to leave the rental car at their shop when I went to pick my car up.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My experience at the Service King in Matthews was wonderful from start to finish. I took my car to this location to get repaired after getting into a minor accident. Rick was my first point of contact and he walked me through the entire estimate process and made sure I knew everything that Service King intended to repair. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and provided great service. My car was completed in the time frame they gave me up front and I found the text messages to be a great way to keep clients updated on the repair status. I would definitely recommend!

They did a wonderful job in repairing my car. My front and rear bumpers needed to be replaced and they did a great job in doing so. They brought my car back to showroom status. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because they weren't able to get the job done in the time that they originally said they would. They told me why and I understood. But I had to wait a few more days. Other than that, they are an excellent company to get your car fixed! They can text you to let you know how far along they are in the process with your car. You can call them and they can let you know what's going on with your car. They are real friendly!

If you are looking to take your vehicle to them, don't hesitate! The staff was wonderful. Fromthe gentleman that towed my car to Ms.Tracy that made sure I was informed about anything that was missing and even the progress of my car. I also loved how i kept getting text messages informing me of the progress and estimated time of my rapairs. Thank you for the fantastic job you did - my car looks good as new! Tracy Sloan was excellent with her communication throughout the process. All work was even completed a day ahead of schedule. I was so worried about price gouging because my car is a Tesla (as this happened to other people at other repair shops), but thankful that this did not happen.Great results, great communication and reasonable cost - I couldn t ask for anything more. Service King certainly deserves the 5-star ratings I ve seen online. My family will be back for any auto body repair needs in the future!

My experience with Service King went very smoothly. Everyone I dealt with was extremely nice and very helpful. The service work was executed as expected.I m thankful to have my car back. It looks as good as new! They even hooked me up car wash by hand.

This was my first experience needing body work for a fender bender I had.Tracey was excellent, she walked me through the entire process and helped makes sense of it all. Scheduled appointments don t mean anything to this business. Their excuse is sorry we overbooked and now can t take your car in even though we agreed on a specific date and time for a repair . Super unprofessional

I've been in Customer service for almost 10 years and this has been the WORST EXPERIENCE imaginable! I don't even know where to start.. Had my truck sitting for months (Took in Feb 3 and did not get truck back until April 28th) while waiting on parts and poor communication.. During those three to four months my personal item was stolen by one of their workers who evidently moved my bag and knew exactly where it was (he moved it and put it somewhere where he only knew where it was) Lastly they're (warranty program) is completely bogus.. They do not honor anything with warranties so be aware of fine print and wording.. I will never come back here or would not advise anyone to do business with this shady place of business! It's a shame I'm having to ponder to take legal matters just to get something fixed on my truck that occurred under their supervision and possessionServices: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding, Air conditioning

This place fixed my car after I was sideswiped. They do a beautiful job. My car looks new again. I would recommend them highly. This is the 2nd time they fixed my car. The staff is attentive and friendly. They worked fast to get my car back to me during the holidays. I highly recommend Service King!!!This is our third service performed by Service King. I cannot praise them enough for the quality of job that they performed on our cars. In addition to stellar quality and expediency they have an arrangement with Enterprise Rent-a-Car, which is about a mile down Monroe Road, where Enterprise Rent-a-Car person brings a car to Service King (in case you need it). Once the repairs are done you just drop the rental right at Service King.In addition, Tracey, who represents Service King on Monroe Rd. does a wonderful job explaining the minute details of repairs and keeps you well informed on the progress of the job.Thank you, Tracey and Service king!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

While driving in an urban location, my wife was unable to avoid a large deer. The deer disappeared not to be seen again . The impact caused significant damage to our 2019 Avalon. Fortunately the air bags did not deploy and my wife suffered no injuries. However, the Avalon s sensors immediately told a different story: front camera and sensors, head lights cracked and broken, grill pushed in, hood buckled, cracked paint. Service King took this mess and restored every item accurately, beautifully, fully tested and in a timely manner. I was kept informed as to the progress and was surprised and pleased when our Avalon was ready several days before the promised date. Yes, this was an insurance claim! As a result of the demonstrated professionalism, I have taken our second vehicle to Service King for a non-insurance covered repair. Made an appointment to have an estimate for my car damage. Apparently they just expect to take pictures and not actually lift the car and see the damage that was more underneath. I had to come back for that. The quote was based on what I had already told them. They failed to see the other things that another place told me I needed. A very commercialized and y personal place. Not to mention they are booked up for a month out!!! Wish I had known this before I wasted my time here.

The staff is awesome and genuinely care about getting you what you need. Megan was absolutely wonderful and patient dealing with my insurance company, and got my truck parts ordered asap. My truck went in at 10am and was done by 5pm! They even gave it a courtesy wash. Love this place and will use them for my future truck needs!

The most professional, satisfying experience I have ever had in 50 years of being a "car buff." From the minute I stepped through the door the manager Rick Martin treated me as if his own car needed a repair. Beyond the repair, Service King went the extra mile in returning my car in better shape than I brought it in. Almost worth getting into the accident! Highly recommend this organization to anyone. All I can say is "thanks!"

The staff here is amazing! My insurance sent my car here following an accident, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The whole team was so knowledgeable and helpful. Despite a few delays because of vendors sending the wrong part, I was kept up to date via phone calls and text updates during the whole process. The general manager Rick went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. He offered to find me a ride home when I had to leave my car in the shop, changed a burnt out tail light they came across unrelated to my accident, and investigated and patched a hole in my sisters tire when she mentioned low tire pressure while dropping me off to pick up my car. If you are unfortunate enough to be involved in an accident, bring your car to Service King Matthews for repair. The staff is delightful and caring, and you will not regret it!

It took longer than expected but the communication was excellent. Lifetime warranty is great to have because my car doesn't run as smoothly as it did before the accident but I do need some new tires. They only had to replace one of them.

Zero Communication. Dropped my car off on 2/17/20 and got a text with a link to an estimate. A few days went by, and I clicked on it, and it reflected an estimate so I assumed the car was being repaired. After 10 days went by, and the same price was listed I called checking the status on the repair. (The insurance only pays a certain amount of days on the rental). Then I found out that oh no....It's now over double the cost to repair because they "Finally took it apart" and now the car's being totaled. It took them ten days essentially to complete an estimate and tell me my 3 year old car was totaled.If you need your car back fast ( Assuming they don't total it out) might want to avoid this place. Lord only knows how long it would have taken to actually fix the car.
