This place was amazing, Jennifer Cruz took care of me today and she made sure that all my needs and expectations were met, she made sure to go beyond what was necessary. She was espectacular and I d recommend anyone that comes here to ask for her

James Powell is a snake in the grass. He'll tell one thing while doing something totally different. It's all about getting the deal pushed through with him ....Johnny Fluker is an excellent salesman. They should have him in charge of the F&I part also.

The finance personnel has us so messed up they had us on 3 different contracts for one car and then we get a letter from the state saying the plates were being cancelled because lack paper work on Scott Toyotas part it is now 3 months later and we have no tags for the car...WHAT HELL
