Absolutely one of the very best customer service and service delivery experiences I've ever had. The father-son duo at RDK were amazingly kind, attentive and communicative. They reviewed my car in detail and gave me an excellent quote and repaired my door and side panel perfectly.I can't even tell where the dents were anymore. I've had bod work done in the past, and one of the sticking points is matching paint color. These guys have have their own paint matching and mixing system and perfectly match my paint with the new work. Each time I stopped by to either drop off or pick up my car, they immediately came to greet me, and made sure I wasn't just hanging around waiting around.They explained every step of their process each and every time I spoke with them, and the followed up during the service time to let me know where they were in the process. They were able to complete this job ahead of schedule and with a smile. I really appreciate the transparency, honesty and excellent work these guys do.

The guys at RDK do excellent work, and are a pleasure to deal with! My BMW had been rear ended a couple months ago, and of all my cars, it's the last one I would have wanted to let go of. Others had looked at the damage with little confidence of repairing it without extensive cutting and welding, but when I brought it to RDK they reassured me that they could handle it no problem.Turnaround time was very good for the type of damage that it had, within a few weeks. Everything lines up beautifully and the paintwork looks excellent.Thanks again guys!

We brought our 2018 Q5 due to a front end accident we were in. At the beginning we were so worried about having to deal with repairs. Luckily I was able to get in touch with Alex and his father at RDK Auto Body, and they had my car looking like new. I couldn t be more happy with the results, and now my Audi looks as good as the day i bought it. Thank you so much guys, I ll definitely be coming here in the future.

I was involved in a front end collision in my 2019 Mercedes C-Class and was worried about having to spend and arm and a leg to repair the damage to my car. Luckily I found Alex over at RDK Auto Body and was amazed by their level of service and professionalism. In no time they took my car in, and repaired it and make it look like new. The best part was the price, which was more than fair. I was very happy to work with them, and will know where to come in case of any unfortunate events in the future.

Car got into an accident from a friend driving, thought the car was going to be totaled, but RDK knew exactly what to do to take car of me. Working with RDK was a pleasure. I was extremely impressed with every aspect of the they way they do business. My daughter backed into my son's car pulling out of the driveway. I was turned away or given estimate appointment times 2-3 weeks out from other body shops and major collision centers, especially when they heard I will not be filing an insurance claim for this repair. RDK saw me the same day, gave me an estimate to replace the front bumper and a head light. The estimate was very fair, no extra hidden fees and excessive labor charges. Less than a week later, the parts was delivered and installed!! The paint color matching was perfect. Wow! One very happy customer here! The quality of the job was excellent, customer service - exceptional! Alex and his dad are very pleasant and do a great job! Highly recommend this shop for the quality of their work and customer service! Not to mention, they are local small business and I am a big supporter!

RDK was great! My parents got into a fender-bender and needed every section of the driver-side of their car repaired, but we didn't want to file an insurance claim. RDK shopped a part for us to make sure we were getting the best deal. They gave us a very fast an fair quote on the spot and that was exactly what we paid for the service.When the car was completed, that side of it looked brand new! Very, very happy with the results. We will use RDK for all future auto bodywork. Thanks to Alex who was especially great at customer service!

The gentlemen over at RDK Auto Body did a great job on my 2023 Toyota RAV4. I came to them with damage on the front end, and they were quick to take me in and repair my vehicle. Not only did they give me a great price, but they were also very fast. All the other shops were giving me outrageous prices but RDK Auto Body were very fair and honest. It is very rare to find a good and honest body shop, and as a plus they are family owned! Thank you so much RDK Auto Body, I will know where I will always be going from now on!

My sister recommended RDK simply based on their customer service, and she was right. Not only did they do a great job replacing the driver s and repairing the bumper but the communication in keeping me updated on ordered parts and completed work was top notch. Rare these days. I now have two cars repaired by RDK Auto Body. First my 2019 Mercedes GLC, which Ion and Alex completely repaired the front of my daughters vehicle to make it look brand new. Top notch quality, amazing paint match, as well as quick completion time and great communication. Second is my wife s 2023 Toyota Sienna, which is in the process of having its rear end repaired. Once again, I am receiving all updates and communication regarding the repairs, and I am 100% sure I will be satisfied with their work once more. Father and son company, will be bringing all my cars to them in the future. Thank you so much guys!

Wow, I can t put into words how happy I am with the work I had done. Paint looked fantastic. Alex was kept in contact with me and made sure things were done the way I wanted. I recently visited this auto shop to get a door fixed, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. The staff was prompt, professional, and clearly knowledgeable about their work. Not long ago I got into a terrifying head on collision in my brand new 2022 dodge Ram 1500. I was scared of what the repair process would be because I did not have the experience of dealing with insurance. As soon as I called RDK Auto Body my worries were swept away. Alex not only took care of everything with my insurance company, but also took the time to explain every step of the process to me so that I can be ready for anything in the future, and even waived my deductible so nothing came out of my pocket! Not long after I brought my truck in for repairs, it was looking brand new and ready to the road again. Luckily I haven t had the bad luck of getting into another collision, but I will know exactly where to go if I do. RDK Auto Body Rocks!

The guys at RDK were amazing! They were able to get my car in the day after I called (and I called at 5:10 pm). They took care of the insurance, including an adjustment to the original estimate I got from the insurance company. They handled everything for me. The car looks beautiful. I had few scratch on my new car, compare 3 different shop and end up choose RDK because the time and price, other shop gonna take 7-10 day, but RDK told me only need 2 days.......... they did not disappoint me, on time and great work, also very friendly and professional, would recommend it, thanks.

He painted hood of my car 6 months ago and now the paint is pulling off.I tried to talk to him, the man completely ignored me and was rude. I don't recommend it. Idk what to do now. It was my last money can t work for Uber with this kinda far

RDK auto body is no doubt the best contractor I ever worked with. My 2005 camry got a pretty big dent in trunk lid and a misaligned rear bumper due to collision impact. They provided a decent quote so I hired them to fix it. I only expect them to make the dent smoother and repaint, but they actually replaced it with a new lid. I was totally amazed by the outcome. The only negative side of it is they made the car so perfect I have to drive it for another 10 years, missing a good reason to buy a new car! Now my 18 year old camry looks like new (thanks to RDK auto body), and drives like new (thanks to Toyota). So what s common between RDK and Toyota? Trustworthy business, excellent service, superior quality, fair price, and high customer satisfaction!Services: Painting, Body & Trim
