I just recently purchased a second Hyundai at the Keffer location. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and non-pushy. My sales associate, Paul was so down to earth and checked in after I purchased my car to make sure everything was going well with the vehicle. The finance associate, Eden, kept things transparent and didn t try to persuade me into adding on any features I didn t really truly need. I would confidently recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a Hyundai!

I recently experienced the best service I've ever received, spanning over 8 years. The provider offered free state inspections, replaced remote control batteries, and managed to fix the start/stop button without the need for a part replacement. The service lady and her technician were outstanding! Their professionalism and expertise have made me seriously reconsider whether I should buy another Hyundai. Exceptional service like this truly sets them apart.Keep up the good works.

Worst experience ever! I will never deal with Keffer Hyundai again and will certainly advise friends and family to stay clear of this dealership. My husband and I were sold a service loaner with less than 10k miles. We noticed an unusual smell and the salesman, Christian advised he had the vehicle sanitized due to being a service loaner, and the smell should go away in 3 days. Well it did, but we found out why because the vehicle had been smoked in. I have a medical condition that affects my breathing, therefore I needed to find another vehicle. I contacted our salesman who advised he will reach out to management to see what they can do. In the meantime, I purchased an ozone purifier to try my best to eliminate the smoke smell along with a diffuser with no luck. I contacted our salesman again after waiting one month for him to get back with me. He had no interest in helping me. I made numerous attempts to try to work with this dealership, left several messages for the sales manager, I asked for the general manager and no one returned my call. Therefore, we decided to take our business elsewhere to find out the vehicle we purchased from Keffer Hyundai was involved in an accident! My husband and I were floored to find this out because no one from Keffer Hyundai informed us that the vehicle was involved in an accident. We were under the assumption that this was a service loaner vehicle that was practically brand new! Keffer Hyundai is a dishonest dealership! I've read several reviews from previous customers who have experienced this same problem. They also have several complaints with the BBB. My advice to anyone looking to purchase a new or used car from this dealership take your business elsewhere! We did and another Hyundai dealership took very good care of us! They contacted Hyundai directly regarding our situation, and we are now proud owners of a new 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe!

I took my Genesis GV60 in to be serviced. The check in process is very smooth. However, my car was kept for over 2 weeks, with no communication from the service rep at all. And even then, I had to call THEM. Left a voice message twice with no call back. I finally called and held on the line until I was able to speak with someone. This was for fairly minor service. The work seems to have been good, however, communication needs improving.

I honestly didn't want to leave a negative review however the service here was terrible. Not only was the work done on my car unacceptable, but my license tag was stolen while in their possession. ( 2/22/24-3/11/24) 18 days to replace a hub cap, fix the car door handle, and to replace a break light. Dezera Hartis is the only reason why I did not holler, fuss, or cuss. I'm happy to have had Dezerai as my service advisor however I'm extremely overwhelmed and disappointed with this location. I spent 194.86 on a Hub cap replacement only for them to say its appearance is due to the wheel lock that was on the tire. I can't believe my license tag was stolen while in their possession, this is unacceptable and someone should be held accountable!!

Probably the easiest and fairest car buying experience I've ever had. I've bought many cars over the years and Cameron Sission made it as easy as I've ever seen. Very fair price and super professional. The rest of the team was top notch as well. I would absolutely buy from them again!

Out of state reviewer - two vehicles, two different purchases. If we could give 10 stars, we would. We live about 7 hours away. My husband found Keffer six months ago and had a fantastic experience purchasing his Genesis G90. In August of 2022, I ordered a 2023 White Palisade at my local dealer in TN. After many issues, negligence of the staff, and paying them $1000 just to order the vehicle, it was finally delivered with a recall, and they would not sell it to me. This was a devastating blow after wasting an entire year of my life going back and forth with my local dealer. Keffer was quickly able to step up and took care of me without hesitation. They quickly ordered the vehicle, a 2023 Palisade Calligraphy, white on white. I worked with George, and he was a great source of communication throughout this entire process. Upon my arrival, he and the team at Keffer Hyundai already had the vehicle detailed, full tank of gas, and was waiting for us as soon as we walked in the door. If you want the ultimate VIP treatment, you need to come to Keffer. George did a fantastic job illustrating all the amazing features of this vehicle, and the gentleman who did my financing was incredibly exceptional, professional, and efficient. This experience is exactly what people are looking for. This vehicle was a milestone for me, and the warm atmosphere Keffer provided was the cherry on top. They were incredibly respectful with our time and totally conscious that this was MY vehicle, not my husbands. As a woman, this gesture goes a long way. Overall, their vehicles are quality, their customer service is unmatched, and we will continue to work with Keffer going forward. You can't beat it - we traveled twice for two different experiences. It's totally worth it. Thank you, Keffer, and thank you, George, for making my dreams come true!

We worked with Sean Hadley to get a car for our son. We told him exactly what we were looking for and he immediately went to work to find what we wanted.Though the exact car we wanted wasn't in the lot at the time, he secured one for us and we picked it up a day later.He was efficient, personable and not overly salesy. He explained all the details about what we would need to bring, what we would need to do for our trade in, and basically wrapped the car in a bow.Overall, very positive experience and we would recommend both Sean and Keffer to anyone looking for a car.

The experience on Mar 2, 2024 will be a moment that last a lifetime. This is the second Hyundai Ive purchased from this location. Levi was the Hyundai dealer who assisted my needs and concerns. Levi went over and beyond making sure that I was secure with my decision. Levi has a team player by the name of James. James shared the same integrity that Levi inspired me with. I'm a woman of integrity and could feel how devoted they were making sure I received a vehicle that could benefit me. Levi, James, and Eden (Finance Manager) provided me with information for longterm financial stability goals. They all secured my decisions with equity gains and financial growth for the future. I appreciated them all taking the time to service me. I experienced a horrible hardship that exploded in 2022- the hardship effected my life tremendously. I was able to spend time with them explaining my troubles- they made me feel secure. I know everyone has to make a sell in order to get paid- HOWEVER, I felt it was deeper than that. They all made me feel safe in my decisions as well as providing me with so many accommodations! Thanks to Levi, James, and Eden for a great experience!!

We drove almost 2 hours for a very specific vehicle and it was worth every mile! We worked with Dony over the phone, he went above and beyond to get the vehicle ready for us. At the dealership we worked with James, he was very helpful and didn t mind that he had to stay a little late to wrap everything up. I can t remember the finance man s name but he was great too! Overall very impressed, no complaints at all.

I had an unpleasant experience. Sales associate was disrespectful and condescending, he left me waiting at table in 20-30 moms intervals. Then he tried to shame me for trying to negotiate the price and then tried to shame me again for being willing to go buy new since their used price was too close to new. I left and bought a car somewhere else. The sales guy was a monumental shmuck.Don t expect to be treated with respect or courtesy here. Steer clear of this place go buy off of Carvana or something.

Jacinda was extremely helpful in setting up a new account and scheduling me quickly for an appointment. Darren got me checked in quickly and gave me a good idea of when the work on my vehicle would be completed. Work was completed even earlier, which was terrific and picking up the vehicle was simple. The only negative was that I was contacted 3 times about selling/trading-in my vehicle, which may be standard procedure, but once, maybe twice should be enough.

TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. Warning to car buyers: First off, I rarely leave poor reviews, but I will never buy a car from Keffer again and hope you read this and come to the same conclusion.UPDATE: Not only has Keffer failed to reimburse me for the brakes (detailed below), after nearly 60 days they still have not registered my car because they sold it without having the Title secured. THIS IS ILLEGAL and I am now weighing legal options.Keffer does not stand behind their used cars. I recently bought a 2021 Toyota Supra here (not a cheap car). I didn t haggle them and paid the full price ($48,500) they were asking. I test drove the car and everything seemed normal enough, and the car only had 3,500 miles on it. On the way home, I noticed the car had really squeaky brakes and didn t want to stop smoothly. I immediately reached out to my sales person who advised me to take it to Toyota. Keep in mind, Keffer included a short warranty on the car at no cost when I bought it.Toyota had to replace the entire brake system. The rotors on the car were badly scored, the pads were glazed, the fluid had been heat cycled aggressively and needed replacing also. All things Keffer should have caught and rectified when they inspected it. This cost me $1,800 and I ve included pictures of the receipts.Thinking Keffer would do the right thing and reimburse me, I didn t sweat it too much. Three weeks later and I ve received no phone calls, been treated poorly via text communication, and basically told it s my problem. I know there are always risks with used cars, but would caution anyone to use as much scrutiny as possible before buying one from these guys. I wanted to tell my story and let you decide for yourself.I m giving one star back because the sales guy and the finance guy I worked with were both decent to work with. If someone at Keffer sees this and rectifies the situation, I ll happily update this review.

I purchased my new 2024 Hyundai Kona from Keffer. Hyundai and Sebastian was a fantastic salesman! Wasn t too pushy to put me in a car. I did not want and definitely did everything he could to get the deal that I needed at the monthly rate, I deserved!my whole experience through this dealership has been great. This is my second vehicle with this dealership and I m sure once I m ready for a new one. I will definitely come back! Thank you again to Sebastian and the whole team for providing such an incredible experience!

Scheduled an appointment in advance for an oil change and tire rotation and still had to wait 2 hours. Would expect this wait as a walk-in but not for a scheduled appointment. During my wait, I received a digital message stating that 5 additional services were critically needed on my vehicle (all totaling over $1000). 2 of these services had already been completed at a Hyundai dealership less than 5 months prior, 1 of the services had just been completed less than 2 months prior when I purchased new tires. I declined all the "critically recommended" services and when I received my receipt, my car print-out showed every section in "green" with no issues and the technician said everything looked great and there were no issues seen with the vehicle. Interesting since the digital message I received had stated there were 5 critical issues with my vehicle. Definitely won't be returning to have my vehicle serviced here since they obviously attempt to scare customers into having expensive services completed on their vehicles that are absolutely not needed. Not sure if they targeted me as a clueless customer because I am female or if they treat all their customers this way.

The dealership salesman attempted to upsell me, and tried convincing me that my 2017 Hyundai ELANTRA, in pretty good condition, was worth only about $2000. However, during a promotion, they suddenly offered me the exact value of the car, making it seem like a deal. I don't appreciate pushy dealerships, and when I expressed the need to think about the offer, the salesman's attitude changed drastically. It took him 30 minutes to retrieve my keys, and every time he brought them, they were from the car we test drove, not mine. I hope they train their salespeople to treat customers better, regardless of their decision on an offer.

People were nice, but Hyundai had car for over two months (waiting on new engine). When it was finally ready, we dropped of the loaner - cleaned inside & out and full of gas. Picked up our car - it was very dirt inside & out, and 1/4 tank of gas. One of these things is not like the other.No explanation/info on what was done (new engine kind of a big deal). Paperwork we were given does not say what was done. It was a multi-point inspection with recommendations on what needed addressed, with estimates. Helpful, but incomplete IMO.

I wish I could leave 100 reviews because this dealership deserves all the praise. I primarily worked with Bowe and Chad and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. From start to finish Bowe was amazing. I've never met someone so personable and willing to go out of their way to make sure you get exactly what you want in a car! Chad was just as amazing! He worked extremely hard to get me in the car I chose and wouldn't stop until it worked out. Not only did they make the entire process hassle free, they made the experience fun. I almost want to go back to buy another car, that I don't need, just because of them! I also worked with Levi, James, Brian, and Jeremy! They were all extremely kind and helpful. Even the owner, Gabriel, came and spoke with us and he couldn't have been nicer. This dealership is more than just your typical car sales, it feels like a family that really has your best interest at heart! Don't waste your time going anywhere else! They have a customer for life in me and my family!

Purchased a vehicle from this dealership in December of 2023. Got a letter two weeks ago from the NC DMW stating that there was a lapse in liability insurance coverage for my license plate that should be registered on my new vehicle, but isn't because the dealership didn't send the title work in so now I'm driving around in expired registration from the state because I can't get a new registration card because of missing title work from the dealership to the state. I called the dealership 5 times in the last week and no one finance manager has called me back as promised to rectify the situation. They gave great service before I purchased the vehicle now they are not even responding to me f or something messed up. I'll never do business with them again now.

Service is horrible here. Left my Hyundai Veloster (bought at this dealership) there to get diagnosed and fixed. After over 4 weeks and several phone calls, I arrived back at the dealership to check on my car. They had not even diagnosed the problem. They did not provide me with a courtesy vehicle. I ended up taking the car somewhere else because literally no one could help me.... exactly 1 year later, I get a call asking if I am bringing my vehicle in for service?! Get your systems and employees in check, and at this point stop pestering me with phone calls trying to sell me more vehicles.

I went here last week to see my options for a vehicle. I met With James Lange worst mistake. He took my information and told me he would give me call about my fiance options. I never heard from him again. I called Keffer Hyundai on multiple occasions and I still haven't received a call back. I've called his cell number left vmails and text messages no reply. I spoke with someone else about this situation and nothing. I will never attempt to due business with this dealership again. This was very disrespectful and it made me feel like my business wasn't appreciated or worthy enough.

This was my first trip to Keffer Hyundai for service. I moved from Wilmington, NC, in September, 2023. When I arrived yesterday, I was not impressed. A young man came out to my car and asked for my name. I told him my name and appointment time. I never heard from him again. I thought I was to stay by my car as when I arrived a service advisor was checking a woman for service. She stayed in her car. I thought that was what I was to do. After I was ignored I went inside. I met this terrific service advisor, John W. I told him I was new. He was so helpful. He oriented me to the service area including snacks. He gave me the approximate time for the service to finish. He was on target. He is an excellent employee!

I currently have my car there for service. I dropped it off on Friday. It is now Monday and I have no diagnosis. I tried to call several times and was never able to speak to anyone. I eventually drove there to find out what was going on. I was told my car hasn't even been looked at. Of course I do have a loaner that I am paying 50 dollars a day for. I will never take my car here again. The service advisor was rude and uncaring about my concerns. If you want to service your Hyundai, DO NOT come here!!!
