Excellent service at this shop. I was coming in town for a visit with my daughter when the check engine light came on. Once in town as I was two hours away we went online and scheduled to come in. My daughter highly recommended your store as she is a client as well. I could not be more pleased with your service and full explanation of what was needed. I waited in store for my work to be completed and it was a great experience. I will return for brakes prior to leaving town. Very professional service and couldn t be happier.

I had a flat tire and I was stressed. I came in right before they closed. James was very kind, and friendly. He fixed my tire in 30 mins. Also Anthony was very kind as well. He was able to get me in and out swift fast and in a hurry. I would recommend others to come here for your service!

Anthony was fantastic. Not only did he talk to me with respect but he actually listened to me. I am extremely happy with the services and the customer service I received. I WILL be back at this location for my next maintenance visit. Thank you. I feel safe driving my car again.

Tony and the rest of the guys that work at this location are the best! I drive 40 minutes out of my way to come to this particular location. They feel like family and always take great care and give the best service

When I found out my tail lights were out, I immediately searched and found this Firestone. Anthony, Donte and the entire crew were responsive, professional, fun and funny. If I m going to spend my money, it should be pleasant. It was a short wait and I was on the road again. Thank you! Suuz

Having a Firestone credit card was a great way to get a slow leak in a tire fixed for free. They also evaluated the car for reliability for a road trip for a reasonable price. The guy behind the counter is a big asset for Firestone. He is friendly and informative.

Good guys here. I found myself in need of tires today and not a whole lot of options or time to take care of it. I got an oil change, front end alignment, 4 new tires with roadside hazard protection. The guys were able to get everything done in less than 3 hours. Most people in the situation would have gouged on the price. I paid what they asked at the time and didn't ask any questions. After looking around on the internet I got a really good deal I appreciate honest people.

This is second time I've had nails in my tires but I had declined the warranty but that's okay every time I just couldn't afford at this time to do that on fixed income but the service is great and they were speedy

They stole a part manifold off my car replaced then with faulty parts not knowing I just had brand new parts placed on it before bringing it to them for a head gasket. They took my tires and replaced them with tires that was not on the car and I have pictures to prove yet they claim to not have corporate number etc. I ve used this location for 3yrs and the past 3 months it has gone to hell.

I ve had the best experience at this location twice now. Anthony and Tony were incredibly kind and patient with everyone they assisted while I was there. Both gentlemen took the time to explain the details of my car with me and what the best course of action was, which is something that rarely happens when I have to get my car fixed elsewhere. Firestone was very quick to repair my car and diligent in their communication with me regarding updates about the repair. I can t imagine going anywhere else in the future for my car repair. I went here today for an oil change & I believe the man that helped me s name was Anthony..? he was calling all of the people by name and was so sweet and welcoming & I was in the waiting room for a little while and I asked how long it would be and they said they didn t have the correct filter for my car so they ordered a new one from the auto zone across the street. I told them I had a doctors appointment I needed to get to and they did everything in their power to help me! They couldn t get the new filter on time so they told me to come back in half of the mileage I would use with a new filter and were so accommodating :) 10/10 recommendService: Oil change

Horrible customer service from the technician. I arrived at one Firestone an entire hour before closing. They didn t have the tire size I needed, they directed me to the Firestone in Matthews, NC. I inputted that into my GPS, and arrived 30 minutes before closing. They told me it was the other Firestone in Matthews, NC on 1601 Matthews-Mint Hill Rd. The cashier asked the technician in the back if he would be able to mount and balance the tires, and that the customer (me) would remove and replace the wheels on the trailer. He very firmly said No no no , and kept repeating himself over and over again. The cashier (Violet) was very polite and apologized. She sold me two tires for the trailer, and even helped look around to see if anyone else would mount and balance the tires for me.Because of this, I am spending the night in my truck in the parking lot until they open at 1000 tomorrow so they can mount and balance the tires. I am on the road transporting a vehicle and am not from here.The only reason this Firestone is rated 3 stars is because of Violet being so helpful l.

I have been in here once and called 4 times to follow up with the same request, needing a tire for my spare rim. Each time someone told me they would call me back when they were able to locate a tire for this rim and never did. The last person I spoke with even claimed he ordered a tire for me and it would be in within the next day or two and would call as soon as it came in. It s been 3 weeks and I have not been contacted yet. You basically have to beg for service here and even then you get nothing in return, a waste of time. I will never go back here and would never recommend them to anyone I know. Poor communication.

Came in for a noise in my car so I came in to Firestone and I needed two of my front wheels brakes changed. They gave me an estimate and I decided to go elsewhere due to the price and then adding extra things that I supposedly needed. I went to a different place to get the brakes changed and they said that wherever I went before (Firestone) has messed up my wheel power locks. Definitely do not appreciate them not letting me aware of it! Very dishonest

I worked with Tony and needed to have a slightly larger size tire installed on my vehicle but they said it was unsafe. It was well within the range acceptable by the vehicle. They just wanted to upcharge me for the tires

The maintenance is poor, and it avoids responsibility even when it is wrong. The service is completely bad. won't go twice.
