I took my car for tire rotation and they broke two of the studs on my wheels. The only explanation I got was that they broke and I will need to take the car to the mechanic to get it fixed. All the studs were perfectly fine prior to the appointment. And when I took my car for a tire repair a week before that they inspected all the wheels and don t note any damage to the studs at that time. Now I have to pay for an extra repair that I was not expecting. Never had such a bad experience with Costco Tire Shop as at this location.

The crew at the tire center did an excellent job. I came in with a ruined tire from a road side incident. I decided to replace all four as they only had a few thousand left. The crew fit me in as a walk-in. It did take a while. After a test drive I am very pleased with the installation and balancing of the tires. They also put the spare back and everything was tidy. Nice.

Waited 2 hours for tire repair on a new tire purchased there one week prior! Pressure showed incorrect from the time the car was driven home from getting the tire.Had to take it in twice just to get proper acknowledgment that it needed a repair!!

I brought brand new rims from the box for them to put tires on. They scratched 2 of the 4 wheels and had to go through the claiming process. The process was very unpleasant and was really dissatisfied of the outcome. When I bring brand new rims I expect them to be brand new. Please take a photo before you bring your car here if you care about your rims. I will recommend no one to ever get there wheels replaced here.I wish I can give 0 stars for the place.

Not going to recommend several instances the handling of the problem was poorly handled. Still love the store and the shopping no longer a tire guy there though.

Bought tires that only lasted me 35000 miles. And yes I rotate my tires. Also had one tire blow up and damage my driver side. Costco made me pay for the tire. They should have replaced all 4 tires knowing that this set was no good at no cost. Worst set tires ever! Costco might have good warehouse service but not their automotive or 3rd party services. Lesson learned don't buy tires here.

It takes 2-3 weeks to get an appt to install the tires. I checked around and they are not cheaper than other tire stores. Not sure what the apeal is?

The worst service I ve ever got from mechanics. Paid $1,200+ for 4 new tires & 2 of them had nails in them.The process of getting this fixed was worse than finding out I had 2 nails. 7+ days to make an appointment + 3-4 hour wait time EVEN AFTER I MADE AN APPOINTMENT.Awful through and through will never get tires from here again.

This tire center is full of incompetent mechanics. Costco tires have warranties and if there is a nail in the tire they are supposed to fix it for free. However, this is my 3rd time going there with this issue and a 3rd time they want to replace the tire rather then repair it. I've replaced them because they always state if you go somewhere else you are forfeiting your warranty. I'm tired of ordering new tires. I think the problem is the competency of the mechanics, not the explanations they provide. The excuses I received were always inconvensing, ex. nail is to close to the edge, nail was under angle, hole is too big and ouside of Costco repair standard. Next time I'll try a different costco tire center as I think these guys are incapable of doing anything else but replacing tires. Also, the wait time is way too long, min 3 hours sometimes even more.

The store was about to close in 10mins. I called them to let them know that i would reach a bit late. They helped me fix my flattire and kept the store open a bit late for me. Appreciate the work guys.

Was leaving work in North Charlotte and saw I had a flat tire due to picking up a screw. They were able to work me in and repair the tire without an appointment near closing time. They were nice enough to wait a few minutes past 8:30 for me to pick up the car. Thanks!

DO NOT BUY TIRES HERE! I could go on for hours but this is most important. I ordered tires to be put on from their website and when I got there they said I ordered the wrong tires. Even though THEIR WEBSITE SELECTED THEM!! They found a pair that would fit and said they would put them on. The whole process took 3 hours! With an appointment!!! They ask / demand you to have your tpms sensors replaced, then call you 3 times and continue to ask. Then they say if you don't replace all of them it VOIDS your warranty, which I'm pretty sure is not legal. Then they wouldn't refund the original web order, I would have to go to customer service. But not before I paid in full for the different tires. They would not just have me pay the difference. They dont fully tighten your lugnuts and put a sticker on your car telling you to come back and have it done after 25 miles. Spend more money and get tires somewhere else. Your time is worth it. This place is high pressure, low customer service, understaffed and not credible. They even upsold the lady in front of me by telling her the speed rating "wouldn't work for her car." That is a flat out lie. Even the lowest speed rating will work for all roads in NC. I would not recommend a woman going here alone for tires. If you just talked to Alberto, you just talked to the manager. He's the one trying to upsell all this stuff.

Spent 3 hours of waiting just for tire rotation on my car. Wanted to ask simple question and was put on hold. 11 minutes later they just simply hanged up. THAT IS RUDE

Why does it take 2 hours to change 4 tires when they tell you to come early because they are slow. I might die here.

Unkind, and unprofessional employees. I've been used Costco membership over 10 years. This is the worst Costco tire center ever.

Always the lowest price. The wait is sometimes long but I got two tires today and it was just an hour and a half.
