Don't even bother going here. They will not see you. Stopped by to see if I could just a quote for bumper. Was told they only work off of appoints only and didn't have anything until 5 weeks away! I asked again, I understand for repairs, but just got a quote its a month away?! She responded sorry but yes.. so clearly they don't need anymore business it would be a waste of time for you to try to do business with them. This is coming from a long time customer who has had them doing tons of work on different vehicles, something has changed the past couple years. Would not recommend.

Great customer service in the beginning we agreed on an allotted time to have my vehicle towed in due to an attempted theft of my vehicle. Three day prior to our agreed date they called and cancelled due to not accepting tow in's at the moment. I wish they had the decency to let me know this information before I set up a tow. I wouldn't recommend this shop to no one i know. They're so unethical.

I had an excellent experience with Classic. They did excellent work on my vehicle. Phil and Asia each kept me informed about the status of my vehicle throughout the process. I would highly recommend anyone going through insurance or not to use this shop for repair work!

Rented vehicles from enterprise. It comes up under the collision center. The staff is very nice, accommodating and helpful. I was having a very bad day and they upgraded my car for nothing. I needed to add on days and with one phone call they made that possible. Will rent from them again and will recommend to others.

I tried to get an estimate from them, they said I had to have an appointment to get an estimate on repairs. They said it would be nearly 30 days for an appointment to estimate repairs for the car! I assumed if it takes 30 days to look at the damage, it will be months for them to repair it, since other shops took only minute to give me an estimate! Customer service is only getting worse, not just this company but most companies are moving away from good service practices!Service: Body & Trim

If your vehicle needs body work and you re within a reasonable drive of this place just do it! You ll be glad that you did. Their work is excellent, their prices are good, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Lisa and Kelly made working through my insurance company absolutely pain free and kept me up to date as the work progressed. Phil and the repair team did an outstanding job and exceeded my expectations with the work they did on my Mercedes SUV. The vehicle looked like new when I picked it up. I will definitely use them again if the need arises. I highly recommend.

Great service. Honest, affordable and work with a moral compass. Not trying to dig in your pockets.Best of all they do quality work. Very pleased. Was in a pretty rough car accident. High front end damage but, salvageable. Gave me a great estimate and performed excellent work with the repairs.My car looks just like it did when I purchased it. Great team starting from the receptionist to the office guys. Worked personally with Phil. Very professional, honest, straightforward. Shot from the hip. Just down right cool.I took my car back for an issue outside the accident repairs. That s how much I appreciate these guys at CCS. Give them a try for any of your car repair needs. I had a wonderful experience with the Certified Collision Services team. They took excellent care of my Lexus NX bumper after I was hit from behind. The repairs look flawless, and their team is so friendly and easy to work with. They washed the inside and outside of my car after the repairs were done and it looked better than it did before I took it in! Don t hesitate to use this great business.

Wow! Certified Collision Services is absolutely the best. They are fantastic! I had a beautiful brand new car. Tornado winds and fallen branches caused damage to my car and I thought it would never be the same again. I had to be sure I was choosing the right auto body shop. After doing my research I went and personally spoke to Sal. He completely inspired my confidence. Their customer service is extraordinary, over-the-top! You just don t find that today. I knew I could trust Certified Collision and they didn t let me down. It s true, they have impeccable integrity, no hassle service and they really did restore my car like brand new! I couldn t be happier. I can t recommend them highly enough. Thanks, guys!

Certified collision is EXCELLENT! My neighbor told me about them, so when I needed car body repairs I got an estimate from them. They were more than $1000 less expensive than the other estimate I received. The final product was perfect! Car looks beautiful, wow!!!! They kept me updated throughout the entire process and finished the job by the date they promised. Sal managed this job for me and he was very helpful, professional and responsive. You will not be sorry using this company. Everyone I encountered there was super helpful and friendly. Five stars PLUS PLUS!!!!

Called for an appointment to get an estimate. 3 weeks. When I said I was just looking for an estimate, the girl I talked to didn't seem to care one bit. When I said, "I guess I'll just have to find someone else", she said "OK, bye". Not even an I'm sorry.On their website, the first available appointment for drop off repair is a week from now.

I am impressed with the shop's dedication to quality work. There was an unforeseen complication due to a very poor-quality, unrelated previous repair. I went to Toyota to get my car fixed the first time. That was the worst possible decision I ever made. They did an awful job. I then took it to Certified Collision Services to get fixed properly and they did above and beyond. Best choice ever. Then within the last month my sister was involved in an accident. Causing $6900. (neither were our fault). They took the best possible care of that car and it looks like it just rolled out of the factory. I will recommend this shop to any one. I now take my car there for anything and everything. I know it'll be fixed properly and up to the correct specifications. Thanks Sal and Mike for everything!!

Mark and Phil did an excellent job servicing my needs. I had previously taken my vehicle to another body shop in the area but had the WORST experience. After weeks of nothing being done to my vehicle I worked with my insurance agency to have the vehicle moved to CCS and it was the best decision I could've made. Both Mark and Phil were extremely helpful, thorough, and prompt with making sure my vehicle was repaired. I would 100% recommend CCS for all your auto body needs!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim, Brakes

Certified Collision is an excellent body shop. They do excellent work. Their team and staff has magnificent integrity. I have known my advisor (Phil) for several year's and he has the upmost love and caring spirit for his clients. I am so happy that I met him. Phil and the staff listen to their clients and take time to understand every scenario. They treat their clients with the upmost respect, honesty & dignity.

Phil and team solved a tough repair on my Honda Pilot. He worked hard to find a used hatch, same color, and installed it perfectly and at a very reasonable price. They did outstanding work! Highly recommend!

Great sincere people, professionals here, top quality repair work. Hands down, this is the best quality repair work I've ever had. I brought in a 2000 Durango, ( 17 years old ) and they repaired and painted it matching the rest of the vehicle perfectly. The paint was like glass, even better than I thought possible. These guys can paint !! Don't look anywhere else, if you want it done right, come see these folks you won't be let down. Total experience with this shop was pleasant and 100% satisfied.

I'm very happy with the repairs made to my car at Certified Collision Services. John Whelan was a pleasure to work with, and made the process very easy from start to finish. He did all the communicating with the insurance company. The work and customer service exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend them to anyone needing body work for their car.

My car looks awful. When Mark owned it it was great it is totally terrible now. The paint on my car looks terrible and they tell me they can t even buff it. If the painter can t paint well he needs to learn how to buff right now but they re telling me nobody in the shop can buff. Do not use the shop unless you don t care about your car. Certified Collision Services in Matthew s NC, did fix my car. However, it was not fixed the first time I went to pick it up.I dropped off my car on a Tuesday and they said it would be ready for pick up on Friday. The receptionist did a great job of keeping me updated throughout the repair process of my car, and even called me the afternoon that my car was ready to pick up, this is where my issue begins. The receptionist said my car would be ready at 6:00pm (right before they close for the weekend) I told her that if it wouldn t be ready they could hold onto it until all the repairs were done, but she assured me that my car would be ready for pick up.I picked up my car at 6:00pm on Friday, and all that had been done was the bumper was painted. My drivers side headlight was misaligned (which I had spoke to the tech about and he said they would fix it) and the two panels that had minor damage were not fully flush. I went back in to speak to a tech, and he told me he d leave a note and get back to me on Monday.Driving home from Certified Collision Services, I discovered neither of my front turn signals were working, both of which had worked before I left my car at CCS for work. I attempted to reach out to leave a voicemail, but you can only leave a voicemail if you have a specific extension so I opted for an email.I dropped my car off again Sunday night, called CCS when they opened Monday morning, and told them all of the things I wanted fixed.My car was ready for pickup Monday afternoon and everything was fixed.The only reason I will not be returning to CCS is because things were not fixed the first time and I had to drop my car off again in order to get things fixed properly.Other than that I had a pleasant experience communicating with the staff at CCS and when I voiced my concern directly to the tech and the receptionist my problem was fixed, but once again it was fixed, after, they said my car was ready to be picked up.

Phil did a quote for me! I have known him for many years but didn't know he was with this company. What a relief to see him as he is a good, honest guy! They are professional and down to earth - and know their stuff! I am confident that they and the entire team will do a great job on my vehicle.

I got my front bumper changed here. Excellent job done and loved the detailed cleaning being done. Also turned over the car relative faster than my previous experience with another collision center,. I would have loved to give 5 stars but communication was almost not there, i called multiple times to check on status and delivery, but again i am fine with good work with bad communication than good communication and bad work :)Thanks for taking care of my car.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Did an online quote to fix a new Subaru bumper that had the paint scuffed off to the metal. Quote was fast and easy, and half the price of other body shops in Charlotte.They did excellent work and the early online quote was accurate. Would return again.Service: Body & Trim

Mark and Cerified Collision Services are wonderful! My husband's car had a soaking wet floorboard...it ended up only being clogged sunroof drains, but they went above and beyond... They detailed the interior of the car, shampooed the carpet, and were so kind. They aren't out to nickel and dime you and you just don't come across businesses like this one anymore! We were so impressed with their service and definitely would recommend them over and over again!

Nice surprise!Going through a wreck, insurance company and repairs is a rough experience especially through the holidays. It took awhile to get parts and we should have rented a car because of how long it took.But the day I picked up my car from Certified Collision, I felt so much better. They did great work at a great price and my car was detailed when I picked it up. So it didn't feel like I was picking up my wrecked car. It was similar to the day I bought my car and picked it up. Driving away in a nice clean car made me feel like the whole 'wreck' experience was behind me.There was also a 'Thank you' note in my car.Thank YOU, Certified!

Want to take a moment to Thank Phil at Certified collision. He was absolutely awesome! .y truck needed body work after I was in an accident. I honestly didn't think my truck would look the same. Not only did it come back like it came off show room floor, but was done in 2 weeks or less! I thought it would be at least a month...
