I have recently completed the purchase of my third vehicle with Joy Tayco at Audi Charlotte in less than 2-years. She is great to work with. Ask for her by name. I will be using her again next summer for my 4th car with her. I ended up getting an Executive Package Q7 this time with the brown interior. This car is seriously badass. Best experience I ve had helping my mom buy a car. Highly recommend Kevyn, our sales associate, and Daniel-the sales manager. Even the finance guy Peppi was amazing! We loved being there and I believe Kevyn went above and beyond to really help my sweet mom. We felt so comfortable and really at home here. Thank you again-and I hope your leadership teams see this! Had an amazing experience at the Audit Charlotte dealership. Tyler was fantastic at arranging test drive, teaching about the vehicle options and features, and selling us our new Audi. The dealership was clean and comfortable and had all the conveniences you would expect of a high end dealer. The actual sales process was 1/2 the time we have ever endured previously during purchases. From start to finish, a super easy and accommodating transaction with top notch sales staff.

Netti, thank you for a great experience with the purchase of my Q5 Sportback! I came into Audi last week with a very specific criteria of what I wanted in my next car. The dealership did not have anything on the lot that fit what I was looking for that day; however, once I left, I received a call from Netti of a car fitting my description coming in. She immediately sent me a video of the car and asked if I could see it the next day. I fell in love immediately and from there made my purchase. Throughout the process, Netti was kind, attentive and communicative. I highly recommend working with her for a great experience!

Hello!Had a 2004 Mercedes S500 and sorely needed a new car. Tried Mercedes, Lexus, and Toyota dealerships; all were lacking something or felt small. Still, I was willing to settle as each had some bells and whistles I wanted. Before heading home to think it over, decided to stop at Audi and just look.I worked with Dima (Ukrainian). He was great, friendly, no car salesman sleaze. Showed me a car, told me what the car had and let me think about what the car offered. I called my husband ( I hadn t brought him since I was just looking. They couldn t hold it for me and I wasn t buying a car without my husband seeing it. Dima spoke with his manager and offered to drive the car to my house. My husband agreed it was superior to anything else we d seen.This car A8, felt so spacious, seats seemed bigger, and were more comfortable than the others. The dash board was very intuitive and user friendly. Quiet inside and pick-up was terrific. Safety features were superior also.The manager, Jeanette introduced herself (the personal touch was great, as were the snacks {Haha lol}). No pressure to buy at this dealership and didn t treated me as a woman that didn t warrant the same treatment as the men that walked in.I would use Dima anytime.Ellen P. 3/22/2024

Randy Dominguez was absolutely incredible to work with! I live in East TN but my Audi buying process was simple, easy, and efficient thanks to Randy. He was very communicative and responsive, answering all my questions via text or email (I was all over the place with communication method, and he simply adapted to me). By the time I got to the dealership several days after contacting him, he had everything ready to go, so I literally only needed to take the car for spin,sign some paperwork, and was on my way home with a new A5. He was the best salesman I have ever worked with! In the market for an Audi, I highly recommend Audi Charlotte, specifically working with Randy.

Purchased a Q3 today from Randy Dominguez with a 3yo in tow. Everyone was amazing and helpful. It s incredibly challenging to be out with a young toddler on your own when test driving vehicles and the whole team was very accommodating to not only a 3yo running around like he owned the place but also with transferring our car seat in and out of the test vehicle and back, and then occasionally running around with our young son and keeping a keen eye on him while I was reviewing and signing documents. I should stress that Randy and the rest of the associates we interacted with were friendly and I felt no pressure the entire time. The price we paid was very fair based on other offers I had to consider. Highly recommend this location and Randy.

My recent experience with Audi of Charlotte, left much to be desired, primarily due to significant issues with pricing transparency and accuracy in vehicle documentation.Initially, when I called to inquire about service, I was quoted a price, inclusive of tax. However, upon arriving at the service center, I was informed that the quoted price excluded tax and additional shop parts, which was contrary to what I was initially told. This lack of consistency and transparency was frustrating and set a negative tone for the rest of my experience.Moreover, before consenting to proceed with the service, I explicitly requested the total cost, including any potential additional charges. Unfortunately, the staff was unable to provide a clear answer, leaving me uncertain about the final expenses.Another concerning aspect of my visit was the inaccuracy in documenting my vehicle's odometer reading. The discrepancy between the stated reading of 30,000/30,008 (In/Out) and the actual reading of 29,568. As a customer, this raises serious doubts about the level of attention to detail and accuracy within this establishment. If they cut corners on something as fundamental as recording the vehicle's mileage accurately, it begs the question: what else are they cutting corners on?Overall, my experience with this car service was highly disappointing. The lack of transparency regarding pricing and the inaccuracy in vehicle documentation are issues that need to be addressed promptly. As a customer, I value honesty, accuracy, and professionalism, qualities that were sorely lacking during my visit.

Highly recommended best place in Charlotte to shop for a new Audi. We made a purchase of Audi Q5 within half day. Brendon is a great guy testing drive with us and we tried several cars, including classic and sport model. We finally decided to buy a classic model.In the meanwhile, Audi provided a great service to us, we ve asked for a polishing. Brendon contacted me on time the next day and made a round trip for my our request.The entire experience from car purchase to service is no hassle and no stress. Audi respects the decision made by customer without pushy sales. Both the sales specialist and finance manager are extremely nice and helpful to take care of everything for us.My wife and I are both very happy. We will definitely recommend Audi and Audi Charlotte to our friends.

Honestly they could be a lot better, it was very obvious that they saw me as a second rate customer due to the face that I was in an older model Audi. So much so that they refused to offer me the complimentary car wash where as they offered to hand was the car for the guy next to me he (he was driving a much newer car, still under warranty) it is unlikely that I will be revisiting this location as the north lake location is about equal distance from me. My suggestion is go somewhere else unless you are still paying them to be nice to you.Update: The "general manager" replied to my review asking me to give them a call I have called them twice and asked for the general manager and he did not pick up either time nor has he given me a call back so it looks like the give us a call we'd like to make this right thing is just for show and they actually don't care about making anything right I stand behind my previous statement. I have also updated my rating from a two star down to a one star

We love our new Audi, and Dima, our sales associate, was fantastic to work with. He listened carefully, has incredibly detailed knowledge of Audi's models, and did an excellent job of helping us choose the perfect car for us. Plus he made the process pleasant and easy - a great experience. Everyone else we met at the dealership was also very pleasant and professional. Highly recommend.

I walked into Audi Charlotte with no real goal in mind outside of just looking . But once I was introduced to Brandon and he lead me to the PERFECT car for me . It was truly a luxury experience! Brandon was NOT PUSHY at all but very welcoming and listened to what I was saying. Very down to earth and relatable. That means a lot when shopping for such an investment! Thanks B!!! It was a pleasure to buy a vehicle from Victor. He went above and beyond and was very patient throughout the car buying process (was there for several hours). Also, I was ultimately pleased with the deal both Victor and General Sales Manager Daniel was able to get me. In fact, I honestly was surprised how big of a discount they were able to give me. Would 100% recommend these guys!

The worst experience ever at a dealership for a service. They scammed me out of over 6k for repairs and never fixed the issue after assuring me that the said repairs will "definitely fix" my issue. Had problems with my vehicle starting and engine misfires. I was advised it was due to an oil leak getting into the engine which they could not provide me pictures of because that system was down conveniently. I only agreed to the repairs because my wife was pregnant and I needed a reliable vehicle to get her to and from appointments and to get to the hospital for labor. They completed the repairs and gave me the car back knowing that it was still having issues. Two days after getting the car back it won't start. Bring it right back to Audi and they advise me I have new issues wrong with the car that weren't there before the repairs to cost me an additional 2k plus. Then after further probing was advised those new repairs won't solve my issues. On top of that they broke my gas cap and disengaged my air suspension so it rides rough. Tell me they will fix it and give me prices for the repairs that should fix my problem and have completed ignored me and never reached out. I have owned 3 Audi's that I have had serviced at Biener Audi in NY and was a valued customer for over 10 years. I have never had these issues with them or any other dealership for that matter. They make me want to never own an Audi again if this is the main dealership that I would have to deal with in the Charlotte, NC area since I moved. If you want honest service from people who know what they are doing and talking about don't take your care here. Been going back and forth with them for months and all they want is money and won't even fix the problems I already paid them to fix let alone the issues they caused leaving me with no car when I needed it the most. Never again

Entire staff was very friendly and helpful. I was greeted at the door, directed to the proper person, offered coffee and snacks and received all the attention I needed. I received a detailed quote on the work that was required. The work was completed on schedule and for less cost than was quoted. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my experience at Audi Charlotte.
