This is an amazing Tire and Alignment shop. We had a flat. Cliff and Eric(i think?) put us back on the road wish ease. They wouldn't even accept a tip.You can tell they're both very experienced professionals, and they're incredibly kind and generous. The best of the best.Thank you guys we know where to go now every time we need tire work in Marshall!

Ever time I bring my car out there they keep it forever and the guy with long hair is never there working on the cars like he says he is going to I ve went there multiple times and he s not there or he s just pulling in and he basically just stands around I will not be going back to this place it s a disaster and I asked for a receipt and I found out the cliff guy gives them to his wife and she just tosses them places

I have been doing business with Cliff and his crew as long as he has been in operation . They have never let me down. They are honest and hardworking. I consider Cliff my friend and Kyle & I have known each other since he was a little boy. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their service

They were wonderful as always. I went in with a low tire light on for the second time in about a month. Eric removed the tire, discovered it was leaking around the corroded valve stem, used a wire brush to clean it thoroughly, then rechecked and the problem was solved... Saving me $65 on the new valve stem with sensor. I love these guys... Always going above and beyond and they have the best tire prices around. I highly recommend them!

These people are the best. On more than one occasion they've immediately helped me free of charge for minor issues, refusing to accept payment. Their prices are more than fair for the services they offer. Anyone who thinks the staff at this place are rude would find a problem with the pope.

I had problems with tire repair done someplace else. Clifton and the others were very friendly, took care of my tire quickly and didn't charge a lot. They did the same for two other customers while I was there. I will definitely go back to them when I need new tires.

The last time that I went here to buy 4 new tires they were very rude. Without even asking what size or type of tire I needed, I was told that they didn't have them. I was then ignored while the employee finished their phone call. I have never went back in the last two years and strongly recommend to everyone I know not to bother. The service sucks and they are not only rude but do not seem to care if they get any business or not.

Fast friendly service. I drive in the area for a living. Got a flat while working, but I was able to limp my vehicle to the shop. They had a new tire on and I was back to work in under 20 minutes. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Marshall area.

Had a bad experience with 2 front-end alignments and alignment guy never even drove vehicles after he worked on them and the refused to repair..Reason for 3 stars..HOWEVER!!!! The Gentleman that obviously makes descions refunded our money's ALL OF IT.. with no hassle. Was a pain to loose valuable time running around trying to get repaired BUT due to this guy's attitude and refund for our alignment issues I would have to recommend buying tires from him and give him 5 stars for not cheating us... that says a lot about this person...

We got the low tire pressure warning in our car and despite putting in more air, kept losing pressure. We live a couple minutes from H C Tire and they helped us out with our previous car when we needed a quick oil top-off (they did it after closing and no charge!), so we knew we had to go there for our tire.The crazy thing was once the tire was off and a thorough inspection, there was no visible leak, even under water! The thought was it might have been the clamp from a balance weight opening a small leak at the rim. Replaced with an adhesive weight, and drove around some more, only to still lose air! Drove back and the driving around must have softened the tire up enough that the leak finally revealed itself: it was a gash inside one of the treads, so basically invisible. Tire was patched and everything was perfect.However, this all revealed it was time to get new tires as the tread was getting low. Now, our car, a BMW i3, only takes one type of tire made by only one manufacturer, so pretty rare and expensive (it's electric so the money we save on gas pays for these weird tires ). HC quoted his best price and then suggested we shop around to see if there was any cheaper. We found a couple slightly cheaper prices online, but really, after how wonderful HC had already been, we were perfectly happy to pay extra to have them do the tires.Even though the tires were special order, they came less than 36 hours later and HC had them on quickly. If this could happen for our weird tires, people with "normal" tires should be even better off. While all this was happening, everybody was so friendly and fun to talk to and it was a real pleasure being there-- how often do you hear that about an auto repair shop? But it really was a great time!Admittedly, having an electric car means there's not much we need to do as far as maintenance (no oil, transmission fluid, belts, etc.), but for the things that DO need to happen (TIRES, wiper fluid, wiper blades, etc), we'll certainly be taking our car to HC Tire for all future needs! BTW, everyone there was really enthusiastic to work on our car and was glad to get some experience on a platform that will be getting more common in the coming years. Knowing that HC Tire is happy to work on both internal combustion and electric platforms is very reassuring in this world where technology is changing so quickly. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

So happy to have found this place! We were on a road trip from VA to CA when my car AC started having trouble. After asking my Airbnb for recommendations, we tried getting the car seen that morning with no luck. Everywhere was booked except HC who offered to check it out at no charge. After looking under the car and assessing the cause, they suggested getting the AC compressor pump repaired in Newport TN since everywhere in town was booked for days. I really appreciate their kindness to see us last minute for free and treat us with respect through the stressful process.

HC Tire has Excellent customer service. They are polite, respectful& do great work. They are the type of company that is always trying to give everyone that comes into their shop a GREAT experience. They do incredible work, to the point that they almost work themselves out of a job. HC is the kind of place that when u get work done on ur car, IF u notice ANY issue with ur repair& bring it back to HC, they will stand behind their work & happily fix anything that may be wrong. If there's nothing wrong they will still go over Everything. They talk to u in words/language that EVERYONE can understand. Bottom line, I will ALWAYS take my car here anytime I have an issue..
