I purchased a 70 HP, 4 wheel drive Mahindra tractor from these guys about 3 years ago. They have been nothing short of spectacular. I did not have any experience with tractors prior to this purchase. Justin spent an entire day with me on my farm showing me how to operate the tractor. The tractor is amazing and does everything I need it to do. By-Pass auto provides service that is second to none. They have the ability to do custom metal fabrication and welding, and are highly knowledgeable about the products they sell. If you are looking for a great deal on a Mahindra tractor from a dealer that provides excellent support and service, By-Pass auto should be your first stop.

They always have my chainsaw parts as needed. Also helped me repair the starting rope when I took it in for rope size.

We bought a used lawnmower from Cameron who works there. Spent $1500 on it. He told us he had just serviced the engine, that it was running great and he had just mowed his lawn with it. We got it home and drove it off the trailer. The next day it was leaking from the rear end. We messaged him and he said he couldn t do anything about the leaking. He sold it as is , evenn though he said it was in excellent shape and he had just used it to mow his lawn. Took it to a mechanic and basically the guy just threw some parts on there. Enough for us to test drive it and get it home. He also just removed the listing instead of listing it as sold. That way I couldn t review him as a seller. Do not shop at this place or ever buy anything from Cameron.

Very helpful, friendly and explanatory. Jumped out of what they were doing to help diagnose my check engine light and satisfied my wife's anxiety immediately. Gave us good advice about timing belt and fixed our brake switch so that the car would come out of park

I absolutely love this place. Definitely a 5 star business! They take care of me each time I go there, which I am so thankful for. The men that work there are so down to earth and don't look at me like I'm stupid for not knowing what I'm talking about, or looking for. (I don't know a thing about cars..) so I am extremely grateful that they help me out, and that they don't take advantage of the fact that I'm clueless lady, like most automotive places do. Shout out to Justin, who has been nothing but kind and funny! Thanks to all of you for being so amazing, I really appreciate it. I'll always recommend people to you. Thanks again! I'll see you all soon!

I don't mind paying a "fair" price for a good service which is what I feel I get at By pass. Great communication and they write down all my concerns/questions. Unlike one of their close competitors, I feel comfortable walking in the door and the work is sceduled and done on time.

Justin and company provided a top-shelf experience for my wife's purchase of a Mahindra Tractor and implements. They had three tractors at the ready when we went to try them out and were highly informed about the unique capabilities of each and patient with our questions. The prices were more than competitive with any dealer in four states. Justin delivered the tractor and all implements to our house with the tires loaded, tank full, and a detailed inspection to ensure it was ready to go. If you're in the market for a tractor or implements, I highly recommend By-Pass Automotive and Justin for a no-pressure, informative, and easy experience. Oh, and the tractor is outstanding!

I recommend By-Pass Automotive anytime I hear a friend or family member needs work done on their vehicle. Great customer service! Justin is so knowledgeable and has always been upfront and honest with me which is hard to come by- being a woman and not knowing a lot about mechanics this is very important to me. Couldn't say enough nice things about By-Pass Automotive.

Always honest and stand behind their work. I've bought many things from them over the years and will continue to do business with them. Jonsared chainsaws are top notch. Good prices on saw chains and accessories. Not many places left like this one.

The Silvers are the kind of people who keep you going. From the knowledgeable advice on which tractor model would serve us best, to the late day repair to keep my ditch digging ahead of the weather. Justin and the Crew are the picture of what a near perfect operation operates. If you want to be treated like family...go here. Please don t waste their time, they keep busy people rolling. Family owned. Great bunch of people that look out for you. Quality equipment and parts. If you're looking for a quality tractor and want knowledgeable staff and if you are in the surrounding counties (Buncombe, Yancey, Avery, Madison, or even Henderson), a trip here is worth it.

Could not ask for better service. Justin Silver (owner?) REALLY knows the meaning of customer service. I needed a Mahindra shop manual badly and it was back ordered at Mahindra USA. He tried several things to get me one and even joked he would write it out by hand if need be. Ill be danged if he didn't print off a 100+ page manual, put each page in a sheet protector and put it all in a big red binder. Then he mailed it to me without prior payment. When I did pay he charged considerably less than a plain manual. All this and not only did I not buy my tractor from him I've never even met the guy. If you need a tractor, parts or service use Bypass Automotive. I sure will from now on.

Hands down the best parts store I've ever been to five star great guys that work there the owners parts men and mechanic's all just really good poeple the service is excellent they are always there to help they have about anything you need I work in road maintenance and construction and they have got us parts serviced our vehicles and equipment we bought a mahindra tractor there and it's a awesome tractor and the service with it is very good I would recommend them to anyone cause I know they are good and honest
