I own a towing company out of Claiborne County Tennessee and we had a call in Mrs Hill, NC that I couldn t access it with a roll back. Decolas Towing came and helped me out with a wrecker. Very good company to work with and great prices as well. I would highly recommend Decolas Towing and Recovery for all of your towing and recovery needs.

I've used Decolas five times.They pretty much have a monopoly on towing in this area, but still offer great service at a fair price. Super friendly folks.

Where to start. Maybe with the super rude girl who told me she didn't have to do my any favors? What? I'm renting a truck! Or the other girl who told me I can't leave my car while I use the truck as it's a liability? What? I'm renting a truck! Or maybe I start with the owners kid blocking me in with his macho truck so I can't exit from the lot. I had to call the cops who threw handcuffs on the boy and officer Cuthall told me I can get him for kidnapping - I kid you not. Or the mother who is just completely off her rocker and runs around in a rage. Or shall I start with the side attraction - the dogs that live in a cage they NEVER leave. What? It is a complete and utter madhouse over there. RENTER BEWARE!!!!!!!

Yesterday when we were driving over the mountains my engine overheated. John from Delcola's was sent from AAA. He was kind, patient and professional. He even made sure your pup in the car was ok. He towed us to Metco in Mars Hill, where the car was repaired. I was pretty shook up, but John really calmed me down. Thank you!!

Absolutely amazing team! Fast responsive and they really care! My driver broke down in mars hill, not only did they get him a fast tow, but they also got him in a rental. Customer service like this rare and this company should be held on a pedestal. I'm from NH and wish we had service like this in New England! Definitely recommend this place for a tow. Very affordable. Kept in contact, was quick to get us, and also gave us a ride. JP was great and would use again if the need ever rose.

The gentleman was very professional and got me unstuck on a icy road. He was very busy at Wolf Laurel Ski Resort and had to pull out 30 cars before he could get to me. I m grateful for the service. I would recommend them to anyone in the area. Thanks!!!!!

This place is great with towing your car, way cheaper than a lot of places, and also I had an issue with someone I lived with, and they made sure that it got fixed, and stayed safe doing it, definitely recommend this place for sure
