I used to prefer to come here and get my oil changed. Last time I came, they of course check the air filter without even asking which I do not want them to do because it costs a fortune there. I can buy my own filter and put it in for a fraction of what they charge. I get tired of them trying to sell you all kinds of garbage you don't need. I'm also furious because when they checked the air filter they must have gotten in such a hurry, they cracked my friggin hose! So now I've had to tape it up until I get the new one. If, a big if, I eve come back there I am telling them paws off of everything but the oil. I'm positive it wasn't cracked before that because we had just looked at the filter ourselves and it wasn't cracked before I went there. It just makes me mad they try to do everything so fast and jerked it around and broke it. Go figure..Y'all need to teach your techs to do better and to be a little more patient taking the cover off so you don't do damage that your customers have to pay for.

Used to be my favorite place to go with the team of guys that used to be there. They were knowledgeable and involved me in the whole process. Now it's just these miserable people that don't say hello or smile or communicate at all. Time to find a new oil change place. She didn't even give me a chance to ask for other services, which I needed, and rushed me out of the bay. I drove 30 mins for a garbage visit. Disappointed. And they always charge an extra oil fee no matter what. Stop giving me too much oil then. Ridiculous.

I usually do my own oil changes on my Ford Truck, but found myself very busy, so I took it here to have it changed. I give the place two stars because I did get fast service for a reasonable price.Yesterday I went to change my oil myself and discovered two disappointing things. First of all they used a really small oil filter compared to the ones you get at the auto parts store. This is a V8 engine after all. If they will cut corners on the least expensive part of the oil change, imagine what kind of oil they are putting in your vehicle.Secondly the filter must have been torqued to the same ft/lbs as a head bolt on a diesel engine! It took me just shy of 3 hours to remove, if anyone knows where the filter is located on a 4.6l Ford they will understand why this was so difficult.This taught me to always do my own routine maintenance, if I want it done right.

So i called in advance to see how much a plan oil change would be because my husband is sick he usually does it. I told the lady 3x thst it was synthetic oil and type of car and quarts used she gave the price of $57 max so we headed over there. I seen on the screen it say $99. I asked again if the price is as we discussed on the phone. She finally tells no it would close to $115. Because it was synthetic oil. Yes i stated 3x on the phone that was. I guess they assumed i would just pay it after waiting 45 mins to be served. Ill wait on my husband to feel better.

Got me in right away, and out the door in 20 mins. The gentleman informed me on services I might consider for my car in the near future and took the time to explain what I didn t understand. I even overheard him giving his colleague positive encouragement and advice. Great experience overall.

Went there because my check oil level light came on way before it should have (according to last oil change) and they were incredibly helpful! Filled up the oil for me and talked to me about Subaru s and how they drink more oil and how to pay attention/check it! Kind and knowledgeable!

Employee came to my car 15 minutes after I arrived. Told me it would be a 10-15 minutes wait for an oil change. After another 45 minutes I left without receiving any service. 1hr+ wait and no service.

Exceptional!! Of course there is a higher price point with no waiting, no appointments. That's expected. But it was timely,friendly, no wait, clean, informative. Even drove from Morganton to Marion so I could get this done today. Highly recommend. Jeffrey and is coworkers did a very nice job!

Great place. I see teamwork going on here. They torque your drain plug and oil filter housing so nothing gets stripped out. They don t push something you don t need.

To high of Price, The sale price is the same as the 3 other shop in the same shopping area normal price. They broke a customer car and was trying to rig it. I walked away

I had an oil change . I brought my own oil and filter . And they tried to charge me $50 until I said that was high when I brought my own oil and filter. I normally use McDowell tire who are honest and fair good people and they only charge me $20 which is perfect but I was passing through and thought I would give this place a try and give them a chance also but they are extremely high. I got to looking at my receipt they said they email me and they charge me a random $26 something fee for unknown reason. They said they added washer fluid which I didn t ask for . But I got home and looked and there has not been any washer fluid added. So they not being honest . In the end they gave me a $10 discount when I brought up that $50 was high compared to McDowell tire which is only $20 for just oil change when you bring your own oil and filter . And I was charged for unknown $26 .Service: Oil change

First come first serve, so dont act like impatient teenagers in the school lunch line. You will be asked to move or leave your choice. Lane one is oil change mainly keep that in mind. Very Respectable Crew and decent price for the convenience. If they dont know they'll tell you who does.

Be carful when you request yo gave your tire pressure checked they checked it and out 49 psi in the drivers front tire and the passenger rear should have been 35 !!! It make me wonder what else they screwed upService: TiresService: Tires

I stopped in for an oil change and a difficult battery installation. These guys were great! I believe one was Allen I didn't get the other's name but they were very kind and did a fantastic job. I will definitely be back to this location.Services: Battery, Oil changeServices: Battery, Oil change

I have had better results with these guys. But today was not and let me say again Not they're fault but the delivery of the oil filter I needed was way to long for a oil change. I had to wait 30 minutes for O'Reilly's to deliver the filter. Really dude when a business depends on you as a reliable service to help them get they're job done and you are that late with the product, that becomes a problem with you not to mention the business that calls and ask for it. That is called bad business. I could have been there and back 4 times. O'Reilly's you gotta do better by your businesses.

Probably the best oil change places I've ever dealt with. I've used them several times for oil changes and one state inspection. The team is well organized, efficient and friendly. All other lube place employees should secretly take their car here for an oil change to see how it should be done. The will continue to have my business going forward.2022 update: This place is still great. Surprisingly good customer service. Quick in and out. Leaving the area soon and this place will be missed.

I had the best first time experience with this location! I wasn t sure what all Servies they provide or what comes with what but they explained it all to me. Made me feel extra welcomed, was super helpful and informative. Overall super friendly and I will definitely be back! The guys here are super cool and knowledgeable. I had a fleet vehicle and took a while waiting on approval but the guys we re patient and understanding. One of the best Valvoline locations I been to be by far! Thanks Ricky and Casey!
