He gave us a time frame for repairs after an accident. Began work weeks after that. Two months later we get our vehicle back minus one part (clips for plastic trim around tire) he says is on back order. We are still awaiting a call from him three months later. In the meantime, we ordered the cheap clips off Amazon and got it in three days, put it on ourselves.Service: Body & Trim

Awesome job on my Jeep trailhawk! Black vehicles are beautiful when clean and shinny and mine absolutely glowed after Joey Smith worked his magic today (a challenge due to the fact that two dogs had been keeping me company while I was on the road). Wonderful customer service and a professional job. It doesn't get better than that. I will be calling them again!

Travis Rinnert fixed my Daughter's car and not only did he do a great job. He made sure all what needed to be fixed was fixed done correctly. Also it absolutely looked good done professionally by doing a few things extra that didn't have to be done. So it all was done the first time. Also his helper Dave knows a lot and is a great accent to helping Travis in case he may have missed something he may not have seen. I was very pleased!

The quality of the repair they did was great. Unfortunately, they used an inferior headlight replacement that failed after a few months. Travis told me several times that he was ordering a replacement, but always seemed to have another excuse as to why it hadn't come in. He told me at one point that it was shipped from Greenville, SC and would be here in a couple days. After two weeks of not hearing from him, again, I stopped by the shop and was told that it is on back order. By now it had been 3 months, and the headlight just kept getting worse to where it wasn't safe to drive at night. I went home, ordered a headlight assembly myself, received it in 3 days and installed it myself, so that it is working perfectly again. As another review mentioned, communications are terrible, and they obviously don't stand behind their products. I won't do business with them again.Service: Body & Trim

I have had two cars fixed by these guys. And I am impressed by how good things looked on the finished product. Very professional and very courteous. And will work with u.
