I was on my way to camp at Julian Price when I stopped at the McDowell rest area. My brake light switch went out and I could not get my camper out of park. I called O'Reilly's and asked if they had the part. A gentleman said they did. I explained that I had no way to get there and he offered to send it out. I told him I was at the I-40 West bound but I was at I was at I-40 East bound. The young man he sent with the part did not give up and found me. I believe his name was Jason. He put on the new part but couldn't get it to work. He then bypassed the switch and got it out of park. He recommended going into Marion and check with Derrick Muffler, which I did. I just want to say that this is the best customer service I have ever had at an auto parts store, or any store. They were so nice, I wish I lived in Marion.

Nice store, clean and orderly. Some parts are available and some had to be ordered. Employees were very polite and respectful, offering a lot of help.Great visit!

If you need something for your car, truck, motorhome etc... you definitely need to go to O'Reilly's Auto parts, they have it all, and the service is always awesome, if they don't have it they'll look it up and tell you where you can get it, even if it's a competitor. They also will come out to your car and check a battery for you or lend you tools to install something simple. Give it a try I'm sure you will love this place as much as I do.

Good selection of parts and accessories for any driver. Helpful staff that will advise and install batteries and wipers . They will match a lower price if local and if not stocked will refer to another venue or online . Parts can be ordered and usually arrive the next day.

Stopped in on 6/4 around 9:15 pm and tried to get a case for my keyless entry fob. I informed the guy at the counter that I had broken the key ring attachment and was wanting to see if I could buy another case. He seemed to have no idea. Another guy came over to help. He informed me that that there was no cheap fix except to buy a new fob (he was wrong). I asked him what a new fob ran and he said $45 to $75 dollars (wrong again.) He then proceeded to tell me that I would have to go the dealership to get it programmed, and that would cost more than the fob (yet again wrong information). At this point, being in the used car business and knowing a little about key less entry fobs, I realized he was full of crap. He then proceeded to tell him that all cars were like this and had to be program ed at the dealership. I was tempted to take out my smart phone and show him a 5 minute video of people demonstrating how to program extra fobs online yourself, but decided instead that I had wasted enough time. I went down the street to Auto Zone where they found exactly what I was looking for and even put the new case on for me. It took them about 3 minutes and cost me about $16.

Chicken place to go they have will usually have the part you rule it's a little bit more expensive but it's worth it because they have the parking you

Kevin in the Marion O'Reilly's saved the day! Not only was he super pleasant to speak to, he was very knowledgeable about my car (all I do is put gas in, get it serviced and press the start key lol) but he was able to locate a battery for my Prius and even get it moved to a closer store where my car was located! Thank you Kevin!

Our long time favorite auto parts store. We go here more than anywhere else and have our rewards card here and etc. Courteous staff and good prices and selection

When there got a set of wiper blades sold me the wrong ones try to get brake pads they couldn't fine mine kept say mine had drum brakes wont be back to that store ever agine
