These guys are quick. Every year, I go there to get my truck inspected, and it's done in 5 min. No waits. Good job, guys!!!

Preston and the McDowell Tire team helped us a great deal. I called (We live in another county) about a new set of tires for our Audi. Preston had answered and I told him the size and he said I got you. Told me tires and the price. Made an apt and got all 4 tires brand new (great tires for our Audi) for a fantastic price. They were quick and precise. Super friendly. When you get there it s like being around another awesome family. Thank you McDowell Tire!!!!! We WILL be back!

I have no idea, who's the Boss or manager on that place, last week, I was there, I wait a least 45 minutes and no body...NO BODY was for me. It's that supposed that " THEY TO BUSY FOR ME!!!

I've been going here for years. My grandparent also have known these people for years and recommended them to me when I turned 18 and started driving. I have yet to find a reason to not go here. They have helped me in many ways....from inspection to new tires and even brake line repairs. Very skilled.

They know their stuff and will treat you right. Very outgoing people motivated to win your business, pricing very competitive but they didn't have what I wanted but they could have it the next day. Went with another garage because they included alignment.

Overall experience was great.This auto shop is located in Marion NC and is very easy to find on Google maps. There is not much parking out front, but typically there is room for a couple of cars to be in the lot at a single time.The staff are friendly to greet you and to get you what you need. They are very efficient and quick to change tires. It took about 30 minutes total to call in and be seen and have new tires put on my vehicle and I did not set an appointment. Each tire new on a Toyota Camry was $105 each for me.I will definitely be using this auto shop for my future vehicle needs.

These people are the best in McDowell County they are honest and fair with their prices. They are fast yet thorough in their work. I do not deal with anyone else. I trust these people enough to send my wife in by herself to have work done. She stopped ounce to have air put in a low tire and they checked all of them at no charge these guys are the best.

Cannot say enough good things about this place. First spoke to Levi on the phone who was very helpful & polite when l called inquiring about 4 new tires. Then met the owner Preston when we stopped in to make the purchase. He immediately acknowledged us entering the shop, was very knowledgeable about the different tire options for us & just all in all very personable. He had us in & out in about an hour. To me anytime you are spending hundreds of dollars & especially now in this inflation, it goes a long way to feel valued as a customer & thankful we chose his shop when there are so many to choose from. Needless to say we will be back - for oil changes, inspections etc.

Wow! It's nice to know an honest , fair priced and friendly place like this still exists. Came in this morning with a broken front shock, they had both front shocks replaced in about 30 minutes. Very very reasonable on the price. Didn't charge a bunch. Staff was so very nice and made fresh Popcorn for the lobby. I live two counties over but I have definitely found my new tire shop. I will be only using them going forward.

My wife and I were in the area for a camping trip. The slow leak we had in one of our tires started getting worse. We had previously taken the truck in to multiple other repair and/or tire shops, none of whom could diagnose the cause of the leak. We just dropped in at McDowell Tire, and the friendly staff immediately took the truck back to assess the situation with the tire. Within minutes, they identified the cause and recommended a low cost solution. They had a used tire that was the right size and with about the same wear as all our existing tires. They sold us that tire for $40. They did not try to sell us anything extra. We were back out enjoying our vacation within an hour! Phil and his team were outstanding!

I read the reviews before going to this shop; one said "in and out in no time". Well, I was in and out in literally no time and I had all four tires replaced. I definitely recommend this place.

These are good and honest people. I have them do my tires, oil change , inspections . They are good at what they do and are fast and good people . I will only go to them for my car

I was directed to McDowell Tire when my younger daughter and I were on a roadtrip, and had a leaky tire. The place I stopped first said that the folks at McDowell would take care of me, and they sure did! The got to us right away so that we could "get back on the road" (their words). The service was kind, quick, and inexpensive. As a woman traveling a lone with an 8 year-old, I really appreciated it.

Awesome service, called the establishment to see if they had what we needed in stock and drove from Morganton. We where taken care of immediately with no hassle. I will definitely be back for any mechanic needs that we have in the future.

I had an excellent experience with this business, I was quoted a price on a set of 4 tires and was unable to make it back to them on that day however, when I did get back I was remembered and they still stood by their quote. Also they didn't try to pull the old upsale on me. They provided exactly what they said they would and stood by their price. I must say that any interaction with any of the staff was pleasant and very friendly, I can't speak for anyone other than my self but those things mean something to me. If you need a set of tires for your vehicle I say go to McDowell tires and talk to Preston you won't be disappointed!!!
