These people were very accommodating to serve us in getting our vehicle repaired and in a timely manner. We were kept up to date on anything delayed and when the finish date would be. My husband and I would return to them again if need be.

I got my reservation via progressive insurance for my car repair, so rescheduling was necessary. The only downside was that I wasn't aware of my work hour and this shop's hour were completely overlapping. I had to email them multiple times to get a reply of "You mail was in junk folder", and I still didn't get any rescheduling. Thanks for letting me know that my mail was in junk folder but now you saw my mail 2 weeks ago, could you please just give me the new repair schedule for my car?

Treated like family. Best of all my car came out looking like new. I was looking for repair out of town and happened to find Johns Precision Auto one day and it was in Marion. I always say God looks after me and in this case he did. The local car rental picked me up and took me back to pick up my car. The price was great and all employees showed only kindness. Thankyou so much for a great experience.

Great customer service and they warranty their work. They gave me a loaner at no charge and then even reduced my deductible by $100.

We live in Tn and our vehicle was in an accident in Nc. Johns Precision Auto Body (in Marion Nc ) went out of their way to do a wonderful job on our limited edition C300.Thank you to this outstanding team and an extra Thanks to Brian for making our car look fantastic. Highly Recommended.

I had a really bad experience with this place they didn't fix my car properly. When I got it back, the mirror didn't work. they were supposed to call me when the new mayor came in and I still have not heard from them.
