Great customer service. Amazing staff. Tyler was great along with the rest of his staff. Took my car in to have the struts changed. I guess one of my hub caps fell off while they were driving my car and they looked for it and could not find it. Instead of acting like nothing happened, they notified me and replaced all 4 of my hub caps for free. These people are amazing and really know what they are doing. I will continue to bring my car to them in the future. Thank you guys.

We would HIGHLY recommend Hollifield Auto Repair and Service Center. Our family was driving 4 hrs, during the week between Christmas and New Years from Rock Hill, SC to Pigeon Forge, TN. We stopped, 2 hrs into the trip at a rest area and went to start our vehicle and it wouldn't start. We had no idea who to call for help in the area. It was late afternoon as well. We googled on our phone and called a couple places and got recordings. We then called Hollifield's and someone quickly answered and told us who to call for a tow and the tow truck was there in less than 30 min and brought us to Hollifield. From the moment we got there, we received nothing but quick, caring, Kind, thorough, professional help from everyone who we dealt with. We cannot say enough about this place. We felt like we had been taken care of by angels. They were wonderful!! Nick, the mechanic who worked on our vehicle was excellent and very thorough and very knowledgeable. He found the problem quickly. Tyler, John, and Alex, also, were wonderful!!! We were back on the road again in about an hour from the time we arrived at Hollifield and on our way to Pigeon Forge. We can't thank them enough for the wonderful care and service we received that afternoon. AND, they were extremely REASONABLE!!!!

My mom and I were referred by a friend and we are so blessed for it. Tyler went out of his way to help with my mom s car and make sure she was taken care of. Communication was excellent and the honesty and integrity we were given made us lifetime customers.

I have used them 3 times now. They are very friendly and helpful. When I couldn't get a ride to pick up my car they came and got me. Even though they are very busy, they treat you like you are important. I was having an electrical problem that kept draining my battery. I was so happy they found and fixed the issue. I was so stressed out never knowing if my car was going to start. I don't drive much since I work from home. Now that they found the issue, even if I don't drive for over a week it turns right over. The prices are fair and the work is quality. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

A few months ago I was a walk in customer with no appointment and was helped to the best of their abilities. Because of their excellent service the next time I needed help I immediately thought of them and called for an appointment. Great customer service - got my key fob programmed for less than a dealership as well.

We had a great experience with Tyler! My wife called me in a panic because her Jeep broke down, she looked up the warning symbol and it said that she needs to get to a service station immediately. I ran over to Hollifield Auto Repair after a co-worker told me they're the most trustworthy garage in McDowell county. He talked us through the situation, so she drove it to the garage. Their turnaround time was 1 - 1 1/2 weeks, but he was able to get the Jeep in the same day. They were able to fix it same day, but due to the issue he wanted to test it out the next morning just to make sure it was safe for her to drive. When I arrived to pay for the repair, he walked me through everything and even took photos so I could see the issue.I can't recommend them enough, thank you!

Very friendly and great service! My truck broke down in Marion on my way home during the holidays with a PCM issue. I was expecting I d have to bring it to the dealership to get it programmed but, Hollifield s had the equipment needed to do it in house! Not only that but they were very understanding on when I d manage to pick it up seeing I was from out of town. All and all great experience here, if I could I d make it my regular shop.

This is one of the few auto repair shops I have found to be honest about repairs needed, upfront on pricing, and not in the business to get every dime they can from you. Good quality of work with a friendly helpful staff. I will always recommend Hollifield's

Fabulous team!! Hollifields has serviced a number of my vehicles for a multitude of reasons over the years. I have always found them to be professional, detail oriented, and knowledgeable. They give accurate estimates are very fair in their rates. I have been using the Hollifield s for the last 13 years. I have never been disappointed with the front desk help the owners, the mechanics or the work completed. My 22-year-old trooper is still running like a charm. Thanks to the mechanics at Holifield Auto Repair.

These fellas were great when my tire popped on the five way with my three kids. They were fast, eficaint, and caring. They even helped me get my spare tire from the back of my jeep (tailgate is broken and has been stuck for over a year). Chivalry is not dead.

Great customer service. Finished my repair in a timely manner. They answered all of the questions I had. I had no other way to get there to pick up my car, so a young gentleman picked me up to get it. That was so nice! I would highly recommend them.

I m sooo grateful that Hollifield Auto Repair was recommended by another repair shop here in Marion. I was told that they refer everyone to Hollifield s for the type of engine work I needed. Tyler scheduled me in, provided some additional insight to my repair and kept me updated. I m completely satisfied with the repair! Hollifield s has some of the best mechanics and staff that I ve experienced in over 45 years.

I have used Hollifields Auto for about 20yrs used to be very satisfied with them and their service. I recently had a death in the family and took my car to Hollifields to be inspected before going on the 8 hr trip to the funeral. When the mech that serviced the car brought it out I noticed the tire low on air and he had not checked the fluids either. If he'd have done his job I wouldn't have had to complain. I will not be doing business with them.

Although the fate of my car wasn't what I had hoped it would be, Hollifield's gave me honest advice without trying to get me to spend a fortune on something that it wouldn't have done any good to do. Recommend by Baker's Automotive when Baker's couldn't do a bigger job and I see why. I fully recommend and you'll have my business again, thanks guys.

Over and over again I am consistently amazed at the quality of work that comes from Hollifields. More importantly i am so comfortable trusting in the integrity of the team working there to be honest about the problem and fair with the price of work. I never hesitate to refer people here. I will always bring my repair needs to Hollifield s because they have shown me quality that deserves loyalty.

Well I picked it up Monday night before I got home it was running hot and it burned coolant sensor replaced it which I had already replaced 4 months earlier. And replaced thermostat again witch I had replaced 4 months ago also and then I realized they had left a hose off and they was coolant in the system.I had more things wrong to fix than when I took it to them.

You know garages get busy right around the holidays ? 2 Jan 2024 the alternator in a 99 Camry failed. At first they didn't want to promise it could be seen, but, tge next day, they called with the estemate. Genuine Toyota part, with a warranty, be ready that afternoon. They did. It was, we drove it home. Talk to John, tell him Tim sent you.
