Professional courteous customer service with the willingness to correct any mistakes if they make any and go the extra mile to make sure that you're satisfied with the job that they've done. My wife hit a deer on her way to work last week. At the suggestion of our insurance agent, we decided to have the repairs done at Gerber Collision and Glass. Well, we just picked up the car and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. The car looks fantastic. The staff kept us up to date on the progress of the repairs. Thank you for a job well done.

I just picked up my truck from Gerber Collision and glass in Marion. The whole team went above and beyond and did a wonderful job on my truck. We had an issue, i called and discussed, and they handled it quickly and professionally. I would recommend to anyone needing repairs done on their vehicle. If you are not satisfied or have a problem, they WILL FIX IT. Tim, Tonya, and Tanya all went above and beyond. You have a lifelong customer here, thank you.

Tanya is the reason we stuck with this shop, she knows what she is doing. First off, David that was AutoTech Collision Center amazing from start to finish. He would always have my truck or car spotless inside and out on pick up day. Unfortunately, Gerber took over. Quality of works seems comparable however today when I went to pick up my car after over a month in the shop it was disgusting. Gerber of course put a we keep the car clean paper mat down but my car was far from it. So disappointed in the service. I will not be back. If you want a company to respect your car while getting repaired this is not the place.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

When I was new to the area, I had no idea where to bring my car after my accident. Auto Tech was recommended by my insurance company, but I will now continue to go back to them for all collision repairs. Their work is high quality and the customer service is outstanding. Tanya is great at communicating everything throughout the process. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience with all work done in house, including paintless dent removal from hail on a sports car. Great experience with Subaru body work, replacing and paint matching panels. Unfortunately bad sublet to Hollifield Marion produced suspension repairs with obvious defects when I took delivery of the car. Shaking wheel and poor alignment which was identified to be caused by loose bolts by Woodlawn Tire and Alignment.The staff at this location are kind and excellent in trying to help me, but after Gerber acquired Auto Tech at this location, the new procurement process for simple items like wheels appears to have major bugs in the transition process. I and a few other customers fell through the cracks, with over a month long delay simply due to the inability to get a wheel correctly ordered. I eventually received a refund of my deductible, which I used to solve the problem myself of identifying which wheels to buy, which tires needed replacing, and coordinating final return to service myself with Woodlawn.My takeaway is that if their sublet encounters an issue, they are not in a great position to understand or correct parts ordering for mechanical issues. But they are great for body work, paint work, and so on. I would hang these issues and frustration I experienced on corporate and technical issues with integrating this location after it came under new owners, rather than the existing local staff who are, frankly, also frustrated at their inability to resolve problems like ordering a $79 wheel.Lastly, they should start test driving cars before handing them to customers to avoid handing broken cars with loose bolts over. A loose wheel coupled with a horrid attempt to balance a wheel cost me a lot of time and put me at some risk. Any common sense applied in test driving the car back from Hollifields could have avoided allowing me to be the one to point out a car was not ready for a return to the customer.One solution would be to be firm in specifying which sublet you are comfortable allowing Gerber to use for your car. Hollifield in Marion would be a poor choice.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

Very pleased. Had a deer encounter with my pristine Subaru so I was really concerned about using a body shop I had no experience with. Auto Tech did excellent work, provided good communication, plus they take extra steps to provide a positive customer experience.

They repaired my 2018 Honda Pilot replacing the bumper and painting it. The service was great and quick they only had my vehicle for 2 days and when done they cleaned my vehicle inside and out. Very satisfied and highly recommend Auto Tech Collision CenterService: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Had a rock shatter our windshield and dent the roof of our SUV. Gerber was able to repair our vehicle quickly, paint and body department did a great job couldn't be happier.

My car was wrecked and had alot of damage.they called me several times and kept me updated on how it was going. I couldn't believe that my car was done when they said it would be and.. It looked great, too. the paint matched perfectly and everything on it looked great. They even gave me the alignment computer print out and the estimate that was going to be billed to the insurance company. My car was washed and cleaned inside too. It looked better that it did before the accident! I definitely recommend this shop, everybody was very nice and did a good job!

Had an excellent experience here. They worked with my insurance and really advocated for us to get all the repair work paid for by the insurance! Were very considerate and helped get the car to us even though it meant extra driving time for them. Would highly recommend!

Auto tech repaired some damage on the fender and bumper of my Jeep renegade. They were fast and friendly. They also cleaned my vehicle completely, even inside and they had no work to do in there. The Jeep looks like new again inside and out.

I was involved in an accident. The other driver was at fault and their insurance company was very difficult to deal with. It took almost a month to resolve the claim and the repair required my car to be towed several times and receive repairs at a dealership in addition to the body work at Auto Tech. Auto Tech coordinated the whole process and advocated for me with the insurance company when they tried to insist on aftermarket parts. Auto Tech paid the tow company and the dealership for their repairs so I had no out of pocket expense and they arranged for my rental. They made the process as painless as possible. It was nice to have them on my side.

I have worked at a few different body shops and Auto Tech isithe only shop that has impressed me by paying attention to details! Every car that leaves has been put back to the way it was before the wreck or better! Hands down the best body shop I myself have ever worked for!

Excellent service,excellent quality. I drove my damaged Subaru to Auto Tech for repair and they even gave me a ride back home.All of the staff was very friendly and The car was ready when promised. I could not be more satisfied with my experience with Auto Tech. A+++++

David has helped me out three times minor issues & the 3rd was damage that he was able to buff out. He then referred me to another business for further repair of the metal at a very reasonable rate. I am certain I would not have been treated so courteously and honestly at other body shops. I probably would have been charged elsewhere a lot for this damage. David didn t even charge for buffing out the paint scruffing!Service: Body & Trim

In my opinion this is the best place around for car repair. They are always polite and do excellent work. I wouldn't use else for body work. Great people and great work

Great repairs . They took care of all the insurance estimates and payment with my insurance company without having to make any additional calls. Was available after hours for pick up of the vehicle.
