On a recent family trip to the mountains of Western NC the brakes failed on our Minivan and we were stuck. After several calls and zero luck, we were referred over to Chris at Dean's Mechanical. As soon as Sarah answered the phone, I could tell we were in good hands. Not only was Chris able to find the parts (same day!), he was amazingly kind enough to keep the garage open 3 hours past closing time just to get us on our way. Outstanding customer service, fair pricing, and all around great people. Would absolutely recommend this shop.Service: Brakes

Chris is one of the most down to earth, hardworking person I've ever met. Very knowledgeable about any vehicle, quick with his work and very affordable. Easily the best mechanic in the county.
