We had our converter go down on us at a Marion campground. We have never needed to call upon a mobile RV service before. Mike responded to us in a professional and very timely manner. He said he would be to us by noon and was right on time.!! He got our converter changed out in no time, had us up and running again. As a bonus he even fixed our loose kitchen faucet.I highly recommend Mike and his company for your RV sThanks again !!!

Got an RV repair. Paid 7,400.00$ to Mike to change both air conditioning which already broke down and charged us double the price it was worth. I was charged to change the grey water tank which he never did and charged labor for it as well. Changed the awnings that ripped off after 2 months because he bent the pole while installing it. Also created a leak in the window due the the product he used to seal the RV that was not appropriate for RVs. I would not recommend this company who takes advantage of people and do not complete his work and wants money up front. We called several times to get him back to finish his work and doesn t return our calls. We filed a complaint with small claim in court to recover some money to get it fixed somewhere else. Not sure how he got 5 stars from others. Not reliable at all.Service: Air conditioning

Weekend before last, our furnace malfunctioned while we were camping, and as we were getting ready to go home, the toilet began leaking water into the bathroom floor. I called every repair shop I could find, and no one could give me an appointment before late June. I called on Friday afternoon, and even though Mike was on VACATION, he called me back within a couple of hours. He said he would send a tech out and he arrived as promised on Thursday. He replaced the toilet with a brand new one, and worked on the furnace. He had to go back to the shop to get a part that he needed, but came right back and installed the part. In doing so he found that there were more repairs needed to the unit, so he removed it and took it back to the shop to work on it. Talk about SERVICE! We were kept informed and the best part of it all is I didn't have to take my travel trailer anywhere because all the service was completed right here in my driveway!!! Folks, these are honest, hard-working, reliable folks who display amazing care for their customers. I will be taking my RV here for its routine maintenance, and I know that they will be there for me if I need any urgent repairs done! Thank you Mike and crew for an amazing experience. I highly recommend Campfire RV Repair!!!!!

Our AC on camper was not cooling so Mike sent guys out to check on it. We ended needing a new one . He got us one the same day and had it installed same day. We arevery happy with the quick service. Also gives military discounts.Service: Air conditioning

We were staying at a campground in Newland, NC and our refrigerator stopped working. I called to see if they could come to the campground and try to fix it. About an hour later they were there and working on it. The guys did their best, but my fridge died and I needed a new one. They said the owner would contact me for payment later.I was really happy with the work they did and their on the spot Service. I highly recommend anyone to use them.

Called Mike On a Saturday which they are not open on a Saturday. I am a new RV owner my electric was mis- behaving. He called me back and advise me what to do for the weekend, which was put a trickle charger on my battery . I was so very appreciative of the return phone call on a Saturday just to tell me what to do and how to get through the weekend he will always be my RV fix-it guy! So thankful as he also went to fix it during the week while I was not available. Thank you sooooo much !Service: Electrical

The guy Named Mike came out and did some work on my camper at Rosecreek campground.He replaced a wall from sink to ceiling in the bathroom.I came back a couple weeks later and that same wall was covered in mold. We cleaned it and I called Mike to let him know about the mold.He said he would come and check it out. Went back a couple weeks later and the wall was covered with mold.He never came out. By this time I had another leak over the eating booth. Called Mike again and he said if I didn t hear from by 4:30 to 5:00 the next day to call him. I did and got an answer machine. He said he was a Christian and I trusted him. I have yet to hear anything back from him. He has lied to me so many times and has given me so many excuses.I would think the honesty and integrity of your company would mean more to you than telling a single lie to someone. If you can t do the work or just don t want to be honest and Tell The Truth!!!!!

I want to recommend mike at campfire tv repair, after leaving 2 messages at camping world, and them NOT retuning my call, i found RV repair and mike fit me in the next day and got my rv fridge working again after i was told i needed a new one! Mike saved me over $1000 ! Love you man!! Youre the best!!

It has been over four months that repairs had been scheduled. Insurance company had issued the check for repairs. At first it was I have one in front of you. Call a couple of weeks later and again we got one in front of you. This has been going on for over 4 months. The insurance company even call him wanted to know what was going on, he gave them the same excuse. It was obvious he wasn t going to do the repairs. The worst thing about the whole deal he keep stringing me out when I could have line someone else to do the repairs. He could say COVID was the problem and he done the best he could. He didn t have to order part for me. The ones before me, which was several were fixed but always another one before me. Would not recommend that place to anyone, to many baseless excuses! He doesn t deserve one star as far as I am concern
