Good price on new tire i got but they charged $25 labor to put tire on. Shouldnt charged labor since i bought tore from them. Costed $100 for tire where i got another tire at another tire store for $75 including putting it on.

Recently moved here from TN so today was only the second time doing business with Baker's, the first time they ordered 2 tires for me and had them put on the very next day. I woke up this morning to two flat tires and they did everything in their power to get me back on the road again quickly! Super friendly, don't charge a arm and leg, and I have to honestly say I will never use another tire shop. Will definitely be recommending them!!

They always go above and beyond for great pricing on tires, or service, or a drop in for an inspection. They are quick moving things along, and I know they will look the vehicle over for anything I may need to know!

Was able to walk in and have them address a vibration issue we were having with our car. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Worked their way through the problem and instead of replacing a bunch of unneeded parts, they balanced all 4 tires and that took care of the problem.Great people, great work and great prices.

We are so fortunate to have Baker's City Tire in our area. We took our vehicle there after going to a dealership for a repair. We felt sure the dealership not only greatly over-charged us but loosen something causing a leak. Matt checked our vehicle from front to back and spent time with us explaining the possible source of the leak. He determine the "leak" was liking caused by the dealership over-filling the fluid.Matt spent well over a half an hour trouble-shooting and then explaining to us what to watch for and wouldn't charge us a penny.We thought we had to use a dealership because the problem was registering on the vehicle's computer. Baker's City Tire has all the diagnostic equipment necessary to do any repair.Skip the dealership and their ridiculous prices. Go to Baker's City Tire for reasonable rates and honest people!

I had an emergency stop here for 4 new tires on my way to the mountains with my family. The entire team was incredible and the owner or manager really went above and beyond to get me back on the road. They didn't have my tire size in stock so they sent a driver to a near by location to pick up the right size for me. The bay was full so while they were waiting for my tires to get delivered, they used a floor jack in the parking lot to get the old tires off and have everything prepped and ready to go. My family walked to downtown and got ice cream and we were back on the road within an hour and a half.Thank you!!

Excellent service, friendly staff. I took my wife's 4runner in with a tire vibration (had been addressed by dealership prior to this and still had the vibration), Nathan and his team fixed me up in about 15-20 minutes and my wife's car drives like new again! Highly recommend these folks!

My daughter was working down there for the summer. I called and they got her right in and replaced the tires. They were friendly, helpful, and honest! Would definitely buy from them again!

Good honest people. Has reasonable prices. Nice waiting area for customers. They are a state certified vehicle inspection station. They also do mild vehicle repairs. Donny is their mechanic( who I've know for 20+ years) and is very knowledgeable about vehicles. I highly recommend Baker's for your tire needs

Wonderful people that work there. Really care. I was worried about my brakes, it was almost 5pm (closing time), the nice lady told me it would not be a problem to take a look at them. The gentleman there inspected my brakes and assured me there were OK. They may have gotten a little over heated coming down the mountain. Put my mind at ease....

Don't know what happen or maybe I should say who happen.....as this place... its hard to say this place was such a good place. I don't know what has happened here someone has gotten greedy...the last 2 times I been here to have some lawnmower tires changed....nothing special no tubes ...nothing just change 2 tires....I have been charged $32 for 2 tires ...what the heck is going on here....well I guess its needless to say that I will not be doing any trading with this company again....and if your reading this ....I wouldn't go there unless you want to be way over charged for what ever you need or need done! This use to be a srand up straight up business but not some much any more....oh and I also drop the tires off at 9am and gotta call at 12pm to pick them up...so it sure wasn't a up charge for getting them done fast !!!!! Dont say I didn't warn ya ...BEWARE

Love these guys! They are helpful, efficient, and honest. I'm a woman and I've been to plenty of places where they thought they could take advantage of me, but never Baker's City Tire. They always help find the best, safe solution that is easiest on the wallet.

I have used bakers several times . The staff is always friendly and very professional. They are fair priced and will do whatever it takes to make sure thier customer is satisfied and safe on the roads. I would not use anyone else for my car needs. Thank you Baker city tires.

My review will not be deleted, don't answer the phone in a rude manner then hang up when the simple request of asking of tires are on stock or not is too. Hard for you whoever you are lady you need replaced no place in business for rude people like that. Just because you hate your job doesn't mean everyone should suffer for it.

Quick, easy, high quality work and a nice office with coffee, TV, and wifi to use while you wait. Good customer service and reasonable prices. Good local choice for brake repair, inspections, and tires.

Fair pricing especially for the automotive industry. It's hard to find a place that doesn't try to rip you off but these people seem to be fair. I had my subaru fixed here. Needed a valve cover gasket replaced and they quoted me at 240 and I ended up paying 290 only cause they had to do something extra. Definitely worth calling if your car is acting up

Baker's City Tire is the best place in Marion to have your automobile serviced. They're a local business that will take care of you personally. The owner and staff are polite and respectful to their customers. They have a nice waiting area with drinks and snacks available. They also have a Dropbox if you need to leave your automobile after hours. Call on them for quality and dependable service you can count on.

Will never go back here ever again! I bought all new tires for my car and they didn't even screw in my front passenger wheel. I had to do it myself, when I pulled out of the parking lot. I thought they may just forgot, so I decided to give them another chance. I went back and bought all new tires for my car and they did the SAME thing again! How can you keep forgetting to screw in the front passenger wheel on? Like for real?! I feel like they purposely do it. They have done it to family members of mine too. We won't be going back there.

I have nothing but positive experiences with services performed by Baker Tires. What I especially appreciate is that they accept appointments and are ready to service my vehicle when I arrive. They are the best in Marion.
