Reliable, knowledgeable, friendly service. Only downside is they're known for being great so the wait list can be long some times.I was advised to take my vehicle here when I first moved to the area years ago from a friend, and I'm glad I did. I'd tried a few others in the area, but they don't match the service provided by the Baker's crew.As far as pricing is concerned, I have little knowledge on average prices for vehicle repair, so I can't really comment on that.All said, an easy five star recommendation.

I spent a year battling issues with my car with another tire business in town. I spent 3 different visits and thousands of dollars trying to solve my Cars issue. One appointment with Baker and it's all fixed and my car rides smoothly again. Thank you guys!

My tires had to be ordered but I got to choose the day and time to have them mounted. Any time I've had service, Paul has always offered refreshments. Nice and friendly service. My car rides much better.

As a young female, automotive shops can be kind of daunting but not when it comes to Bakers Automotive. They are friendly, reliable, honest, and won t rip you off. The shop and waiting area is clean and the staff are very nice. My family has always used Bakers and we will continue to do so. Grateful to have them in our community!

I m a regular customer here for when something goes wrong with a vehicle and I dont have the tools or time to fix it. This is the only place within 20 miles of Marion that I trust to get me what I need and not try to charge me for nonsense. Just got both mine and my girlfriend s car fixed. They are always straight up with me, and fast and reliable. Paul Baker has a wonderful crew working for him, everyone is always super nice. The customer service is thru the roof, John, Ivan, Paul and all the other people always make sure you re getting what you need. The mechanics always do a great job. 10/10! Go to bakers!

They are excellent at getting things done. They keep us informed of anything wrong, any extra waits, and have bent over backwards to make sure our vehicle was done for a road trip for seeing a specialist 3-4 hours from home. Our vehicles run great bc they look them over well and let us know issues before we have big issues while driving! Really need 10 stars!

Recently bought new tires and had a full engine check, including oil change. Have had the most trouble with the tires, one keeps losing air. When I went back, they told me everything was fine with it. It's now flat again. Love spending almost $1000 on tires that I've had to pump up three times.They are extremely nice at the front desk though.

So I went to bakers for the first time yesterday and was not disappointed at all. I think I. Dealt with Ivan and he was a straight shooter love it.. Will be ordering tires on monday

I have used Bakers for car maintenance several times, and have always had a 5 star experience. They recently put a fuel pump on my 1996 Silverado, and did a great job at a fair price.

They were very nice and honest i dropped my car for an AC diagnosis and they explained me every detail about what was wrong with it and which parts i needed i explained them that i was looking for an estimate and they were really nice and didn t even charge meThey are honest people and i would definitely trust them and go back100% recommended

They looked at my car when I didn't even have a appt it was really bad they fired it the same day so I wouldn't have to drive it the employees are beyond nice I live in Leicester nc but from now on I will travel the distance to go to them great place I highly recommend them if I could give them a higher star than 5 I would

Best place I've been too in this county. Been jerked around everywhere but here. Will not bring veicle anywhere else as long as I'm in area. They call back when they say the will. Kind and professional service.
