I cannot say enough praise for this company. They have gone over and above to try to get my camper, which is my house in shape after fighting the manufacturer for over five years, they were able to get it fixed in a matter of no time, and the quality of their work is excellentIf you need anything done on your camper, I highly recommend you use this company!

Great people and customer services. I stopped by with a random toilet valve that was leaking and they were able to recognize it and have it ordered the next day. Great experience and will definitely be back.

Knowledgeable and down-to-earth people who are generous with their service and knowledge. They stay busy so don't be put off if there's a wait. They're experts and worth it. I had many quirky problems, all got fixed. They also helped with plumbing issues on our 1973 Holiday. Our family RVs are on permanent set-ups so it's a lifesaver that the service is mobile.

I called them regarding having little to no hot water and the gentleman informed me that although they were pretty booked for today he would try to have someone come to my campsite and check out the problem. I was notified within hours that he was sending someone out. 5 minutes later I had hot water! I am so grateful for this company and for the young man that came out. If I could give them 10 stars, I certainly would! I highly recommend them!

Had the shop install a new roof due to wind damage. They installed the new roof in the time frame that they gave us. They worked well with the insurance company. We had an issue with our awning while camping. When we called, they came out in a few hours and made the repair. Great to work with, would highly recommend to any camper!!

I highly recommend Appalachian RV Repair in Marion, North Carolina!5/4/2024I arrived early for my scheduled appointment and was immediately met by Dean, my personal subject matter expert! Dean patiently listened to every issue and concern. He even took my "hen scratched" list to ensure he addressed every item! ( which he did)I watched as Dean and his support crew focused on my RV applying their skills and knowledge to each task. Dean was detail oriented as well as efficient. Thankfully Dean found an unknown leak which I asked him to repair.Dean exhibited great patience as I bombarded him with questions pertaining to all aspects of my RV. He educated me in many ways to ensure I could use the RV the way it was designed! Im so grateful!Dean resolved my electrical issues by determining the converter was the problem. Dean also informed me that my water pump was not working properly. Dean discovered and repaired all leaks ( known and unknown). Dean inspected the roof and also repaired issue with truck electronics. There are too many tasks to list!Dean and Lauren (office) discussed the pros, cons and expected costs of replacing my awning as well as back up camera options. At my request, Lauren reviewed my RV value and gave me great information!Brandy (office) made sure I was comfortable during my wait! She offered to pick up lunch and much more!Brandy created a well detailed invoice of the days work! The charges were spot on and very fair!! I KNOW I got a deal!!!Needless to say I am extremely happy with Appalachian RV - Marion, N.C.! I dont plan to take my RV anywhere but to them! Dean, Lauren and Brandy ( all others as well) are good people and feel like family!Leslie TrammellBoone, NC

Wow! Wow! Wow! What an incredible experience of quality work and customer service. We had 9 repairs including replacing a roof on our RV. and all were repaired with quality workmanship. They even repaired some small things they identified not on our list at no charge. Brandi was professional and efficient in communicating with our warranty companies and us from the beginning to the end. Dylan was our tech that was in charge of the work. He communicated several times during the stay with progress of the repairs and when a part was back ordered. When we went to pick up the rig, he spent over an hour going over every repair and also answered our many questions with patience. We had heard nightmares about RV service centers. Wherever you live, this place is worth the drive to have your work done. You will NOT be disappointed!! Thank you Appalachian RV for quality work done and impeccable customer service!Service: Body & Trim

My camper was repaired and served by two great guys, Aaron and Hayden. These two are caring and polite, can't ask for more considerate workers. Their knowledge and willingness to go the extra mile is beyond commendable. I now have my heat working, lights replaced, hot water pressure up to par and a few other things in the works. Appalachian RV Repair is my go to service and would highly recommend to anyone.

Hayden and Aaron came to my camper on time to install a new air conditioner. They were super nice and very professional. They not only installed the new unit, but check over my whole system to make sure everything was operating as it should. Their communication skills were excellent. They have my business.

I brought my Winnebago in for an annual inspection required to maintain the warranty from the manufacturer. I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable folks. They communicated details finishing the check over plus some extras I requested quickly. The items were reviewed with me at pickup. We are lucky to have these folks nearby to keep us ready to hit the road in the spring.

They repaired the brakes on my 2004 Casita in 2021 after I had problems on the BR Parkway. Top-notch service. I highly recommend them. We live in Charlotte but if I need to have work done I'll take it to these folks. Plus that will give me an excuse when I pick it up that we should go on up the mountain and get away from the Piedmont heat in the summer....

Repaired both our holding tank valves. They inspected the roof of our camper to be sure nothing needed repairing. They came while we were gone and cleaned up after making the repairs. We are very satisfied with their work. We would highly recommend them to our fellow campers. Brandy was very helpful when calling their office

I absolutely love these people. I have used them twice. Once for water leaking in bathroom and 2nd time to replace element in my water heater. They quoted me a price and it was lower both times. I was unable to be at the camper, so they used a spare key to let themselves in to do repairs. I never thought if I should do that or not. I had friends tell me about them, and I trusted them automatically. I was able to call and pay for the repairs. They left everything as it was in the camper and outside. They are now in my contacts and I can count on honest people, and work.

We will definitely give them a call for future services and you should too. You will NOT be disappointed

Absolutely wonderful experience start to finish. I rolled into the area with a makeshift fix on a broken awning during a trip and called these guys. I got a prompt visit for an evaluation to complete the partial repairs that had been done. Hayden and Aaron talked me through everything and all the options and possibilities, seeming 1000% confident the whole time. When the parts came in they showed back up, got the work done in a fraction of the time I expected, and then realized I did not need the 2nd awning arm replaced - so they swapped out that cost for to spot reseal my roof instead. In the end I got my original issue fixed, and future issues on my roof avoided before they became a problem ... and saved money over the estimate. These are definitely my 'RV guys' in this area. In fact if I'm within 200 miles, I'll come here to get any repairs done without a second thought.Service: Body & Trim

Repaired hot water. And installed new toilet and faucet. These guys give you a lot information on septic other things to help you prevent future damage. They also know what they doing you can tell they been doing it for many years and they have knowledge figure out anything.Yes repairs can be expensive but it was half the cost of Labor of camping world and these repair men aren't newbies I spent 400 toilet faucet heater propane air vent part on Amazon and not even 300 on labor from applaction rv that's coming back next day even. How can you go wrong with men have more experience at Appalachian RV and less cost on labor. They also sent out two men both times. I don't know if it's typical but two heads is always better than one. The way they worked together is awesome

Unbelievable customer service! I had been working for days trying to get my water heater on my Class A RV installed correctly. The moment I pulled in, multiple people were troubleshooting the hot water heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a Nascar race.Within an hour they had found and fixed multiple issues and everything was working great. Plus I was shocked with how little they charged for their fast and competent service. The last RV repair place charged us $2,600 and most of the things they "fixed" still weren't working. Will definitely come back again for future repairs. I drove an hour each way to get to them and it was well worth the time. Super affordable and I highly recommend these friendly and capable people at Appalachian RV Repair!

I want to give a Shoutout to Dean, Brandy and their team. We've had them to do several things for us on our RV. One of which was a repair due to a tire blowout. I can honestly say, if you are looking for someone to do good work with good customer service, this is the place They aren't happy until the customer is happy..
