Didn't have the gasket we needed but was able to find one that worked for the job! Took longer to set but works fine!Yesterday my husband's battery went out. This is 2 weeks after the thermostat and gasket purchase. I went to 5 stars because they not only had it on hand but at the best price as well! In the midst of a birthday party so very much appreciated!

The last several times I have been in to the store to get parts, I have received friendly service and advice. Not too long ago my battery died at the grocery store across the street. One of the guys was nice enough to drive over there real quick and give me a jump! I give five stars just for this one interaction. And advance seems to always have better pricing than the competition. If only all advance auto stores had customer service like this one!

The customer service sucks here. They are rude and not helpful at all. The last three times I've tried to shop here I ended up just walking out and going to AutoZone across the street.

O'REILLY in Marion told me they had the part I was looking for and I needed it today but they lied toe and lost a customer.but this nic gal at Advanced hooked me up no problem. Thanks very much Monica .

These folks are a pleasure with whom to deal. They are always nice, and very helpful. I have had to make 4 returns since buying my project car, and each return has been hassle free. I really can't say enough good things about these fine people. The only thing about the store I would change is to put that great staff into a building twice the current size.

Went to buy windshield wiper blades for my Ford Escape ask the gentleman at the counter to install them since advanced does free installation for wiper blade and the gentleman had no idea how to install it I had already taken the old one off so all they have to do was put the new one on with the little bit more training I think this advanced will be one of the best around but right now is just an average place to go

It was great. So very helpful. Went there to have my alternator tested. When it was bad, they gave me a number to a mechanic who fixed my car on a Sunday so I wouldn't have to miss work.

My latest trip to Advance Auto Parts in Marion was great. Now that they've gotten rid of the riff Raff this place has really improved dramatically. Everyone will be quite impressed over previous years.

The guys here a super! Nice and knowledgeable. They ve helped me numerous times from headlights to oil. They recently swap out my old battery for a new one. I really appreciate all their help!

Always get great service. Parts are 1st quality if you take advantage of the lifetime warranty, "limited" you can buy some peace of mind. I recommend Advance Auto Parts.

I was traveling through with my family on July 4th. We had issues with one of our cars. Curt went above & beyond helping us that day. If not for his help we would have been stuck & unable to keep traveling that weekend. I used to go to another "auto parts" company, but on any & all future visits I will always choose Advance Auto Parts , hopefully there are more employees like Curt, that care about helping the customer.And because of Curt's help, I have already told this story about twenty times in the past 3 days..ThanksThe Simpson Family
