The owner/manager and employees are always friendly and very kind. Most importantly, they are honest with the customer; they go out of their way to accommodate and work with the customers and no worry about being pressured.

Very rude people, no place to wait (because you are going to have to, sssslllloooowwww), no place to stand (because of all the junk and trash). I took my business to Bakers City Tire and was in and out of there in less than 10 min after wasting almost an hour with this place, so, thanks for being so rude or i would of stayed and not got all of what i needed done in time

Was visiting NC and had a brake issue. They stayed open after hours, got me fixed and back on the road again!

Got my tire fixed there and the staff was very personable and kind. I only live like 1 minute from them so it was convenient. Then this morning my wife n I were stuck in the freezing cold bc we woke up and my battery was dead. Being as that I dont know anyone here I called to see if anyone at the tire shop could jump me since they're so close. and they tried to charge me 30.00 to jumpstart my car. I was going to get my brakes serviced here but il take my business elsewhere from now on. 30.00 to jump a car? That's just greedy

I recommend this shop to everyone in need of an inspection or minor repairs on vehicles. They also have a large supply of many sizes of tires. Check them out of you haven't already.

Had to wait for my car because they broke a lug nut. They were supposed to call when it was done but I just had to go by and check on it.
