I had no idea I had a screw in my tire until almost the end of the work day. My tire was pretty much flat, thus making my car worthless. Phil was kind enough to help me at the last minute, when he was about to leave for the day. Thank you so much!

I cannot give enough stars on my review. They went above and beyond on my vehicle repairs. I will not trust another body shop on the island. I'll be a customer for life with this shop!

I had to wait 6 weeks for my appointment because they are very busy and are having difficulty getting parts due to supply chain issues. It was worth the wait! The people were very friendly. Drop off was convenient. The work was done very well! Most importantly, my car was ready the same day as they had expected. The cost was $25 less than what my sister paid for a similar repair on the mainland.

They spoke to me extremely rude, belittling me while laughing. They have NO customer service skills! Go to the beach or over the bridge in any direction but NOT HERE!!

We were extremely pleased with the results of our damaged Nissan.. The shop worked hard to be sure that our insurance company paid for new appropriate parts rather than second hand bits that would not had fit properly.. While there were some setbacks with getting parts in, the team there did a great job and we were super happy with the outcome.

No communication. NONE. They didn t attempt to call us once in the almost 3 MONTHS they had our car for any curtesy updates. No professionalism.But they sure wanted us to be there by 11am the day they called so they could get paid and leave early for the upcoming holiday. Went for an estimate. Couldn't get it.They 'only' do insurance work and my job wouldn't be worth it (exact wording). I'm the 3rd or 4th person I've heard this said to. Customer service is, umm, ... rough.

This place really sucks, was supposed to have ordered the parts a week before dropping the car off, then took over 3 weeks to fix the car and all I hit was a racoon, and then they never sent the estimate to the insurance company, so when the car was done because the insurance company didn't have the bill to cut the check, I had to wait another week for them to let me get the car even after the insurance company told them that they would get paid. 4 weeks in a rental car at $468 a week, I wouldn't recommend this place to my enemies. And I plan to tell everybody about this experience.

Called and ask a simple paint question to be answered very rudely. All I asked is if they painted a removed golf cart body.Response: I could but how do you expect me to move it around when all I do is cars.
