I personally visited the service department to schedule a vehicle inspection and an oil change. I was greeted with a smile and to my surprise I was told it could be done that day. However, I needed my car so I scheduled two days later. I showed up for the inspection and oil change andasked if the tires could be rotated also. Without hesitation, I was told that it would not be any problem at all for the mechanic to rotate the tires.I received courteous, professional treatment and I am a very satisfied customer!Services: Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

Sales process was great, working with Robin and Bruce was a pleasure. Where they continue to fall short is their service dept. I was supposed to pick up my truck on Tuesday after the undercoating was completed. Then I was told it would be Wednesday then it ended up being Thursday. I had been taking both our vehicles there for 5 years and these types of scheduling issue occur frequently , even for oil changes.

First visit to RD Sawyer service department. I needed an oil change and recall performed. Crystle, the service advisor was top notch! Checked me in and gave me an approximate completion time. Brought car in for A/C service after it started blowing warm air last August. Tech said it needed compressor replaced for $1200. Went ahead with it, and 1st time using A/C in early Spring it failed. Brought it back and tech said it was overcharged with Freon so he drained it and recharged it to proper level. No charge. Worked for a month, then failed again. Brought it back and tech said it needed new Core for another $2500. Told them leave it alone. Picked it up and they would not release it till I paid a "diagnostic fee". Lost trust in this Dealership and will no longer do business with them after 12 years of buying/leasing vehicles from them.Service: Air conditioning

Had a warranty repair done and also an oil change, 4 wheel alignment done as well. Warranty covered rear alignment and i chose to do front as well.
