Highly recommend! We found ourselves in a bind while traveling with our camper, when our truck developed a loud grinding noise in front wheel area. It was Saturday and most all shops were closed. Fortunately I found "All Car & Truck". They were swamped with work, but got the truck up on the rack and found a rock stuck in the area of the front brake. Removed it and got us back on the road. Very accommodating and reasonably priced.

Update 8/2021 Year after year I've seen nothing but the Best service and care in regards to All Car Car & truck repair.." I went in for my oil change and as always received fast, efficient and helpful service, and recently I had a son who had brokedown in his vehicle, he being a single parent of twins, young and not able to miss any work, needing a tow to get his vehicle to the shop, they were out on a different tow job.. but Mrs.Gwen was able to tell me who could get his vehicle to their shop,for he couldn't leave it where it was and at a price he could afford and was fair.. she saved the day**.. I called the person she recommended and they were towing it within that hour..I feel comfortable for my son for I know that they are doing all they can ..(even though they are so busy) ..which is just a reflection of the great service, knowledge and great job of the entire shop that is done.. from the inside "customer service" to the "mechanics working".. they still are the Best I've ever trusted or dealt with on the Outer Banks, It is harder to get in this time of year," summer" but we'll worth the wait for a job well done, and if they are not able to assist..they will recommend the 'what or who' to go to..service is awesome..thank you again All Car and Mrs.Gwen for providing the Outer Banks with Top Notch car care.. 8/2019'.I have nothing to say but.. this is the best automotive repair I've been to... they helped me last year in 2018'with new tires, my oil change, and getting my car inspection, today I had my oil changed and wasn't feeling well... they quickly did my oil change,& Mrs.Gwen who is and has always been so kind, empathetic and great to work with, I appreciate them getting my car work done, they have a loyal customer with me, and I'd encourage you to give them a call. We had a sidewall cut in a tire while on vacation on southern outer banks. No one down where we were staying was able to get a tire in time. I called All Car, and although they couldn't get the same brand, they were able to get a comparable brand and squeeze me in on Saturday morning on our way off the island to get us home safely. They were so friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I would highly recommend.Service: Auto tire replacement

Traveled here from Ohio. One of our last days on the island and my car started making noises. Concerned about driving it any further and a long trip home, I stopped in here. They were very busy, but made time to squeeze me in. They were able to fix the issue, giving us the reassurance we needed to enjoy the remainder of our trip and a safe trip home! Much appreciated!! Knowledgeable, honest, and trustworthy. Highly recommend!

This place is top notch! I needed new tires while on my family vacation. I called them, told then what tires I wanted, and they ordered them and squeezed me in without an appointment. Not only that, but they stayed after closing to finish my car! I would highly recommend!

Visiting the OBX from Pittsburgh and the second day there got a nail in the side wall of our tire. All Car and Truck repair was the only place that could get us the tire we needed in just two days. All the other repair shops said 3 days minimum to up to a week. Highly recommend this business! Great folks to work with and delivered on their promise.Thank you All Car!Robert ZurcherService: Tires

Fred and "Boss" were very helpful and really took care of us. We lost a tire and wheel while hauling our camper. Threw in some bald tires to get to our destination. They worked hard to get us all the tires and wheel we needed quickly. We were back in business in just 2 days (for special order tire and wheel that's unheard of). They gave us an excellent price too. We highly recommend them. Hard working, good people.

We had an unexpected screw in our tire & we stopped in hoping they could help us. They were so friendly & were able to fix it on the spot while we waited for a very reasonable price! So friendly- highly recommend!!!!! THANK you for saving the day!

With a van full of family headed to the aquarium, our tire began leaking air. After another tire store turned us away, we pulled into this lot and they got to work quickly and has us on our way in less than 15 minutes. Great work. Great price. Highly recommend these guys! Thanks for saving the day!

What a terrific auto shop! We were on vacation in the OBX and hit something that sliced our tire. They were able to find us the tires we needed and got them shipped ASAP so we could get the our truck back on the road. He not only squeezed us into his very busy schedule, but he also got us an amazing price! Very kind and honest people there! Even went out of his way to congratulate us on our recent engagement. You don't find honest, kind people like that too much anymore! Would recommend to anyone! A+++++++

On the drive to the obx we had a tire blow out, for two days we tried to find tires and couldn't find any. After several attempts with other shops that never returned our calls or just told us they couldn't help we came across all car and truck repair. Being someone in the business I can be very critical of other shops but I don't have one negative thing to say about them. The lady running the front is awesome, she kept in touch with us all day and even checked outside her normal distributor just to find the tires we needed. Tires were there when we arrived this morning and they took us straight back even though they had bays full of cars they worked us in knowing we had to get home. Thank you to everyone in that shop for getting my family back on the road so fast and for a reasonable price. Keep up the amazing work!!! I hope I don't run into car problems on vacation again but if I do I'll make sure I call them!!!

These people saved my sanity today and gave me peace of mind! I've had a really slow leak in my tire for a few days now. I tried to have it diagnosed and repaired in Pittsburgh at a tire shop but they claimed there was nothing wrong, filled it with air, and sent me on my way. Once I hit the NC border, the tire pressure light was on again. I took it to All Car & Truck Repair this morning and they had it repaired in about 15 minutes and gave me the piece of metal that was causing the slow leak. That's not all though. The mechanic asked the woman ahead of me if she minded if they took me first because I was there alone with my three small children in tow. She happily obliged. On top of that, they gave my kids soccer balls to play with and to keep while we waited. Between playing with the sweet shop dog, the soccer balls, and having a quick snack, it was so painless and quick for the kids as well as myself. I am incredibly pleased with their service on so many levels. Thank you!!!

I was very thankful and pleased with their friendly and prompt service. I was on vacation and had a flat tire when I ran over a piece of metal. Decided to purchase a whole set of tires since it was almost time for a new set. Saw they were open on a Sunday and had my tires in stock. They took me in that day. Also, their prices were reasonable. I would highly recommend them.

Our van broke down on the way back to our campground at the end of a day touring the Outer Banks. We called All Car & Truck Repair at 5:30pm and they took us right away to run a diagnostic scan. They searched all around the area that evening to see who had the parts and were able to get them in first thing the next morning & have us back up and running by noon. They were kind, efficient and did a thorough job. We are very thankful for the great service we received!

Unexpected, on a Saturday morning, the day of our departure from our Outer Banks vacation in July 2019, the high pressure hose for the power steering pump was leaking. We cautiously went to the All Car & Truck Repair of Roanoke Island for help. In no way, would we make it back home, a 200 mile trip with the car in this condition. All Car & Truck Repair went above and beyond assessing the problem, securing the parts and taking care of our car that morning so that we could make it back home. They shifted their schedules and appointments around to take care of us. They couldn't have been more caring and kinder. Within just a few hours, we were on the road, making it safely back home. Thank you so much for being there for us, especially with it being Saturday with no appointment. We highly recommend this shop.

Long story short... out of town, trying to get home and have car trouble. Fortunately we had two cars and were able to leave the one at the shop for a few hours. The shop was full and and they were able to get my kids car in and back on the road in less than 2.5 hours. Good honest people and great service. If you're local and need a mechanic or if your traveling I would highly recommend this shop.

Came in needing two tires late on Saturday afternoon after getting a flat and had two new tires along w free wiper blades and was out the door in less than 30 minutes. Fantastic service at a competitive price. Highly recommend this business.

We were on vacation and got a flat that could not be fixed we were rocking the donut spare and a waitress recommended All Car for us to get it fixed.Gwen and Jeff were Great! They ordered us a new tire and we were on the road within 24 hours no worries.. We highly recommend them for their customer services and great job they did for us..

Had a flat tire on a Sunday morning on my last day of vacation. Every tire shop was closed that was near my rental house. Finally found All Car and Truck repair and they were open and able to get me in. Had my tire patched and was back on the road in under 30 minutes. He even checked and aired up my other tires including the donut spare. Even gave my daughter a free soccer ball! Excellent service!!

Excellent service - we highly recommend All Car & Truck Repair! Realizing we had a tire quickly losing air right before beginning our 9 hour drive home was super stressful, but they fixed our tire quickly for a reasonable price (and on a Sunday morning!). Thank you for saving the day!!

It was late and I was in desperate need of a tire! My brothers friends recommended me to All Car & Truck Repair and when I called the lady I spoke with was very helpful, she made sure they had my size tire that I needed and stated they would remain open and this was after 9pm. When I arrived the lady in the office was very nice and my tire was changed very quickly! I would recommend anyone to this place! Great service!

This is a really nice family owned business with excellent hours (even on holidays) open everyday! They have nice prices on tires, made in America, go USA! Owners have friendly personalities and nice tires for a great price. I know where to come when I'm in OBX and car issues!

Very helpful! The only place in 60 miles that was willing to help me with my flat tire. No one else would look at my truck since it was a 1 ton dually. All Car and Truck Repair were the only ones that even offered to look at it even on a Saturday! The staff was very friendly, and got us in and out quickly. Thank you again All Car and Truck! Outstanding customer service - I needed a replacement tire for my travel trailer and they had the exact one I wanted in stock. They mounted the tire in 15 minutes and I was on my way. They had a very competitive price and super knowledgeable about trailer tires. I highly recommend this dealership.

Mother and son duo scheduled me in to get a slow leak tire repair the very next day I called, when other locations had availability only a week or two out. Tire repair was 5 minutes ($20), and was able to get back to work with time to spare for lunch.Cute resident dog in the waiting room!

This is the place to go for service you can Trust!!! Was on vacation and we ran over something metal that cut a tire down. We went to another shop they were the only ones who the tire we needed to leave town Sunday. The other shop MISSED a huge cut in the rim from the same thing that caused the tire damage. We went back to All Car Monday morning and they found the problem immediately. After seeing it myself, NO IDEA how anyone trained could have missed it! All Car helped us locate a new wheel and get it on and get home safely! They were kind, empathetic and professional! I recommend them, the Locals recommend them! They will take great care of you and you can have confidence they know what they are doing!

I had quite an exciting tire flat in Martin County the other night in a remote location on my regular visit into Manteo. I m from out of town. Changed my tire and brought in the damaged one the next early AM. Very knowledgeable lady made me feel right at home and had me scoot my car right up in front of another car that was getting all new tires. She said they had a tire in stock and they d put it on right away. They even looked at the spare and suggested I find another at a salvage since the one I had has already been rode on the wall flat. Yikes! I didn t feel taken advantage of and paid the same I d pay at home. So grateful for thoughtful businesses who treat their customers just like they were their neighbors!

We had just arrived in Nags Head for the week and went to dinner. Once we got back in our car the tire gauge was showing 10 lbs lower on one tire than the rest. Yes we had a screw in our tire. These wonderful folks stayed and waited for us to fix our tire. They were so nice to us and our kids. I recommend this to anyone that needs a quick tire fix when they are on vaca! :)
