DO NOT BUY HERE !!! I came here and purchased some Tire shine today, got back in my truck and parked at the side of the building away from any customers and away from any parking spots to apply the Tire shine I purchased. 20 min later the managers that go by the last name Fisher and another named David told me to leave the property because I was not allowed to apply the product I just bought from the store. As a hard working American that spent his hard earned money at this store, I would have never imaged the disrespect and lack of customer service these so called managers running this store showed me today. If they worked for me they would immediately be terminated. This was at Store 4877 on 3 Island ford Road in Maiden.

I went to autozone in maiden and got a simple oil and a oil filter for my truck they gave me the wrong oil filter I Could not move my truck I called them and I had to raise hell for them to bring me the right oil filter don't bother doing business with maiden autozone they know not what they're doing

Just left 3 employees 2 customers. The male employee was helping the other customer besides me. The 2 female employees were on the phone helping callers. I waited for 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. I timed it. Anyway I was just wondering if someone calling in for a part, is more important than the guy who drove there standing in front of you? Anyway they have quality parts, and it s fair priced. I got what I needed but I m a little disappointed in the customer service.

Had my son rerun unneeded parts that were never opened. He got talked down to and told that he didn t know what he was talking about. Very unprofessional and the staff were rude during the entire process.

On Friday I came in to order a clutch master cylinder, told me it was ordered and would be here Saturday morning. I already paid for this part. Come in Saturday morning and part was never ordered and didn t arrive so they put in another order said it would be there at 3pm Saturday. Call and it still hasn t shown up. Come in Sunday morning and they tell me it wasn t even ordered and they ll have to order it again. These employees are incompetent and rude, save your time and money and go else where

I definitely Love this AutoZone even more than other AutoZone's. They go above and beyond to help there customer's. They have helped me save 300 from having to get a key made from my dealership. Thank you to you for that. Then I needed a battery and he actually paid for it out of his own pocket just because it's was raining and cold. And I drove my car home and brought his money back. Thank you for that. And now he did change my piston that misfired. Thank you guys so so so much. You all are very kind and actually care about others!!!! thank you AutoZone and those employees need raises!!

You only visit places like this when you need something. What I like best about this location is that I don't have to be super knowledgeable. The staff is always right there when you walk in, asking if you need help, and finding what you need 10 times faster than I could on my own. I have yet to have a bad experience here. I'm glad this is the location closest to my house because I don't mind going in to get what I need

Auto zone is ok as long as you get hold of a customer service person who knows what he or she knows what their doing when you ask for a specific part for your automobile and gets you the right one their good at helping alot when you have a problem with your vehical they will put a light check on it and help with identifying what might be your problem with your vehicle

Went to buy new head lamps today and after looking at the catalog they had in store, picked out and purchased the model light it said I needed. I get home and start replacing and find out it s not the same as what is installed. So I go back to see about an exchange and am told they can t accept it because it was opened.Needless to say I ll be taking my money elsewhere. No wonder Amazon is getting everyone s business.

I have been in this store several times but today made it my last time for this store in Maiden, NC. If you have people with no type of good attitude toward your customers, acts like it kills the worker to actually do a little work then you should maybe think about what you hire.. I do not normally comment about rude people but today was the end of that especially when you are spending a lot of money to have sh!++/ customer service. If I'm correct, we customers help pay your salary..

This place seems to think it's okay to toss the change on the counter and glare at you without saying a word more as a "Thanks for coming by, have a good day." Terrible attitudes and service, take your money somewhere that deserves it.

Use to be a great store with great knowledgeable friendly employees but now customer service is gone, anyone with part's knowledge is gone. Management could care less about customers or what there Employees do, there always out back smoking or just hanging out on the side of the building with a group of friends can't get anyone to help without waitingall day. Employees look like a bunch of drunks or drug addicts, won't be coming here anymore. I will drive to hickory to get my parts. Or go to napa.

Came in this morning to buy a sensor, kid working up front told me I would be able to return the part if it did not fix my problem. Came back in later to return and I was told that I could not make a return. So thanks to the ignorance of the employee I have just thrown $150 in the trash unwillingly. I would have never spent the money if the kid working didn t tell me that I could return the part later. I asked the manager for corporates number to see if I could talk to them to help me resolve my problem, and he gave me a random woman s number that lives in Hickory (The manager told me it was the number for Autozone Corporate) Very immature joke for a MANAGER. Not sure if they don t want corporate involved or if they just think it s funny but either way it is completely wrong to do that to a customer. I have bills to pay and they treated me like I was a complete joke. Autozone in Maiden is a complete waste of my time and money. This really has been the worst customer service I have ever seen, what a great way to treat a local customer. Until my money is refunded I will be shopping at other auto stores in the area. i had to make a return and was taken care of wyickly and courteously. i did have my receipt and no questuons were asked other than why i wanted to return the oriduct, it was the wrong suze, and it went well, store is clean well stocked and staff was helpful

Will I tack 3stars back cause here lately I hav ask for ataru positionsensor the guy tould the don't have it he look it up coumputter and look at said to me we don't have and I seen it with my own eyes and pointed it out to him and I the part in my hand I identical patr on the as in my hand and was 60to100 dollars.i got eBay for 10dollars

I went to AutoZone last night (5/22/19) at 8:00 PM there were 2 employs working one was helping a customer the other was counting cash and told me he could not help me after waiting on him to finish counting the money about 30 minutes. He was very rude and said now I can help you. Iwill go to Lincolnton from now on. Terrible Service. Also they would not honor my veterans discount.

I went here to get a new battery and I asked the employee if he could test my battery. He said sure, but after a few minutes of trying to get his equipment to work he said the machine wasn t updated the night before and that I needed to drive my car around to let the battery charge .After I explained to him that it doesn t charge even after driving for an hour he went inside. I was so frustrated so I went to Walmart they checked my battery and I was only running on 82 watts .So instead of paying 134$ for a new battery at Auto Zone, I paid 75$ and the service was much better Walmart. Shop around folks!

the AutoZone in Maiden I will compare to the one in Newton. AutoZone in Maiden need to have employees that ask you do you want me to look at this or this or this on your car this has never been done for me. I can find things myself but I would like for someone to offer to help me that's what it is all about Good employees make the business better
