First time going here and so glad I did! Went in for oil change and they let me know other things I needed before changing it all out and leaving me with high unexpected bill like other places I've been. Very pleasant staff and just overall good experience will be going back in!

Respect for a business that doesn t try to take advantage of a lady. My wife said the staff was very friendly and rotated her tires completely. Awesome job! Will be back for sure

The guys at this Tiremax location are always so kind and explain everything thoroughly about my vehicle. They always work me in when I call to make an appointment and are quick to get me in and out when in the shop. Highly recommend!To add 5 months later This shop is still impeccable when it comes to service. Ian helped me with an oil change and replacement tires for my Jeep. Such a hands down nice guy! Stacy was the tech that did the work and also, just as personable and professional as they come. Lastly, one of the biggest things that I look for when I spend my money somewhere is how they treat my children. They spoke to and laughed with my kids, and didn t bat an eye when a tire accidentally went rolling across the waiting area. That makes the biggest difference, and I will continue to give them my business and spread the word of their awesome customer service!

I was traveling from out of state and had an emergency tire issue. They took care of the problem properly. The guys there made my experience professionally fun. The service cost was also reasonable. I would definitely return again if ever in the area.

Great experience here, I just needed a tire rotation and front end alignment, they checked the alignment and all was in spec, the mechanic even showed me the readings , so they didn't charge me for it. They easily could have just charged and let it go but they were honest. They also have a road force balancing setup , anyone with big tires on a truck should have this done, its a different level than the standard if you want a good ride on a fat AT tire at highway speeds.Highly Recommended

I had an appointment at 8:00 this morning I went in for two tires a four wheel alignment and a vehicle inspection when I left I felt like I was driving a brand new car it only took an hour to do everything I was very happy with the price and the service customer service was outstanding so far the quality of the work was outstanding as well thank you tire Max for a wonderful automobile repair experience.!

Went to shop, 45 minutes before they closed. They patched my tire, didn't charge me. Gave me quote for new tires. Very friendly and helpful!!!!

Wonderful experience. They have been working on all our vehicles since 2016. They do excellent work and you can get in and out fast. There prices are reasonable and they now have payment plans. Our cars always go to them from inspections to repairs. Give them a try.Great customer service. You will be impressed. Thank each and everyone that has worked on our cars.

Friendly, curtious and knowledgeable. The guys at the Madison location are on time and very anxious to help each customer to the fullest. They make you feel like family and that's what keeps me going back. Glad they are there to make things easier on the car industry. Keep up the good work. I've always had great service for years here.This time however, I had a feeling that was going to change. I thought the people there now just had the appearance of someone who really didn't care about quality of service and attention to detail. Sure enough when my service was completed, I had grime on my door, my steering wheel and the door panel. I also priced a set of tires that were almost 300 dollars cheaper at another store. Wouldn't have thought about shopping around if I had received the same level of service I was used to.

Ive been taking different cars up here for years. I just took my husband's truck up there a couple days ago for oil change and inspection. Well no tire rotation since the lugs were swelled, although thats the first I e heard and they're the ones that's been doing them. So no rotation. all 24 of The lugs are swelled but The lugs look beat up more from the air guns, which tires should be tourqed down. Then the tire pressure in all the tires were like 57 pounds. Wow that could have had bad consequences . To me if they do look at everything and check different things then there definitely shouldn't be that much pressure in them. That's 20 pounds more than what's it supposed to be.

Called ahead and spoke to Mark who promised to get to me immediately. I arrived about 10 minutes later and he was as good as his word. I only needed a patch thank goodness but the entire transaction and repair took about 20 minutes and I was back on the road. I am very pleased with everything and I will go back to Tiremax again. Thank you

Tire Max has always provided us with excellent service, from tires to brakes to random repairs. Their prices are reasonable, time estimates accurate, and the personnel are friendly and give you all the information needed to make decisions. Great firm!

I called for a same day appointment, and was able to get my oil changed that afternoon.The staff is very professional.It was very quick. I asked them to check all the filters and stuff, and they reported everything was okay.I was so happy to check this off the list.Thank you.

Happy with speed of service. But had problem with hub cap coming off 1 mile from store plus they left valve stem cap off 1 tire and chrome caps off both. Plus when I checked lug nuts noticed they were not torqued and damaged by airgun. I replaced both sets of lug nuts. Cody the Mgr ordered me a hub cap.

I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. It was a smooth checkin and service was performed in a timely manner, which included some extra complimentary checks. I always have a good experience and I am made aware of upcoming required maintenance.A good choice for good service for your car.

Guys at Madison Tire Max are always helpful and professional. Have bought tires here, had a flat or two repaired here and get oil changes done here. Great service every time so far! Prices are fair in today's economy and the wait time for all I have ever had done here is very reasonable! I recommend Tire Max in Madison for any of your tire needs especially!

Beyond Efficient, done in a timely manner, very friendly, and welcoming! A great place to take car of all your needs concerning your vehicle s! Glad I made the switch from another local business a few years back!
