I recently purchase a Volvo XC60 from Brian and hands down 100% would recommend him to anyone searching for a new or used vehicle. Start to finish he made the experience pleasant and reassuring. I came late in the afternoon and he wound up staying with me until after 10:00 pm to complete the process. I was apologetic for keeping him so late and he wouldn t hear it. He said he was doing what he loved and wouldn t have it any other way. The way he conducts his business and the passion he obviously provides shows this to be true. Since the purchase I have stayed in contact with Brian and he even called weeks after the purchase to check in and see how I was doing, not just the vehicle but me. Genuinely one of the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting and working with. Thank you Brian!

Just bought a 2015 Volvo V60 from Brian and I could not have been happier with the service and car! I live in New York and throughout the buying process Brian was always on point, responsive and honest. I flew in and Brian picked me up from the air port, brought me directly to the dealership where the car was clean and waiting. We finished the buying process quickly and I was on my way. All the vehicles on the lot were 5 star quality just like the service I received. I highly recommend Importacar and give them 5 stars!

What a wonderful experience! I flew in to purchase my car, and Brian picked me up at the airport. I already felt like we were best friends from the multiple phone calls we had with me asking every question imaginable. He always took the time to answer all of my questions, and his honesty and integrity are obvious in every conversation with him. He loves cars, he loves his job, and he loves getting people into a car they will love. Skip the hassles and pressure of a large dealership and head straight to Importacar - or ask Brian to find your perfect car for you if it's not on his lot.

My husband and I have been members of the Importacar family since we purchased our first car from Brian in 2008 and EVERY CAR SINCE for a reason (most recently yesterday). I remember leaving the lot knowing that we would be customers for life. I always felt somewhat intimidated when visiting car lots alone- but not at Importacar. I immediately felt his love of cars and people. Over the years, his passion continues to shine through his work . He always answers my questions, gives me his honest input (yes- if you are in need of a vehicle that offers fuel efficiency and the one you want does not he will tell you the truth), and most importantly- I have never felt taken advantage of....his transparency is refreshing. Brian is truly one of kind. I wish everyone could have the Importacar experience. I ve referred my sisters, parents, and several friends (even strangers who have commented on our vehicles) to Importacar because I know they will be taken care of and not be pressured or disrespected. His taste and eye is immaculate and if he doesn t have what you are looking for- he takes pleasure in the challenge of finding it. My transactions are always seamless. From his connection to lenders with great rates to the extended warranty options it s easy, breezy, beautiful. In April I was looking for a low mileage, high end 370z Nissan Nismo Tech and ran across a silver model at Importacar. Met with Brian and quickly realized the quality of his inventory and the integrity under which he runs his company..... he made the rest very simple. I absolutely love my new Z and the manner that I was treated. My wife and I WILL come to him first when we replace her car. Great people.... great company to buy a car from !!

I bought my Audi from the Brian and had a very good experience. The price was excellent, the amount of time spent at the dealership was about 1 hour, and the car is perfect! He goes out of his way to make the deal work for both parties. And he was able to give me a great interest rate thru a local bank. By far, hands down the best car buying experience i could have ever hoped for. My wife and I are really happy with the car and we made a friend for life. We will be back again in the future Brian. If you want a personal, comfortable and enjoyable experience purchasing you next vehicle go see Brian and Andrew at Importacar. Brian had a 2017 Passat in better condition and for a better price than anyone within a 200 mile radius of Raleigh. From my first conversation with Brian to when we drove off the lot with our new car I never once had a concern that we were being treated as "just another sale". I can't say enough about how thrilled we are to have found Importacar. Brian will be the first person I call next time I'm in the market for another vehicle!

Brian is the real deal. Courteous, professional and considerate. We worked out practically the whole deal over email. I was able to just show up, test drive the car and sign the paperwork. The whole process felt relaxed and I ended up with a great deal for the exact car I wanted. I couldn't recommend this dealership any more. Fantastic all around.

If you're looking for a top of the line vehicle and you want to be treated life family this is the place to go. We are from Alabama and my hubby and i drove to North Carolina to get a Nissan Rouge. From the friendship made with the salesman and the quality of the vehicle I'd make the drive again. AND I'd highly recommend all friends and family there as well. God is good all the time and all the time God is good!

Importacar is a rare bright spot in the car sales industry. I purchased a 2019 Miata and the process was easy, friendly, and zero BS from start to finish. I've purchased many cars and have a general disdain for car dealers; I was pleasantly surprised this time. Recommended.
