I ve dealt with this store for many years, but I don t know what has happened since the original owner passed away, but they are the most untrustworthy people in business in rockingham county. I would not recommend them to change the oil in my in my deep fryer.My daughter went there a few weeks ago because her hatchback is electrical and would not raise up on its own and they told her it would be between $40 and $60 to do a computer check to find out what was wrong. They actually charged her $85 and told her that there was an off switch inside the cabin of the car that was turned off . And I don t think $85 was right.The other thing my daughter complained about was her heat and air-conditioning was not working properly so they told her that her antifreeze was low put 2 gallons of antifreeze in her car and said that was her problem. Well she drove away, and her air conditioner quit working again so we carried it to another mechanic and he said that her blower motor was malfunctioning and has to be replaced .I think they were praying on my daughter because she was a female and probably didn t know better.

These guys are the absolute best. Rocky and Roger look after their customers. Twice this year they ve fixed my car when the Chevy dealership fell short. Prices were really fair too. Also helped me find a new set of tires last year at a great price. Unlike some other places, Beroth treats lady customers right. No games - I trust them. I ll always give them my business.

I went Friday to get my car inspected. I paid for the service and my car failed because of my 2 front tires. I went and got new tires put on. I called before they closed and they told me to come on in Monday to get the inspection to pass. I go there and he tells me it won t be until Wednesday. Mind you that I only have today off. So they pretty much got me for my money because I have to get it done today to pay for my sticker. Smh I won t be going back there again.

This wasnt my first visit and as a business owner myself for 33 years I was most impressed with professionalism, concerned for your need, cordial and took their job very seriously. I first went last week to schedule a appointment for this week and dealt with Austin such a wonderful professional concerned gentleman and the guy over aligning my front end of my car, today I had the privilege of meeting Rocky and such a genuine gentleman that loves his job and customers. Everyone there appeared to enjoy their job and work environment. I would honestly give these guys 10 stars for their efficiency and knowledge and professionalism. This day in time it is very rare to find businesses so efficient and working together.This place needs to be commended for their integrity and work. I had just experienced an ordeal that cost me almost a 1,000 dollars right down the street from Beroth before I found out about Beroth. You guys have a wonderful name in the community. Remember to never lose that integrity it carried me through my whole career and goes beyond any advertisement that can be published the number one word of mouth will take care of your business to always be successful. Thank you kindly Austin, Rocky and the knowledgeable gentleman in the service dept and your knowledge to work on Mercedes Benz you are most greatly appreciated. I actually enjoy going to the Shop. I trust the guys. I just know they wouldn t suggest something if I didn t need it. In the past my car would have problems and, I felt they were doing something to my car. Now I only go to the shop and, they actually know who I am. I have and will continue to send people there. You might have too wait but, it s so worth it. I Thank them and, I Pray for them as well. I called a day in advance to make sure they had the tires I needed. I needed 4 tires for my camper and they had 8 in stock. Three people changed my tires and they checked my spare tire out also. They put my desired pressure in the tires and they balanced them and torqued the lugs. When they were finished they inspected my truck. I was in and out in slightly less than one hour. Got an heater core. Put in an was charged. 932. Dollars. My interior. Was left not put together. Along with my linkage. To my odometer. Being off car would not move. Went back. Numerous. Times. There. Dishonest take the money an run.

I had a problem pumping gas. Joe said leave it with them and they would diagnose the problem. They kept my ride all day. When I got off work I went over to see if they found problem. They told me fuel filler pipe. I asked how much to repair, joe was vague, saying 300 to 400. I asked for a closer price. He said he would call....never did. I stopped by again asking when he could fix it and wanting to know how much. Once again I was told somebody would call, didn't happen. The following week I called and was told 400. So we agreed he would fix the following Tuesday. So early Thursday morning I took my ride up at 7:30 he said they would call when they were done it might take all day so I didn't check on it till 5:00 that afternoon. so I arrived after I got off of work ask Joe where my car was he said it was still in the shop I said is it fixed he said no I said why not he first said that we didn't get the party in although I scheduled this week out so he could get the party in and then I told him that I was angry because my car sit there all day long with nobody calling me and telling me that they couldn't do anything with it he then changed his story and said well they sent the wrong part this is not my problem that's the problem between him and the vendor. so he said he would call the next day when the part come in once again nobody called me at the end of the day I decided to take a different direction I took it to another shop that I'd been to before and it turns out that what they said was wrong wasn't even wrong it was not the fuel filler pipe it was a vent filter that cost half the price of what he was going to charge me to not even completely correct my car. I definitely do not recommend these guys at all.

Was in and out in no time for an oil change. They're always always friendly and knowledgable. The price was amazing and beat out anywhere else that I've priced. The gentleman at the service desk is the best ever, so friendly. A little later after my service was done and I had left, he had called and left me a voicemail regarding a rebate I qualified for and let me know to expect it in the mail. Awesome followup. I've bought tires, inspections, tire rotation (usually free with the oil changes) and some major hub replacement work (for which I would not have gotten a better deal anywhere). I won't take my vehicle for any kind of service anywhere but Beroth's in Madison.

I would like to start off by saying that I come to this establishment very often for all my car needs based on how I am treated and taken care of by Roger. He is knowledgeable, personable, kind, and always manages to put me at ease. The guys that work "behind the scenes" are speedy and efficient as well but I do not know them by name to commend them.

I have used Beroth Tire and Automotive in Madison for all my car and truck needs for over 20 years. They are honest, dependable, friendly and stand behind their repairs. HONEST!! Recently I brought my car in because the transmission was slipping a bit. I bought the car used and did not know if it had ever had a transmission service done. When I arrived they told me it would take no time to take care of it. After about a 25 minute wait the mechanic came out and told me everything looked good with the transmission it only needed to have an additive to take care of the issue. They could have very easily just done the service and charged me a couple hundred bucks but he was honest. And that means a lot unlike Firestone who has lied to me on several occasions. My car has been fine ever since my visit. Will never go anywhere else!Service: Transmission

Much like any other auto mechanics if you go in for anything they're going to attempt an upsell haha. I went in for an inspection, oil change, an a front end alignment / tire rotation and ended up with all that as well as a new set of tires and tie rods. That's just the way it is with mechanics, so that being said I will say that they did very good work and the rates for parts / labor were very reasonable. My old car tracks straight as an arrow now (very good alignment job) and my car was in and out in about 4 hours time. They were very friendly and courteous. Honestly if you're needing work done in the Madison Mayodan area I can recommend them, just be aware you're going to end up getting more done than you planned on going in. All-n-all, four stars.

I call on Friday, ordered two tires and am told to come get them put on Tuesday. I called that morning just to verify the tires had arrived, but they had no idea who I was or anything about my order. They said they could get the tires (for more than I was originally told) and instructed me what time to come in. When I arrived, I was informed the tires were on the way . They didn t pull my car into the bay for an hour and a half. Just as bad as Beroth tire in Kernersville

I always bring my car to Beroth! Roger knows me by name and the guys are always professional and helpful. They treat me like a person and never try to sell me something I don t need just because I m a woman. I gladly wait when they are busy, because I trust them. And if something is wrong... they ALWAYS make it right!! Thanks Beroth!

Very rude and told us it would be about 20-30 minutes to get our van inspected and we sat for an hr & half. Then tell us there printer not working so we couldn't get a paper saying it passed but it would b in the computer. So we went to vavaline on meadow rd. No waiting and very nice people. Very quick service

While I am having an issue right now I am going to rate Beroth with a solid 5 star! I have been going to this shop for a few years now and as a woman who worked for a small repair shop I do absolutely know what some people try to pull on women. I haven t experienced that at all. I am disappointed that I have paid double for one sensor that I have purchased all 4 for but am happy with the resolution offered to me. I learned an expensive lesson but still am overall very satisfied with the service I have always received from the guys here!! I wish I had checked it out prior to okaying the work and that s on me. As I said lesson learned!
