My 2011 Ram 1500 started to overheat on I-95, I had already passed Lumberton and was about 45 minutes away when I found a safe exit and called the radiator shop I found on google with decent reviews.The lady that answered the phone was kind , understanding, and told me how to get my truck to them by adding water and turning the cap just a little bit !As soon as we arrived, we were attended, and within 5 minutes, my truck was being looked at. The radiator had a crack, and a price was quoted, a price i found very fair considering it was close to 3:30 pm and the manager / owner ( not sure I apologize) said he would put two mechanics on it and would try his best to have us back on the road before closing time.A little after 5:10 p.m., he had my truck fixed and ready to go. Without a doubt, a life saver !It's not often that we are lucky enough to find the right kind of individuals with the integrity and desire to help customers the way they did. Awesome place! My son is in Lumberton for work and his car started to overheat. It was after hours but T&C Radiator responded to my plea for help via Facebook messenger and had my kiddo drop off the car. The next morning they called to let me know they had his keys and would take care of it! They fixed a couple of belts and got my son back on the road!! Thank you so much for your help and honesty! Great customer service and work!

I was charged $638.72 to repair A/C. Explained when I took the car in that it was used on a mail route so I needed good cold A/C not iffie A/C. Air duct temp is only about 50 degrees, should be between 38 to 45 degrees. When I complained I was told that it was functioning as it should and there was "No need to continue the conversation any further." In other words we have your money now go away. This is not the business Bobby Jones ran. Do not do business with these people.

Spent $568 getting the AC done on my 2000 Astro Van. That was March 28, 2013. Went to the beach for the weekend and it done great which didn't need ac for that weekend but I was checking it out. Ok this van is like our #3 vehicle and we don't drive it that much, unless vacations and things like that. So on April 12th 2013 I take my mom and sister to see my daughter in the hospital. No AC had to roll down the windows. There is still a leak some were so got to take it back.Updated this review to a 5 star since I took it back and they fix the problem. The unit is doing good and have had zero problems since the fix. Pricey but they get it done. So would I go back to them of course they simply know what they are doing.

This is not a radiator repair shop it is a radiator replacement shop. Back in the old days when the old man ran the place he could tear a radiator apart and put it back together again. I took an oil cooler off of a John Deere 6400 which had a pinhole in it and they could not even find the leak. They told me it would be $20 for that. Luckily they did not charge me when I picked it up. I brought it home and it took me 20 minutes to rig it to put air pressure to it and another 2 minutes to find the leak. I had a friend braze it, problem solved. They did try to sell me a new one for $600. I'm sure these folks are nice but they are really lacking in the area of customer service and radiator repair.

I will never go back to dis place for service again..way over priced...ripped me off for almost $700 bucks still no ac..then try an charge me another $400 bucks to fix problem..ripp offs
