First time and they were busy. Didn't know what to do or where to go and parked. Worker came out to greet me, guess he could tell I was new. He looked at my car and immediately asked what kind of filter I had, new car so I didn't know. He lifts the hood and told me he was out of that filter but if I would go to parts store down the street he'd give me $6 off my oil change. Just moved to area and didn't know where else to go so I gave them a chance. I paid $8 for the filer so overall I paid more money and had to bring in my own parts.Bathroom was not clean out of paper towels and toilet paper. Workers were nice and professional but having to pay more money and bring my own filter because they didn't have supplies was not a good impression for a first time customer. Next time I'll check out other service areas.

Went in to get an oil change on a company vehicle. I was in and out extremely fast. Quick and easy. Only one thing I can speak negatively about is the washer fluid reservoir wasn't filled(TOPPED OFF)..THAT'S IT! Friendly, and very fast. Everything went smoothly. I would definitely recommend for, an oil change.

All I can said is WOW WOW WOW!!! Ron and his crew are the BEST IN LUMBERTON! I went there to get my oil change after trying to find a shop that was opened after thanksgiving and they were open! I came from Pembroke and they got me in as I was informed ahead that it might be a little bit of a wait because there were a few cars ahead of me but I swear to you I was out of there within less than 20 minutes. It s crazy how I was out of there that fast and it s crazy amazing because had I went anywhere else, I probably would of been waiting 30 minutes to an hour based on the vehicles that were ahead of me. I will definitely be going back because Ron and the crew there are so kind and displayed EXCELLENT customer service, acceptance and were kind hearted due to me driving around all morning trying to find a place to get my old changed and I m so very thankful I found THEM!

I have been going to Shell Rapid Lube with my company vehicles for over 8 years every 8 weeks due to a lot of miles driven. I went yesterday at 10:20 and was told they were getting ready to go to lunch. There was only 2 vehicles there . So I was told to come back after 2. I came back today and listened to the same thing except it was 10:30 and there was only 1 vehicle there ahead of me. They even locked the door as I was walking back out. Why would you as a business shut down at 10:30 for lunch and turn customers away. I have spent a few thousand dollars at this place over the years. It is the only place that has ever changed the oil on my company vehicles. I drove out the parking lot for the last time. Even if they paid me I would not let them change my oil. I will never go there again and I will tell everyone I know not to go there. They have lost my business and anyone else that works with me with a company vehicle will not be allowed to visit any Rapid Lube location. Very disappointed in such poor service

I had my oil changed and I must say these guys did a great job! The wait wasn't long at all and the price was very reasonable!! Ron was very friendly and polite at check out!! I will definitely be back to see y'all!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I get my oil changed her often. It only takes 15 to 20 mins and your out the door. The prices are good. They have full synthetic or synthetic blend and more.

Don t bring your vehicles here if you ever plan to work on them yourself. Had to get an oil change so I brought in my car. Paid an outrageous amount for an oil change. A few months later I go to change the oil myself and the drain plug is way over tightened and stripped. I m pretty confident some one was having to much fun the impact. Had to get a kit to remove rounded off bolts. Oil filter was apparently installed by the hulk himself. This was the last place to service my car. I wouldn t trust them to add washer fluid correctly.

Went to this place after being let down at Walmart and I ve been here before and was pleased but this time as soon as I pulled in an employee runs up to my car before I can get out and said it s your brake pads and we don t do those. I know I need brake pads sir which I got later that day but I told him I wanted front tires. He immediately said we don t have your size so I left and spent money elsewhere.

Guy was very, very nice. But, .Was told I would have to go get my own oil and filter from a parts place. Then bring it back to have it done. Most places have delivery from parts places why not here ?!?

I was in and out within 20 minutes. They did a great job and everyone was very nice.I had another great experience with staff and had me in and out in just a few minutes...inspection. Highly recommend!!!

Work was done well. Just let it be known.. they lock the doors at 11:30 and go to lunch.. no sign on door. Back bays wide open. Was about to drive away when I heard someone eating lunch on the grass by the dumpster. Very unprofessional , still sat and waited 25 min.

This is one of the most professional and well organized place of business I've ever been too. Me and my brother has been bringing our vehicles here for oil changes and other minor mechanical issues and the service has just keep getting better and better. GREAT PLACE!!!!!

If you try this business on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday be prepared to stay a while. They are extremely busy and the lines are long. The space for waiting in your vehicle is very limited. I went during the week and had no problem getting my oil changed along with all fluid levels checked and replenished if needed. I haven't experienced any leakage problems as a few others have indicated.The one thing I am concerned about is services marked completed on the invoice were not done. I could clearly see my vehicle during the service and several things checked ok, completed or declined were not checked. The air filter, cabin filter were marked ok (did not check them) and "declined carpet vacuum" (they did not ask).

I only go here for my yearly inspection on my two cars. Everyone is always nice and helpful. They get things done quickly.

Apparently, if you are friends with someone who works there, you don't have to wait in line with the rest of us. After it happened twice, I wasn't prepared to wait another 30 minutes and who knows how many more "friends" to cut in front of me. I'll take my business where they value it.

I always have great service here. They are fast and friendly. I've never had to wait long. The waiting area is comfortable. It was an easy space to be in when I had my kids with me.

If you need an car inspection and you have tint, don t go to this place. Out of respect the one lady that does work there could have said your tint is to dark instead of just failing the inspection . I will never go back to the place for anything else. Rude and very disrespectful. If I could leave 0 stars than I would.

Service was quick and staff was friendly. You stay in your car until it's your turn in the service bay. They have a roomy waiting area with a TV and snack machine. Restrooms were clean.

Has been a 5 star in the past but... brought my f250 in, they put it in the bay then immediately pulled it out. Said they didn't have an oil filter for my truck but they would order it and come back the next day. I brought it back the next day, pulled to the back and one of the workers came up to and said the manager had to use my oil filter on another f250? What kind of manager does that. When he placed the order he should have gotten more than one so they would have inventory if they only had one it should have been held for the customer it was ordered for.

I pulled up 5 second behind a van and we both was told to wait. About 7 mins later a jeep pulled up behind me. Then the van moved to door 1 and they pulled me behind door 2 and the jeep behind door 1. The van went in first & finish his oil change & left. Then the jeep pulled in finished her oil change & left but my car is still outside door 2. They was about to pulled another car in door 1 when I stap them & ask whats going on & they said the car in door 2 had problem. I said I was here waiting 7 mins before the jeep ever came at less somebody should have came & told me something. That was so wrong and he said nothing just charged me & sent me on my way after I paid. I been up there so many times over the past 20yrs but they are losing a customer & they don't even care. You don't treat people like that, you inform them or they could have backed the jeep up & said we have to get him next because he was next. Smh

One of the worst places I have ever been to. I work at the hospital and I get 30 min lunches and sometimes no lunch at all. I work 60 plus hours a week and it s hard for me get away to get my car inspected. I have been turned away from this place twice in the past week because I got their to late. Then the guy proceeded to tell me that I might to find another company to work for if I can t get away for 20 min to get an inspection. I am a single mother and must work all week every week to keep my bills paid. This guy does not care about the community and people in general he only cares when it s time to clock out. I I coundent get off an extra 30 min early I had patients to see. If it was your mom would you want their care taker to leave early when their in need? I pray you one day change and start caring about others instead of yourself.

I love going here to get everything done I need for my car. The guys are super quick, really nice and 2 of them could run a train if you know what I mean haha. Don't wait till it's too late. Get your car looked at.
