Update (12\1\22) The tire I got had a slow leak and within two weeks it went flat at least twice. I tried calling multiple times on multiple days but the phone just rang endlessly. When I was finally able to go in I let the gentleman at the counter know what was going on and after about a 30min wait they came out with my keys and said I'm all good.I drive to work the next day and my car was shaking so bad I hit my step goal for the day before I even parked at work. At work I realized they put on the wrong tire size.I called around and the dealership informed me the wrong size tire can damage your alignment Since Partners never answered the phone I ended up going somewhere else for another tire.I brought Partners their tire back a few days later as I wanted a refund since I had to go buy another tire because of their mistake, I explained what happened to the older man, who I'd assume is the owner and he's confused. He flat out asks me "Well what do you want us to do with it?(the tire)".Now I'm confused, I tell him again I bought a tire somewhere else here's your tire back, it was the wrong size. He answers,"Oh, I know it was the wrong size, we didn't have your tire size here so we stuck that on."I'm so thrown by this comment I didn't even ask for a refund, I just left.They knowingly put the wrong size tire and didn't tell me, which could have cost me hundreds in repairs ****(11\18\22) They were great! I went to replace a tire with a screw in it and they were super fast, I was in and out in about 30mins and they have great prices!

Got a oil change, and they forgot to put oil cap back on, check engine light came on!!! . Lucky I checked my daughter car the next day. I been a customer with them for years and this 1 mistakes could've cost me thousands.

I came from over 30 minutes away to get my car inspected and they were closing their shop at 5:20pm, but their business hours are listed as open until 6pm! Inspections only take a few minutes, so I assumed with me arriving 40 minutes before closing, they would be able to help me. However, they were rude in letting me know that they were closed and were leaving, over half an hour early! I will not ever patronize their business, as that is very unprofessional! A waste of my gas and time!

This tire shop is a rip off i went there to get my tires rotated and balanced 26 inch tires i also had a tire with a slow leak they card me a 132 dollars and did not rotate my tires Dallas still card me anyway Don't go to this shop

Agreed to $69 engine diagnostics which turned into a 4 month ordeal calling every Friday to be told they were still running diagnostics and instructed to call back next Friday then when they decided to take a guess and attempt to charge me $190 for a computer that had already been replaced by another garage not resolving the issue the shop decided to turn the $69 engine diagnostics into $420.00 on made up charges of which exceed state allowed $350.00 a shop can charge without informing the owner tells me this shop acts against the law and isn't to be trusted my car run great but would only start when it felt like it has low miles and is clean inside and out they still have it as I refuse to be ripped off.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Was traveling through north Caroline had a flat tire on 95 had to get towed in thay opened at 8.00 am Was out by 8.30 am very good service definitely recommend this place if you are in need of a new tire

They are friendly enough but gave me a little bit of a hard time because I wanted big boy tires. Had gotten some Continental tires for my KIA and drove off with a ping, ping, ping noise the nuts were popping off but the manager took care of it. Tires are good and that's what they do best. Prices aren't to bad.

Good place to take your car for repairs. Once I talked to them about my car issues. They got rite on it!! And their priced are fair if your paying out of pocket.

They're decent! I come to this place as my last option. I usually go to K-Land Tire Service to get my tires change and alignment and they get their work done in no time, but Partner's will have you wait about 2 hours just to get all 4 tires change and alignment when everything can get done in about 30-40min longest an hour.

Don t go there if you know what s best. Tried to tell me I need this & that & I had just replaced everything myself before I took it to be aligned so you can t tell me what I need when I already done it. Scammers rip off just trying to get extra $ out of their customers it s a shame how shops do ppl these days smh never again I wouldn t buy a soda out the machine if I were youService: Wheel alignment

Don't use them. Go to another shop, any shop. Put my 2004 Mustang in with a water leak. Didn't get it back until 11 days later, after they delayed picking it up 3 times. First time, couple guys called out and they didn't get a chance to test drive. Second, alternator supposedly went bad but since this was going to be around $800 to fix everything, since they had to take the front of the motor apart to repair the leak they said they would do the alternator for free. Third time was a supposed oil leak they wanted to fix. On the 11th day I went to get it and the guy walked me and my wife outside telling us the car was making a hell of a noise. Didn't say what it was even though he supposed to be a mechanic. Cranked it up and the motor all of a sudden had a thrown rod!! Out of the damn blue. After talking to a bunch a mechanics they all agree a couple things definitely happened .1, they swapped the motor with another mustang for themselves. Which would explain the 3 times it was delayed for us to get it. Or 2, they messed up bad and refused to come clean. While I was outside bitching the guy out my wife went it and paid, which pissed me off because now we have no case. They said they would do us a favor and only charge $700 and tow it to our house for free. To hell with these guys. I now use another shop in Fairmont and funny enough the mechanics there were telling us how over the past 2 years they have been getting a lot of customers from Partners that have had lots of issues. Let me be clear. I used to love Partners. Lots of people locally recommended them and now since this happened I am finding that those same people are going elsewhere because of bad experiences. The shop in Fairmont said they dont know what has happened at Partners. They used to be the best around. Bottom line is my Mustang was just fine. Had a water leak and it never over heated so something happened at that shop while they kept delaying us to pick it up. Now, I won't even pay them to do a simple inspection. This has been our experience. I hope nobody else has a bad experience with them but from now on, we will use another shop.

Worse experience ever, they don t garantee their work whatsoever. We ve been scammed by getting bad tires from them, and he wanted to charge double to get the necessary alignment done to it. The guy also made racist remarks about us. I m about to file a better business Bureou complaint.

There is at least one honest person there because he told me I didn't need to pay for an alignment I just needed to buy a tire. Honesty goes a long way.

Dallas and his crew did an exceptional job removing 4 trees, stumps and filling the holes left from the stumps removal. The quoted price was well below his competition in Whiteville. Dallas and his crew drove from Lumberton to Whiteville everyday until the project was completed. He also without being asked trimmed the overgrown bushes. I highly recommend him for any tree removal job.

Went to get brake pads put on my car and the old man said $75 which i thought was kinda high then he started saying i needed to have this and that done which i knew was a lie he said $115 for the brake pads there was no way in the world i was paying that. But thank god for k-land tires they did my brake pads and all for $45

- They have poor service I came early morning to get tires put on my car & here I was 5 hours later still here with no tires on my car & they will tell you there s one problem & keep giving you the run around a to jump from auto store to auto store buying parts spending unnecessary money for nothing
