Mike in the Service Department was awesome as always. Had an oil change, tire rotation, cabin filter replacement and because I went over 100,000 miles a tune up and everything that goes with it. Great service, dedication to getting it right the first time is why I only go to Nissan of Lumberton!!!

They don't stick to appointment times so be prepared to wait 2+ hours for an oil change even if you made your appointment a month in advance.

My appointment was at 10:30 and I arrived at 10:25. I sat in my car for 30 minutes, waiting to get assistance. I finally decided to get out of my car at 10:55 and take my walker out of the back seat, when someone finally came over and asked me if I needed help. The whole 30 minutes, while I sat and waited for help, there were numerous employees walking around outside. I was there a total of 3 hours. If I would not have had to go through that, I would have rated the business 5 stars.Service: Oil change

I sit in the waiting area while my oil was being changed. The waiting area is very clean and quiet you can read or watch television as you wait and time goes by really fast. I must give them a A+ because the restroom is also very clean and smells clean it did not take them very long to do the oil change in my car I enjoyed the waitService: Oil changeService: Oil change

The staff that works for the service department go above and beyond to reassure its clients of their ability to correct and rectify any issues ongoing with their vehicles and a Swift and prompt manner. I think them once again for servicing my vehicle and reassuring me that whenever I visit I know that I'll receive nothing but the best from them. Great job team!

I love the dealership and service. People are always nice and helpful. Only problem I had, was the amount of time I had to wait for a simple oil change. Took right at 2 hours. I had an appointment and was 10 mins early. But other than that, I recommend them.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

For 5 years I have had a contract with Lumberton Nissan for my oil changes. Normally I have to wait two hours for my service. Maggie is a newer addition and she had me out of there in less than an hour. Maggie deserves a huge round of applause for her hard work!!!!!! I came in at my appointment time and was greeted by customer service. My service was completed in a timely fashion and I was satisfied. My time is valuable and I do not like to wait. Disappointed when I got home had my husband to check an then change my oil again to find out that they didn't change it after all, when getting back from nissan lot. My oil came out still black an the filter even looked older.. They also wouldn't stand behind the warranty an fix my sunroof which never worked since I bought my Expendition and salesman telling me to give them 45 days then they would check it an fix any issues.Services: Auto sunroof glass replacement, Oil change

The very best customer service and kindness I have experienced in a long time., with any business. Friendly, but not tooo Friendly like fake Friendly or unprofessional Friendly. My experience buying my car was great, but the service I experienced after I made a referral was horrible. When you buy a car they tell you you'll get a referral fee. I referred a friend of mine and was there when she purchased her vehicle. The salesman said he'd make sure I received that fee and I also talked to Tony who finalizes the sale and he said he would get it taken care of. I've talked Tony, the lady who handles the referrals, and a manager and because the salesman didn't "put it in the contract" there's nothing they can do. It's not fair to your customers when you make a promise for an incentive and you can't fulfil that promise because of it not being mentioned within a contract. I love my nissan and the service I receive when I get my vehicle serviced, but I'll never refer anyone else to nissan again.
