Very good. Unfortunately 30 minutes after it was installed the system stated that I had to have it serviced within 3 days. Not sure why. I ve tried to call Monitech several times and stayed on hold greater than 15 minutes each time without anyone picking up. Your recording that states if you want to hold your place in line press 8. I did that several times with each attempted phone call but the option never worked! Plus I was cut off one time while holding. If this is how Monitech operates and I m already having to have it serviced with no idea why I ll have to look elsewhere!
