The customer service I received at Lumberton Chevrolet was by far the best experience I have ever encountered. Wendy and the rest of the staff repaired my car quickly and made sure I was informed and attended while waiting. The cookie on the console was a sweet touch. Lumberton Chevrolet is a textbook example of what customer service should be.

Great sevice! Worked me in on a short notice. I was fully expecting my truck to be there for a couple of days, but to my amazement, Amanda in the Service dept called me 2 hrs later letting me know my truck was done. This service required the removal of my headliner, so I was a little apprehensive since my truck is only a year old. However, I can see no evidence of its removal. Extra effort was taken to make sure my truck was as I left it. The only difference was that I had two chocolate chip cookies left by them sitting in my console. Very Happy!

This was my second purchase from this dealership and both were exceptionally pleasant. My salesman Larry was amazing. He had a pleasant personality and was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles that were purchased. In addition to being pleasant, he was honest and I especially value that. I highly recommend Lumberton Chevrolet to anyone looking to purchase a new or used car.

I broke down on I95 had to limp into the Lumberton dealership had a week wait on Service but because I was traveling they made an exception and checked vehicle out then. They informed me according to the codes I lost #7 injector and maybe the control cable they ordered the cable and had the injector in stock. They dropped me off at the holiday inn for the night and pick d me up the next day. They installed the new connector and found out tge injector was good they were very honest and could have charged me for both and I wouldn t have known either way. I would definitely recommend them for my service and will be checking them out for the purchase of a new truck in the future. Thanks for the honesty.D.Carter Morehead City, NC

Took my mom s car back multiple times after it was involved in an accident (not her fault). The bumper needed to be repaired and a new headlight. They could not adjust the headlights properly after multiple times taking it back to them. The paint job was terrible and they caused additional damage to the paint while attempting to adjust the headlight. We ended up taking it to another body shop. This should have been a simple job for a knowledgeable body repair shop with proper training. The entire job that they did is having to be done all over again by another body shop. All new parts have to be ordered again (new bumper cover, new headlight and paint). I will never take any of my vehicles to these people again and will not refer anyone to them, not even for a simple oil change. I m not one to post reviews, but I'm hoping this prevents someone else from going through what we have been through.

Friendly staff. Always had service phone picked in up in less than a minute by courteous and knowledgeable service coordinators. Promises for update calls were honored well. My appointment was scheduled for 1:00 pm on Wednesday, February 7, 2024. I arrived about 10 minutes early and checked in. Withed in a few minutes, my car was taken back to be serviced. Lumberton Chevrolet is very professional and everyone working in the quick lube are so nice and friendly. You even get a cookie if you want one. I highly recommend them to do the service of your vehicle.

The service and repairs were great. But my truck was dirty from where it had been driven through mud . I assume the mud got on it from when they done a test drive. Other than the muddy truck it is great. promise with my trip was resolved. would have got a five star if I was clean.

I called in when my car would not start, yet again! I have had this problem for several months, with my dealer attempts to fix it! Well, it is now fixed with an explanation that even I could understand. I was charged the labor.I also asked about getting my car serviced, thankfully I will be able to make an appointment and have transportation arranged for me to visit my son! Love you guys!!! PS Thanks for the cookies!

Went to my appointment to see what my issue was with the engine. They told me they would have the part the next day to drop my car off to have it worked on. They had it finished before the end of the day. So happy to have my vehicle back that day.Service was great and a reasonable price.

I bought a truck and the engine was bad could not keep water in it . I asked for them to buy it back several times and the GM just walked away from me . He was not professional and I m NOT satisfied with the way I was done . So I call the owner and left 3 messages and he never responded to me either. So your company sucks and I will tell everyone I can the way you do business!!!!!!

They don't communicate at all, had to call to get updates and no one calls you back with the update. They don't listen, asked them to look at and fix 2 different things while it was being fixed for an accident and neither were addressed, took 45 days for some body work, they passes 2 different completion dates and didn't bother to call me and let me know what was going on. 0 stars really.

My Buick was at a point where I was afraid to drive it so I was frantic to have it fixed. When I called Lumberton Chevrolet, the service rep Amanda listened patiently and compassionately as I described several problems. She promised to do her best to work my car in the schedule if I would bring it in and told me it would probably need to remain overnight since it was a Monday and the schedule was heavy. I left the vehicle and later learned the mechanic Ricky stayed late that night to check out my car. The next day Amanda called me with a diagnosis and estimated cost, and by 4:00 p.m. I was driving my car home! I was really pleased and sincerely appreciate the kindness, extra effort and professional courtesy which was extended to me by everyone. Thanks SO much, Lumberton Chevrolet!!!

Last week, I had a few surprises. It was around 10:00 a.m., and the weather was cold outside. While walking to my car in the carport, I noticed a puddle of water under my car, which made me think that it must have rained during the night. However, I realized that was not the case when I drove two miles down the road to drop off my trash bags at the dumpster. A warning light on the car's dashboard indicated that the car was running hot. Being a safe driver, I immediately pulled off the road in a secure area and turned the engine off. Then I started making the necessary calls for help.I knew my car was still under warranty, and I had comprehensive car insurance with Farm Bureau. I was sitting in the car with my dog, feeling cold and stranded in the countryside, but the sky was beautiful in Lumbee Land. I pressed the OnStar button, and a friendly lady answered immediately. I couldn't remember her name, so I'll refer to her as Miss OnStar. I explained the problem and asked her to pinpoint my exact location so that I could call a tow truck and have someone pick me up. Miss OnStar informed me that my warranty was still valid until 2029 and that she could take care of it. Suddenly, I felt relieved and grateful, and I thanked Jesus. OnStar took care of calling a local tow truck at no cost to me to rescue my car (and me if necessary) and offered to drive me home. Within five minutes, OnStar called me back to inform me about the tow truck ETS, which would arrive in 45 minutes. I confirmed my car insurance company, and since there was no accident, Farm Bureau couldn't offer any assistance at the time. OnStar called me again to check if I was feeling safe and how I was doing and assured me that the tow truck would arrive in 10 minutes. I replied, "Yes." I felt safe, I had my dog, my coffee, and my trash (LOL), and I decided to call my friends to pick me up. I thanked Miss OnStar again.After calling my friends Denise and Mike Siracusa, a married couple, I asked them to pick me up on my way to Pembroke. I had my car full of paintings for an exhibit to be displayed at UNCP HUB, as well as some trash. When Denise and Mike arrived, we moved the paintings to their vehicle and left the trash bags in my car. We waited until the tow truck arrived, hoping that my warranty would cover all expenses. During the ride to Pembroke, I remained calm and continued to pray for the best.The following day, I got a call from Wendy Jacobs, Service Department, an employee for Lumberton Chevy Dealership (where I have purchased all my vehicles over the Years) informing me they had inspected the car, needed to order a hose, and would provide me a loaner car until the part came in and sent a driver to pick me up at no cost as a courtesy! My car was ready the following day!"I am grateful to God for bringing such wonderful people into my life to help me. I want to thank all of you! With the help of modern technology, ONSTAR satellites, the kindness of Miss Jacobs, and the Siracusa family taxi service, I feel blessed that God has taken care of me and my five-pound Chica guard dog. Now I just need to find someone to clean the antifreeze fluid from my carport. Luckily, the dealership repaired my car for free and even disposed of my trash. All is well at my home. Remember, my friends, to be safe, kind, and helpful to others, because when you are in need, help will come. Thank you, Jesus." Thanks so much for the excellent customer service! Took it there to have brakes checked they squeal all the time and they said nothing is wrong. I'm still driving and they're squealing. I shouldn't have a brand new 2022 Buick enclave that I purchased in February 2023 that has this issue and it not be resolved. I kept being told to bring it back when it's doing it and I told them it done it all the way here every time I stopped. I don't plan to ever buy another vehicle from this dealership. Now I will have to try to find someone that can find the problem and pay them. When it only has 14,000 miles on it. This is ridiculous.

While driving northbound on 95, my truck's alternator failed and put me in a really tight spot as I was still 7 hours from home. Fortunately for me, I was able to make it to Lumberton for the night. The next morning, I got this dealership and Whitney was exceptionally accommodating and understanding. They got my truck in immediately and had me back on the road in just a couple of hours. The waiting area was spacious, clean, and stocked with coffee and some light snacks. Overall, what could have been a stressful experience was quite pleasant, all things considered. If you're traveling through and in trouble, this should be your first call!

Do not use the service or parts department if you believe a part may be under warranty. After scheduling two weeks out, I made an appointment for them to look at my tail light. After about 40 minutes of standing around, I was told that it was not under warranty and would cost around 600 dollars for the tail light - not including installation. I found this very suspicious, so I went to another dealership, and sure enough, the tail light was under warranty. It is concerning that they may be trying to scam unsuspecting customers out of money by lying to them that parts are not under warranty to fill their pockets. I believe I am owed an explanation why I was told this was not under warranty and possibly an investigation on the entire incident because of the possibility this has happened before and will continue to happen again.

there is nothing else I can tell you that I haven't told you in a previous survey. service was lacking and I am the customer. I am spending my MONEY NOT YOURS!!!!!!!!!!! its nobody decision there to determine what I want when I am paying for it case closed. but remember there is some body that will love to have my business and will be glad to take my money and do as I ask for to my truck.
