If I could give below a one I would. My son, Josh Holden bought his son a dirt bike from this place because unfortunately it was recommended to him and the dirt bike has been nothing but trouble, everytime that Josh would take it back they would charge him and he hasn t even had it 6 months and it was supposed to have a 6 month warranty on it. If anything could be wrong with this dirt bike, it is, now the motor is blowed up and my grandson is heartbroken. I wouldn t recommend this place to anyone, please don t tell anyone about this dog factory. We ve got a dirt bike that we can t do anything with and my baby cries everyday .

This place is outstanding and has been there for 15 years they go above and beyond they have all your needs and they work with you with layaway as well. The repair man is fabulous. They re always there to help.

Worst place ever.. brand new four wheeler and the starter goes out 2nd day. Get it repaired goes out again.. long story short my kids four wheeler been to the shop more times then they actually ride it. This is no joke smh. Starter been replaced for the 5th time as of last Monday.. they will try to blame you for it.. worst brand ever please go to Honda or some place else.. they don't even deserve 1 star

Really bad service, when I called to return a defective carburetor I had bought from their store lady on the phone told me I can t get a refund on a defective carburetor leaking gas that I got from their store. Was very rude and said they don t do refunds at all. Stores shouldn t work like this. They just stealing people money. I m Never buying parts for my atv here again or recommending any of my friends. Worst service in lumberton.

Absolutely amazing service! Very polite people! Dropped off my kids Go-kart because I didn't know what was wrong with it! Turned out there was a lot wrong with it. And these guys fixed it all right away! Even showed me all the bad parts. Very reasonable price for the high quality work. I will definitely be back every time my kids tear up something

I purchased a part that does not fit my scooter and recently returned the part i had purchased from this business with my receipt in hand and the owner would not refund the full purchase price. I recieved half of what i paid and i am so desperate to get my scooter back on the road i had no chioce but to accept it. PLEASE DONT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE. Just trying to make it god bless

I was driving my motorcycle down from Massachusetts, and my chain broke off. I managed to get it to their shop where they helped me out installing a brand new one. I made it down to Florida when it snapped on me again. I called to let them know and to see if anything could be done as I saw a 90 day warranty sign up ahead of the cashier. I was told to bring it back in rudely over the phone. Then was told they don t have warranty for parts. The chain breaking off could ve gone way worse than it did.

My son purchased a Coolster 110 from the folks at JL Motors a few months ago. The salesman was very friendly and most helpful. The little ATV has been well worth it's price. It comes w a remote control that has a kill switch and a helmet. It also can be turned down to a crawl. We could not be any happier with his purchase. Our granddaughter loves it and we feel better safety wise because of the remote and being able to turn it down. If you are looking for a great little starter, this is it. Go check them out. Their ATVs are good quality little bikes with a price tag that won't break you. Highly recommend!

I spent 3100 in my kids father and up in ICU for riding a a dirt bike that I purchase in the boats fell out on the brakes so he had to fall off to keep from running to the trees!! In my kids need a battery for the four wheeler in it'sbeen last thing 30 days sorry but the prada is not really put together in you only get a warranty on the motor!

It's very good place I'd recommend this anyone they sell little kids 4wheelers adult 4 wheelers scooters that u need a motorcycle license for they sell the helmets all cash price they everything check it out and there's a repair man to fix dirt bikes and everything

Sorry service bought a fourweeler for Christmas messed up the first day. Had to buy new parts out my pocket I don't advise any one to spend that much money their never.never again a lesson learned for me please please save your money.

At jl motors they are awesome they know what to do once you explain the problem and they get to work , and prices are so very reasonable no matter what's wrong with your machine. Keep up the great work guys.
