It's been a few years now, but this is long overdue. My wife and her mother were on a trip when she began to have car trouble. She called me with the symptoms and I suspected that it was the alternator. I told her to go to a local Auto Zone for them to test it. The alternator was bad. The Honda shop could not get to it. It just so happened that a man was in Auto Zone who said that he could fix the car. Don't ask me why, but she trusted him. I read the bad reviews and tried finding a number to this shop but got nothing. I could not reach my wife on the phone. I was scared to death that something had happened to her. I called the police and asked them to ride by. They went and reported that there was NO ONE at this address. Panic! In the end, he did repair the car. My wife drove to an ATM and he followed her. That's why no one was at the address. The car was repaired correctly. It took longer than we expected but the price was more than fair. As far as I'm concerned, this guy was a godsend. I feel it only fair to post this review and report this good deed. We are very grateful.

I trusted Earl to replace my catalytic converter over a month ago. He stole my money over 700 dollars. Never deal with this thief

This unprofessional man had my car for 3 weeks and some days. My car broke down on 95 while I was headed home to FL on the 4th of July. I was desperate to get my car fixed. He said one day that turned into a nightmare. He cared more about taking me out than fixing my car. Every week he had an excuse why he didn t work on my car. I had to drive 8 hours just to make sure he still had my car. My car finally got fixed because I had to call him non stop and literally be mean. My car runs but it isn t fixed correctly. Now, after spending $2600 with that man I have to go to a real mechanic. If you need your car fixed DO NOT USE THIS FAKE MECHANIC!!! The entire experience was a nightmare. I had to call the police and they sent a boy not a man that played with a tennis ball while I m trying to explain what s going on and all he cared about was hot it was outside. Horrible horrible horrible. He doesn t deserve any stars. -20 is my rating.Service: Engine repair

My husband chose them to fix my car. In April I had my clutch replaced, parts and labor was almost $1100... they broke the handle on my seat and haven't been able to change the upright seat position since that day. Now, my car is sitting at another mechanic shop because the clutch slave cylinder needs fixed. Don't use this shop unless you have absolutely no other choice. You'll be sorry. I know I certainly am.

Never go there. You will get the worse experience of your life.
