Amazing lace friendly staff! And best of all great prices! Got quoted 250 at blacks tires and got into an argument with the manager about how I have to pay 50 extra for new tpms I don't even have tpms lol, but this place knew what I needed and only charged 60$ for all 4 tires to be mounted! Highly highly recommended

Came in for two tires after just having my car repainted. They scratched my car 4 times down to the metal. Manager was rude and immediately told me it didn t happen here. I asked if he could please ask the technician to be honest, instead the manager brings out a random customer that was his buddy from the body shop. The random guy that didn t work there said yeah no way this happened here. I asked if there is cameras in the shop of course not. Very rude staff everyone looks miserable. Do your self a favor and stay away if you are looking for a trustworthy tire shop. I wasn t even going to ask for money all I wanted was an apology. Very bad

Any time I need anything regarding wheels, tires, mounting, balancing, alignment, etc I ALWAYS use Discount Tire sales and service inc.Prices are the best around, they don t keep you waiting all day like some tire shops, and their customer service is top notch.

Waited weeks for others to get a used tire. However never come across one. Called these guys they're they only ones offer to go ahead and order AND installed that same day (within hours of phone call tire was installed and I was ready to go). They also advised me that I had a cracked rim. That was why the tire kept loosing air. Very friendly and helpful.

At the end of June 2023 I had my brakes repaired and a new set of tires put on. I had this done on 2 different days by choice. On both occasions Tripp was the absolute best!! He has excellent customer service! He's very well mannered and took the time to explain every question I had. I will gladly continue to do business with them!! Thank you Tripp!! I'm a satisfied customer!

Good prices but you might want to check behind them! I got four new tires. Days later I'm pulling into the garage and I notice a lug nut on the ground. Not only was that one on the ground but I had already lost another one somewhere! My Husband got tires on his truck also and found loose lug nuts. I know they were busy but this is a safety concern!!!

Honest & efficient.. Paid $127.00 for tire.. Brakes good.. Talked to me... Not at me... Thanks so much... Customer for life... Came back.. Told by Peterson Toyota i needed front brakes.. Discount tire check.. None needed.. Also purchased another tire.Thank God for honest non greedy business folks.Thank you so very much. God keep blessing you.. Customer for life for every service they provide.

Not part of Discount Tire chain...nonetheless the BEST customer service I have experienced in a long time. While on a road trip with my friend someone punctured my tire and I needed to get home. They patch my tire in about 15 minutes, I was on my way home safe!

Great people to deal with. My husband and I were on our first big trip with our camper. We had a blow out on the interstate. Once we put on the spare we headed on over to their shop and they dropped what they were doing and they had us back on the road in 10 minutes. I was shocked when I saw my husband come out so fast.

Amazing service! Our tire literally blew apart on 74 with our two young children in the back. Once we got there, they had us back on the road within 15 minutes!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

I do a lot of traveling so I find myself needing tires pretty often!! Here at discount tire they treat you like family, get em in and get em out!! came in today, needed 4 new tires and was done in less than 30mins!! Excellent service men!!!

I have been so absolutely thrilled with the service we have received from these guys! They're professional, punctual, and competitively priced.While between NC and GA we had a trailer blowout multiples a couple weeks back and we also ended up getting an additional two tires that day for another trailer back home. Currently the last two are being replaced on our Freedom Hauler this morning after, you guessed it, a blowout.The service was so outstanding previously that my husband and I called them from an hour out to continue our business with them.I highly recommend this business. The people, products, and prices are all exceptional.

These guys are the best! They were able to get a special order run flat tire in just a few hours and I was on my way home the same day after having a new tire blow out while visiting from our of town. They were really busy but made me feel welcome anyway. Big thank you to Tommy for his patience & willingness to help a damsel in distress. They really are great to work with.

Trip and his dad have ALWAYS provided a wonderful service. The last set of tire I bought from them was 2 years and I have been well pleased. The wait time from beginning to end was less than 30 (thirty) minutes. Thanks again and Lord willing I'll see you next time.My daughter get tires for all her vehicles here also.GREAT STAFF, GREAT SERVICE, GREAT VALUE, GREAT ATMOSPHERE.....What can I say; Tony the Tiger said it first "They're GREAT!!!"

I called to check on pricing and availability for new tires. They did not have them in stock but he ordered them and was able to install the next morning. At a price lower than advertised on-line. Excellent customer service!

Apparently, someone at Walt Disney World put a pushpin in my tire. On the way back home to PA our tire flattened. We randomly called a few tire dealers and Discount Tire gave us a great price and had us in and out in less than 1/2 hour. Amazing ! Thanks to Trip, we can get back in our way and get home by dark. Would recommend 100%

Amazing staff. Heading to the beach and tire pressure alert went off on the highway. We googled nearest tire shop and it was north Carolina tires. We drive up and it was closed and sketchy looking. We searched again. Found discount tires. Guys were amazing. Didn't find any issues and reset the tire pressure at NO charge. Best service.

The friendliest staff and the owner is amazing. Thank you for taking the time out to explain things to me. Women are always afraid to take a vehicle to a shop. These guys will be honest with you and let you know what you DON'T need done to keep you from spending extra money.

Fastest place ever. My first time going, dropped the truck off walked over to kfc came back and ate my food sat there for about 3 or 4 minutes and heard my truck crank up. I was there maybe 30 minutes total. I highly/strongly recommend this place for your tire needs.

I visited this business on Valentine's Day and bought two new tires for my car as a gift to myself lol. I was very impressed with the service I received. I didn't have an appointment just came in and there were three other people ahead of me, they have a comfortable little lounge for the customers to sit and watch TV while waiting. The staff were very friendly and treated everyone who walked in the door the same. The wait wasn't long at all I was very surprised with how quickly it was done. The tires were very good quality and I will definitely be back for all my tire needs!

Wanted new tires and a leveling kit for my F150. Asked friends for recommendations and everyone said Discount Tires. I now see why. Staff was friendly and professional. Work was done correctly and in the time frame I was promised. They were very knowledgeable and were of great assistance in helping me choose the tire I wanted. Highly Recommend.

Super friendly staff. Had 4 new tires mounted on a heavy service truck, in and out in 25 minutes, and they beat everyone price by 15-20%. With all the work trucks that I have on the road, Discount Tire will be doing all my tire work. 5 stars is not a high enough rating for these guys!!!!

I bought a set of mud tires for my lifted Tacoma November 2018. My job requires long commutes to my clients. I ve rotated them a lot but not like I should have but still got 50,000 miles off of them. Their service was fast and friendly, the tires performed better than expected, best price in town and I m headed there this week for new ones. Best place in the county and looking forward to doing business with them again.

Always fabulous service at this business! Fast, professional, and excellent quality!And I always receive the same friendly service when I come here~ whether I am there to buy a full set of tires or to just have a tire plugged....
