I was impressed with my purchase of a new 2023 Bronco Outer Banks at Lumberton Ford. The retail was fair and the vehicle had all the options I was looking for. Negotiations on my trade in value was a little more challenging. However, I was able to finally agree upon the trade in amount after a few back and forth talks. My sales person Raylee was very good as well as helpful after the sale was completed. My vehicle was ready as promised. The finance person, Robert was very helpful with my cash payment being processed as we had discussed. All in all I was very pleased with my purchase at Crossroads Lumberton and love my new Bronco!

Went in for a recall inspection on my 2021 F150 axle bolt replacement apparently it was done in May 2023. The confusion was it had a different recall number but was related to the same issue. Was in & out in a good time. Overall a good experience. Also did an oil change since it was at 17%. Thank you Ford Lumberton high recommend this shop .

Our sales rep was courteous, knowledgeable of the product we were looking at, and very easy to work with. He was not pushy but was very respectful of us as individuals. He took time to learn what we really desired in a vehicle and pointed us to the ones that fit our needs and desires.

Worst place to take your business to. If I could give it a 0 I would. The owner Mr.Shopwell is a horrible racist man. He belittles his employees, cusses them out has them working 6 days straight with no days off and no benefits. I have heard the way he speaks to them and it s ashamed the way he is definitely not a Christian man. I wouldn t spend a penny filling his pockets when he is worse than a Scrooge. My business and everyone else s would be better off someplace else who actually shows compassion and cares about their employees as well as their customers, because without your employees you can t have a business. I hope everyone will take this into consideration prior to doing business here.

Made an appointment for a recall repair on a F150. They set the day so they would be sure to have all the parts needed for the repair.I show up on the date and time. An hour later they call me up to the front desk and tell me that they fixed one recall, by inspecting and taping some wires but would have to order the parts for the other recall.I took off half a day of work, drove 40 min there and back and now I they want me to do it all again because they didn t do what they said they would do.The explanation was that they have to look at the part and make sure they have the correct part number. No concern at all that I just wasted half a day for nothing.Very disappointed. Will never do business there again.

One of the most painless and easiest transactions I ve had buying a vehicle in a long time. Darren is a wonderful salesman! Super well mannered, very knowledgeable, and easy to be straight up with. Everyone from the manager to the finance people were top notch! I would recommend stopping by to see what they have. They went above and beyond to get us exactly what we wanted!

When I got my car back, the engine vibrated abnormally and the steering wheel made an unusual noise. I sat in the car and stepped on the brakes. When I started, the car vibrated forward and back. I felt something was wrong and went to another Ford dealership. The dealer inspected my car and the repairman told me that my car had double the amount of oil in it and the steering wheel was loose. What would happen if the steering wheel became loose while my car was driving? I might get into a car accident! ! My car was towed to the dealer for repairs on December 15, 2023 due to gearbox problems until January 31, 2024. I am very disappointed and angry that the repairs took so long and my car had so many problems. It's not fixed yet, I won't be going back to that dealership and I'll be telling everyone I know not to go!

We bought a vehicle from this dealership a month ago. Were told they will overnight us our license plate once they receive it. A month later - NOTHING!They owed us some accessories as part of the negotiated deal - they FORGOT to order it.Not a single follow up call, no communication WHATSOEVER!!!A very poor customer service. They will overpromise just to get you sign on that deal and WILL NOT deliver on their own promises. If you have a choice, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.This was our first Ford dealership experience and what a disappointment it is!!!

Im very happy with my experience at Crossroads Ford of Lumberton. My husband and I went to look at a jeep and to our surprise we left with a jeep cherokee. I had spoken with Melissa a time or two thur emails and I told her I didnt like change but just wanted to look and not feel pressured at all to buy anything. She gave me my space and that Saturday we met and surprisingly we knew each other. She made this purchase easy, and non stressful. The business office made our paperwork fast and quick.even though this was on a Saturday there was no rushing to close becauae it was late.. Melissa even helped me clean my old jeep out cause I was stressing about all my things I had packed in there., long story short, I work at 3 different jobs doing hair in a nursing and if its not in my jeep i will need it. VERY VERY HAPPY WITH MY JEEP AND VERY HAPPY WITH EVERYONE THAT HELPED AND MADE THIS THE BEST CAR PURCHASE EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD.

Crossroads Ford of Lumberton was able to work in my vehicle for an inspection 15 minutes after arriving and completed it quickly so I could get back on the road. Their service department was great.

I set up an appointment for a front end alignment for 0830 and dropped vehicle off at shop the night before the scheduled appointment. When I had not heard from them by noon the next day, I called and was told they had not gotten to my truck yet. It was 2 pm prior to them getting to my vehicle.Follow on... the truck had to be taken back to be re-aligned and steering wheel alignment. I was told to bring it in at 1pm it would only take 10 minutes to fix. 2 hours later I was able to leave.It's still not right but not going back for third time.

I stopped in to this dealership on the way back from another dealership to look at a Ford Bronco Sport Badlands. Initially, I wasn't that interested because of the color (and the additional dealer markup) of the vehicle that was available. However, Raylee Baker, was so helpful and persuasive with his reasons why I should buy - and it was the trin level I wanted - this vehicle, I eventually made the purchase. I live 2 hours from them, but after they helped me arrange financing, the vehicle was delivered (no cost) to my house that same afternoon. If you visit this dealership I strongly recommend Ray Baker.

Was so disappointed in the service... I came for an oil/filter change, service guy convinced me to get a tire rotation as well.. I was making a 300 mile round-trip right after,, I agreed,, soon after I'm driving.. Before I am even out of the parking lot.. I can feel & 2019 hear a low thumping noise coming from the back end.. Looked out the passenger mirror and can see literally the tire wobbling.. I stopped immediately and checked.. 5 of the 6 lug nuts were completely loose... When I say "loose" * I mean I could turn all 5 with my fingers... Limped back to the dealership & explained.. Service guy apologize & said it was due to "2 techs working on it" * & each thought the other had did it.. Turns out neither did.. This is the first time I've experienced something like this.. I mean if I had drove off hard, I that entire wheel would have came off and I would been in a whole world of @#*#,,Do better please.. From now on.. I check my tires if rotated and made sure they replaced the oil filler cap and drain plug. Do better Lumberton

I've always had a bad taste in my mouth when it came to owning a Ford because growing up they were Found on road dead or fix or repair daily. After being dragged thru the ringer w Lumberton Kia Crosswords Ford gave me a new perspective on dealerships. Valentine's Day 2024 I decided to have a change of heart. I went in looking at a 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander used car. After careful consideration of my needs for trading in my truck w no pressure from Raylee I left w a brand new 2023 Ford.Edge SE. Thank you Raylee, you made my vehicle buying experience w Ford a new pleasant experience.You have given me a reason to smile at the name of Ford. Thank you Hubert for making my financing very easy to understand & everything was well explained. Thank you Ford Motor Company for financing me w the best interest rate I've ever had. Have been looking for a Ford Bronco for some time and haven t had much luck. I happen to see a model I liked at the dealer in Lumberton. My wife and I drove down from Raleigh and test drove the soft top model I saw. Didn t love it - it was a fairly noisy ride (for me). David Walters told me they got a couple hard tops in the night before. I test drove it and was very impressed.David got me a good deal for my trade in and an out-the-door price that matches what I was looking for.Finance guy, Robert, I believe, was awesome as well. The whole process from test drive to paperwork took less than two hours. Easy, no pressure, great deal. I highly recommend the folks at Crossroads Ford of Lumberton!!!

My name is Dylan stocks and I m writing this while level-headed and free from a high emotional state. On 10/03/2023 at 7 am, My car dangerously broke down the steering wheel locked up and the car became uncontrollable as my vehicle shutdown while actively driving on a highway. I was able to get my car towed and I decided to have it towed to Crossroads of Lumberton as I have a 2008 Ford Explorer and felt that Ford would be able to effectively service the vehicle. Honestly, I made the worst vehicle mistake of my life and that s no exaggeration.1. My car was successfully towed by 10 am.. but I wouldn t have known if I had waited for the staff to call me.. instead I had to call over 4 times throughout my work day, constantly getting a voicemail or getting transferred by miss Amy over to service only to wait for 2 minutes, hit the number 2 to be transferred to service department, just for it to go immediately to voicemail. So after eventually getting in contact with somebody with any information about the status of my car, I m told that they may check my car in but there s no guarantee. Okay, I say.2. I call back later the same day on 10/03/2023 after attempting several more times as previously stated, I finally get a hold of someone in the service department to check on the status of my car - which likely wouldn t have occurred without my initiation - only to be told that they would not be able to get to my car. Okay. In response, I will need a loaner vehicle as my car just broke down in an emergency and was towed to your business and now I have no vehicle. Their response? THEY HAVE NO LOANER VEHICLES AND HAVE NOT HAD ONE AVAILABLE FOR OVER 3 WEEKS SO THERE IS NO POSSIBLE WAY THAT WE CAN PROVIDE A LOANER VEHICLE OR PROVIDE ANY ACCOMMODATION. I couldn t believe what I was hearing. I forget the woman s name in the service department who relayed this information, but it was corroborated two days later by Mr. Kinsley in service department on 10/05/2023 because they STILL HAD MY CAR WITH NO DIAGNOSIS AND NO PLANS TO EVEN LOOK AT IT. Mind you however, Mr. Kinsley promised my wife Alysa that they would have a diagnosis by Thursday (10/05/2023). Mr. Kinsley in the same conversation then stated that they are backed up for over 2 WEEKS so there is no way they will know anything about the status of my car this week (ending on 10/07/2023) and no guarantee they will on the following week. They literally just did an emergency service on my vehicle in one day two weeks ago so I don t know why this is a problem.. maybe they feel guilty about screwing up my car from the key cylinder replacement??3 Infuriating as I have no been forced to purchase a rental, I literally had an emergency situation where my vehicle, my only vehicle, was towed to them and they could honestly care less. The excuse for no loaner apparently is because they 3 loaner vehicles wrecked in the same week.. like this is my fault, who has an emergency and chose to pick this dealership for servicing my emergency. I really wouldn t care how long it would take them if I had a form of transportation.., who can accept not having any form of transportation?? What do these people expect?I m walking to retrieve my car behind the dumpster at 8:53 am on 10/06/2023 in my car experiencing an emergency problem (steering wheel locks up) and they literally don t care that I m driving it and potentially will get hurt doing so - I have to do what I have to do though, I ve already kicked out $200 for a rental because they promised they would have it looked at by this week!!! But they do not I literally will never bring my car here again for any reason and especially not for an emergency and will advise anybody to avoid this place for service.EDIT 10/11/23: I want everyone to know that I left on 10/06/23 with my car to go to Blacks Tire on N. Elm St. what this dealership didn t even consider doing for 72 hours, BTS diagnosed and begun working in the car within 3 hours of getting it there. Avoid Crossroads, worst customer service I ve ever seen.

I made a recent purchase of a 2021 Ford Expedition and I absolutely love my truck. I was assisted by Raylee Baker who did a phenomenal job throughout the entire process. I went to pick up my truck close to the time the dealership closes and he had everything ready and we were in and out of there in no time. The expedition was cleaned up nice, gas tank on full, and he made sure we were taken care of the entire time we were there. The gentleman in the finance office was prompt and swift and the fact that they are up to date with modern technology I no longer have to take a stack full of documents home, everything is on a thumb drive. I recommend this dealership if you are in search of a new vehicle.

Needed oil change. Had to schedule an appointment for 2 days later. Then it took about an hour and 20 min for them to check all the fluids and rotate the tires. They have a nice waiting area with complimentary water and popcorn. Around 80 bucks.

I was forced by DMV. To comply with this ranger airbag recall... So I reluctantly took my truck to the closest Ford dealer near me. And they installed it UPSIDE DOWN! ! ! I have worked as an automotive technician for almost eight years. But have worked on my own car's my whole life... DMV will just have to take my registration this time. Because those people will NEVER touch another vehicle of mine! ! !

Dropped off at 8 am to change fluid in supercharger and to diagnose why radio was broken. Called several times through the day and left messages and got no return calls. At 5:15 finally got a live person who told me car wasn't done and would be Tuesday before ready. This was Friday. Told him forget it, I'm picking up car. They got it to me by 6:15 and had changed the fluid. Told me nothing could be done on radio and just go to best buy and get a new one. They "checked" my fluid levels and didn't re-tighten radiator cap. Car over heated and stopped in the roadway. Charged me Over $90 and I supplies the fluid. Saw later a charge for shop materials? Really poor service.
