Scheduled appt 2 weeks prior For oil change and tire rotation. 8:00 am. Was first person there but last car pulled n bay. Pulled truck n at 8:26. 8:47 finished. Upon check out I ask did they rotate tire she said no. They r dry rotten. Cant rotate due to this issue. If we do u must sign a paper. I said ok b glad to. It will b another 40 Minutes. I cant wait have to b at work at 9. Why did u not give me this option before u took my truck off the lift. Have been coming to this quik lube for 10 years and I have never never been so disappointed. And have never waited no more than 45 minutes.Service: Oil change

Very clean service area, with a very outstanding staff. Took bosses vehicle there to get warranty work done. Everyone is pleasant.
