I really love this place. I recommend anyone to buy a car from them. The dealers are great. The owner Jordan is awesome he make sure that you get into a vehicle he is very helpful!! I love car city Lumberton! They put me in a car when no one else would and I was in deep depression because I had just gotten in a horrible accident with my car and had nothing to drive. But the help from Lumberton Car City it only took a 1hr for them to get me financed and in a awesome vehicle that I'm very thankful for!!

The sales staff will tell you anything to get you into a car, one guy told me I could switch the insurance to liability after the first month, and then after signing the paperwork they said we couldn't and then let us drive off with no paperwork at all to get tags. After two weeks of having the car, they said that they couldn't finance us because of a technical error they failed to verify with us before we drove away with the car, and then called and DEMANDED their car back! Worst experience of my life

If you want to buy a car and like feeling pressured, go by Car City of Lumberton. Their cars are way overpriced. So overpriced, they don't even have price stickers on them. Most of their vehicles are also undependable, and their sales staff are a bunch of clowns. Stay far away from this place unless you've been everywhere else and decide to use them as a last resort.

I'm sure the ones who have posted 1 star reviews. Were not able to get approved for a vehicle... That is not the dealers fault you don't pay your bills. Great place, me and my family have bought many vehicles from this location!

The worst place in all of Lumberton to try and buy a car. The staff acts unprofessional in every way. Interest rates out of the roof. Always a turn over in management. Extremely pushy and overly aggressive trying to get more money out of you when you are trying to make a deal. Stay away would be wisdom.

The employees are not very friendly here. If you want to buy a car here you have to do the paper work. I didn't buy a car there they are suppose to help car buyers. This place didnt.
