Sharonda Stephens here. And I just want to say that Campbells used cars has always been my favorite car lot in Lumberton. They sale the best cars that are beautiful, up to date, with little to no issues than any other buy here pay here lot in Lumberton. My mom brought a truck from here I think around 2012 and has only had to fix one minor issue, other than that the truck is paid off and still running like new! I have purchased a Lincoln mkz from them and I do have a minor issue going on, but Wayne is making sure that it is being taken care of at no cost being that I did bring it back in the first 30 days with this problem and because of that I will continue to make sure I am making my payments on time and will come back to them as long as I live! You may have a problem getting in touch with him on the phone, but with the little bit of time I have sat in the office I ve learned that that is only because he is a VERY busy man not because he s ignoring you or doesn t care. They all are busy constantly working, so really it s best to just come in early in the morning. Everyone that works there is very kind as they have always been. They all make you feel really comfortable and important when you are there. My family has been dealing with this car lot for years and we have never had any bad experiences with them! I highly recommend this place over any other buy here pay her lot in Lumberton! I absolutely love them!

NEVER BUY A CAR FROM CAMPBELL'S all they care about is selling the car but after that they do their absolute best to take the car back.I bought a 2017 Chevy Malibu, repossessed my car twice saying I didn't make the payment had to show receipt proof and they still charged me $250 repo fee for them to drive off with the car. I've had minor problems since the day I got it, christmas eve my car wouldn't crank I took it to them after 4 weeks they tell me I had somody mess up the wiring in the car (I've never had any work done to the car just change oil and break) & they can't figure out what is wrong so they are selling it to the auction and I have to wait a year to purchase with them again. When he got the car to fix it, he said he will get me in a car either i can get a rental til he fixes it or if he can't fix it i could get another car, now he saying they ain't gonna fix it and they cant help me get another car they cant even sale me another car until a year is up. Life is already hard then you get out here work hard to be your best and you get businesses like this!!! They need to be shut down!2 years $14,000 wasted and now I'm stuck without a car after I done everything I was supposed to.

Campbell s Used Cars is the BEST! We ve bought several vehicles from them, and we ve never been disappointed. When I approached the owner about placing a special order for a Lexus RX-350 as a Christmas gift for my wife, he worked so hard to make it happen. All of the employees are so nice and helpful. I highly recommend CUC!!

So many people warned me about them selling bad cars but I didn t listen. I got a car from them I ve had it since April and I can t even drive it 30 mins down the rd. The check engine light has been on since right after I bought it. The transmission is going out. And it s just one thing after another. They repossessed the car said I didn t have insurance which I did had my proof and everything. And still had to pay a repo fee for not having insurance when I did. The women in the office and the man talk to you like you re nothing like they re better than you.

DO NOT BUY ANY VEHICLES FROM THIS CAR LOT. I've had two cars and both of them motors went out within the first 6 months. They don't want to fix what's wrong and if they do they charge on top of your car payment. Do not go here!! You've been warned

Worst place to buy a car they will literally sell you a bad car with a smile on their faces. I had my car for 6 months then the transmission went bad and they want me to pay!

My daughter brought a car from this place, she has not had it for a month. Wipers stopped working, window want go down, check engine light on etc. Don t buy from this dealer. Folks are RUDE!!!

A year ago I was happy with them I got sick and lost that vehicle. Went back to them purchased another car. In about 3 months time for me to make 3rd payment motor went out. The guy tells me to give him 3000 for the motor and they will do it, mind you I hadn't made my 3rd payment. They are very nice and friendly until they get your money. Get that car checked out before you put your hard earned money into a car from there. Trust. Picked up my tags and turned them into the DMV. Never again money doesn't grow on trees to be throwing it AWAY

I was so excited to get me a newer car. After two weeks engine light came on. Took back to Company they apparently cleared my dash and sent me on my way. Two months in as of may 9th I had to replace my valve cover gasket, Ac compressor, intake sensor, & the battery in my key

Literally called them when they opened and they said they were a buy here pay here as soon as I got there they wanted to do a credit check. Horrible customer service and they aren t who they once were. I WILL NEVER EVER recommend anybody go here ! Go to K&K right around the corner you will have the same car issues though but they will help you way more ! When they say buy here pay here that s exactly what they mean!

WORST PLACE TO GET A CAR . Let me say it again WORST PLACE TO GET A CAR. I advise you if you want a car go with a dealership such as Honda, they were amazing. Campbell s will sell you a messed up piece of junk car and to be honest I spent to much money to get it fixed just for it to have something else that needs to be done. They will not work with you, they will kick you to the curve. Just don t shop with them. They are trash.

This Is A Longgg Long Long Overdue Review , Please I Beg You Burnnn Your Money Before You Bring it To These Crooks to Steal . Trust These Negative Reviews Cause Best Believe Their Accurate. The Cars Are Lemon and Flood Vehicles . I Feel So Sorry That So Many People Had to Go Through The Same Issues . Got a Car From Them Had Allll Kindaaaa Issues the first week , I Literally Had to Basically Beg Them to Wash My Car That I paid My Own Hard Earned Money To get. They Swear they've Won Best Customer Service for Yearss. that's Probably True until you Have Car issues within the First 30 days That customer service goes Down the drain Really Quick ! And Don't get me started On The MANAGER! Y'all ! Please Look The another Way For your Own Sake .... nd Them Ole Ladies that work At the Front desk .... My Fiance purchased a Cadillac SRX SUV from.Good C/S.Nice Cars.Clean Restrooms. Friendly atmosphere. After a month he started having problems with the motor.Even the Cadillac Dealership that they work with couldn't fix the it.Don't go here 2 buy a car.

These Are By The Worst Car lot In Lumberton. They Are Sneaky And Very Underhanded Crooks. They Will Be Reported To BBB. I Had Better Experience With Dog Than With These Guys. Everyone That Has Brought A Car From Car From Them Always Reporting The Same Thing. So Which Means Nobody Is Lying. I Had Insurance On My Car And They Came To Repo. My Car Saying That I Didn t Have Insurance. Nobody Contacted Me In Regarding This Situation. Feed This Whole Company To The Wolves Cause The Deserve To Eaten. On They Do Business And Their Customers! Please Please Go Else Where Read The Reviews Before Purchasing A Vehicle From These Guys! I m Calling The BBB And Everyone That Had/Has A Bad Experience With To Do So. This One Way To Bring Them Down Far As Business Credit And Operating In Business! Start Reporting On Them Soon As Possible. They re Crooks In Sheep Clothing.

Excellent, thoughtful, caring. Thank you for your service to my daughter. Her first car was totaled. Hit by a police chase. She only had it a few hours. But these folks approved her another car. They were so kind and caring. We needed that after this experience. Thank you.

Absolutely worst used place we paid our last 2700 to get a car from then the car was in the shop 4 times in 30 days the first time they so callled fixed the next 3 times we paid to fix it so we did get a little behind on payment last payment made may 3 it s June and they came to repossess the car from our job in the middle of the day when we ask could we catch up payment to get back they said no you have to pay car off in full to get it back no what sense does this make never again they are not a good car place

Love my car. 3 months in. No problems.Update had car for over a year now. It has a leak inside motor. Took my car to Campbell's for repairs instead some one broke into my car ram shacked it as if it was a repo and also stole my speakers and amp. The manger was no help he wouldn't even give the police the footage of his shop. Plus never fixed the car. Still leaking water.

First let me say this, THESE PEOPLE ARE REALLY OUT HERE SELLING FLOOD CARS !!!! Upon buying from them shortly after having the car my lock button stopped working, my dashboard display went in and out, my plug for my charger stopped working and my music was very low, Tire sensors reading crazy numbers as well as gas sensor.Eventually my head light went out and with the type of car that i had it was hard to do it yourself and it was going to cost me nearly $150 just for a shop to do it. My uncle was able to replace it but in the process he had to remove my front binder and once he removed it so much dirt fell from behind hit letting us know that it was yes indeed i had a flood car. These people do not have any communication skills at all . Wayne is just flat out horrible, hes rude and could give two flying flips about you. Granted Upon purchasing the vehicle he was the best. some front he puts on. i know everyone's experience is different but mine was the WORST!!!!!
