Wasn t good I had high hopes because had a lot of good ratings. But went for an aliment and my wheels to get balanced. aliment pulls worse off the road then when I went there. Also now has a shake when I m driving. So sadly was very unhappy with my experience.

Friendly and honest shop.In the middle of a long haul with my family from Maryland to Florida, my engine started misfiring. This was a scary thing to happen when I was hundreds of miles from anything I know. I was fortunate enough to be near this Black's Tire & Auto location, and although there were a number of customers waiting ahead of me, they were looking at my vehicle within 20 minutes.In the end, my engine just returned to running normally, and the only code they read was for something non-urgent that they don't deal with. Although I was told a ticket at the shop would be $60, in the end, Tommy refused to charge me anything for their time as he felt there was nothing that they did to work on my vehicle.That's nearly unimaginable in this day and age, and it convinces me that this is an exceptionally honest business.

I took my car to get all four rims put on. Once I got on the highway my car started to shake very bad. I went to another tire shop and found that they used my old lug nuts on new rims and did not use a hub ring to help the aftermarket rims fit to my car. Needless to say, the other tire shop made those adjustments and now it's fine. I don't know anything about cars so when I take my car somewhere I am trusting that they will do the work correctly!

Taken a couple cars there over the years. Everyone that works there is always friendly and very knowledgeable. They will take the time to explain everything too you and will also try and find ways to save you some money. All the work they have done for me, front struts, brake pads, rotors and calipers, front end alignment and new tires have always been perfect. Highly recommend them for any work you may need on you're vehicle.

Very honest people. I couldn't have asked for better service. I had a dog or something get underneath my truck and I thought it was my brakes but instead a bunch of stuff was torn up and they fixed it with little cost. Thank you Blacks Tire!

Service was timely and professional. They ran into a couple of more issues and I was notified and talked through the repairs and they fixed it quickly. Will definitely go back for service on my truck again.

Went to Black s Tire for four new tires, an oil + filter change and inspection of the suspension and brake parts. Very fair prices and great communication and tire recommendations from the mechanic. No pressure for work that was not needed. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Good folks, excellent work. (P.S.: My car is 8 years old with 128,000 miles.)

Mr. Tommy was absolutely amazing! Pembroke Rescue didn t lack for nothing, our unit was secured & safe, a speedy visit, assisted with other things irrelevant to his job and was treated with respect. I would recommend Blacks Tire on 5th street to everyone and rate it beyond 10!!

Be careful wherever you go but whenever you experience it first hand omg! So this is what happened. Myself and my wife took her Toyota Camry to these folks and dropped her car off to get an oil change but they didn t see when she returned. The car was parked in the same spot the whole time because we went and grab some lunch and came right back. When she went to the counter to check on her car they said it was done. Lied straight to our face. This has been a while ago so might be under new management but they left a bad taste in my mouth. I would advise going somewhere else!!!

Going to see Van at the Blacks Tire in Lumberton was the smartest decision for my business and my car. He made sure I was taken care of all around the board. I would advise anyone uncertain about the work needed to be done on their vehicle or if you just need tires. It s worth giving them your business. Thank you Van for getting it right

Ms. Mary and, the folks at Black's Tire, worked me into their very busy schedule for an oil change and had me out of there in less than an hour. Great people and great place to go for your auto needs.

5 stars ; in and out in 10 minutes on a Saturday nonetheless! Had a trailer tire blow out on 95 passing thru. Put my spare on to get me off the highway, called Blacks Tire and Auto in Lumberton and Phillip was able to hook me up with the exact trailer tire, in stock! Mounted / balanced and back on the road. Great job team

Chris A. was the best!! So pleasant and took care of me. He made sure we had water and keep checking in because of the wait. I'm coming back here for all my car checkups. I didn't feel like they were trying to upsell me and all my 4 new tires look and drive great. Do not go to a big brand store and shop local like this place. I highly recommend this business and selected it due to the honest good reviews. They give you a receipt break down of all the costs and do NC car inspections. Be sure to get in there when they open because they are busy, which is good news!!

I pulled in from out of town because my tire pressure light came on. I thought I simply needed a little air in the tire, but turns out the tire was actually coming apart. I had six little girls in the car with me the associate drove us down the street to a play museum and replaced the tire and picked us back up so kind and genuinely concerned and considerate. I am so thankful first for the nudge from the Holy Spirit to check out he tire and second for the kindness of the sales associate in assisting me with a plan to make sure we could return home safe.
