Trista was absolutely amazing! Went in and she was able to help my boyfriend change the battery and get the a/c working again. Didnt spend more then 100 bucks and got everything fixed that needed to be fixed!

They told me my battery was dead and no good offered to discard it for me.Then I took it to Advance Auto Parts.They charged it no problem and said it was a good battery.

Came to store.. yall took back credit� & made it way too difficult to get my military discount with my license� & va medical id... 100% disabled vet very upset.... see your reviews... every 1 else will. Smh... no more�autozone... take me off the email list

I want to take this opportunity to thank the manager of AutoZone Ms. Dee and her staff. My parent s car put them down near the store and upon receiving a call from them I went to the store. Ms. Dee and her staff assisted my parents by giving them an assessment of what was wrong with their car as well giving my mom a chair to sit down in while waiting for me to arrive to the store. Ms. Dee and staff greeted me upon arrival and without hesitation did the upmost in ensuring my parents were comfortable while waiting in the store. Ms. Dee and staff, this review is in recognition of your outstanding performance. I was passing through Lumberton North Carolina on my way back to Pa. and my water pump failed on my pickup. I was 5 min from the store. I called and they quickly were able to look up a replacement unit. I limped the truck with boat in tow to the store. Lee went above and beyond what was expected to help me get back on the road. In fact everyone in the store was very nice and helpful.

Women worked there and knew their stuff.... Needed a new SUV battery and they installed it.... I didn't bring any tools... Guess the cold drained my 5 year old battery.. Good People.. be well.

If I could give this place a 0 star review I would the customer service is horrible and so unfriendly. We had gone to pick up some oil for the car and my mom asked the man behind the desk for help and he said no and an old man came to help us instead

Awesome customer service, they went above and beyond to help me get a new battery today. I'm terrible with names, but the big guy with shaved head walked me through everything I needed step by step. He deserves a raise! Won't go anywhere else for my automotive needs. Thanks guys, I will recommend and I will be back.

Today was the third time in 5 years I ve left from the Roberts Ave location to come to West 5th street even though it s a farther drive for me. This locations customer service is IMPECCABLE! Within 2mins the girl ( Tindal H) basically diagnosed my problem even though the machine said my battery was good, my terminal was loose. Then she tried her hardest to get it tighten (because I guess the placement under the hood makes it hard to get to) when she couldn t, her manager (Marlowe R) came out and didn t stop until he got it tightened.Something that a manager wouldn t help me with at Roberts Ave, got fixed by these two amazing workers. I ll just have to start taking the longer drive and coming to this location with both my cars.Thank y all so much

I am from out of state I do not live in North Carolina I live in Baltimore Maryland. While being in North Carolina I experienced some car trouble s I came to this location to have a new battery put in my car. The experience overall was good the gentleman who helped me was very friendly and assisting to my needs. However upon my arrival back to Baltimore the battery light in my car came on and I did not know what the problem was. I now since then have taken my car to my dealership to figure out the problem, and it turns out that my battery was not properly put in. It is not a huge problem however I trusted someone to put my battery in and connect it the correct way and they failed to do that. I am not unhappy with my experience or anything and this did not cause my car any damage (which it could have messed with my alternator, but it didn t) however I wanted to share the concern I have for someone else That could possibly experience the same thing. Just wanted to share so this does not happen to someone else and so that the workers that you have are doing their job properly.

Not from here from Florida the manager was very rude wouldn't let me change a part In the parking lot she told me we won't have that and also wouldn't help me or allow me to use the power outlet just needed a little help that's all we will never come back here

I went in to get assorted parts for my car and immediately I was assisted by a young man named Rafael. He was very nice and helped me to get the parts I need in a relatively quick amount of time. Will definitely continue to go to this autozone instead of the one on robert's ave.

Most auto zones are the same and I have come to appreciate the consistent service. Me and my mechanic flew in to the airport and having no tools with us drove a rental car over to pick up some tools so we could get our motorhome ready to drive back. Autozone had everything we needed at the consistent fair price you learn to enjoy from an AutoZone. They were able to look up my account from North Carolina all the way to Arkansas. Gave me the discount that I usually receive with my commercial account and I went on my way. Thanks for the good service

My last experience here wasn't the best. Partially my fault but if the staff was more concerned with helping me, we could have resolved my problem without me standing inside of the store for over an hour and my part wasnt even coming there. Very frustrating.

Employee Rasheed and owner Mitchell were amazing I was stuck out here after my timeing belt broke and I waited for someone to get my part I payed for they stayed a little bit after just to alow the person to pic my part up there courtesy was amazing and they were very helpful there a sure to go to and deal with auto zone I recommend there service when I move to lumberton nc

Purchased an Ac Delco battery from the West Fifth Street Auto Zone store in Lumberton NC for my son's car. The battery failed I brought it in they tested it and determined it needed replacing. No questions asked got home and installed it and he was eager to get back on the road seeing as he just got licensed to drive his hand me down 2004 Honda Accord!

If you buy a car cover make sure it fits before you open it. They will not take it back if you can not get the item back in the box.
