I went to Allen's garage to receive an alignment for the front wheels of my car. Overall the best price around. YES, there work CAN be trusted. Unlike other shops down the road. You know you will drive off satisfied from Allen's garage and alignment.

We were really satisfied customers up until this last time. In the course of misdiagnosis, sending it back to me when it wasn't fixed, charging me more to fix it, sending it to a second place, what could have been fixed can't. Because of them sending me home with it not being fixed it made another worse problem. It was only the timing but it wasn't fixed right the first time. By the time he tried to fix it right the second time it was too late because in between when it made a loud pop and wouldn't start back up at that point (previously no problem starting it at all) something in the motor (the heads) need to be fixed or replaced now. $631 later my car is worse than when I first took it there.

Don't do what they say have taken 4 different vehicles .to have fixed and work was not completed . But still want to be paid for something they did not do . Shop is only good for oil changes and simple repairs ..

Im from Ga and had car issues..took it in and within 2 minutes of driving it "Dr. PHIL and the problem solved and i was on my way within 15 minutes..awesome place and very awesome people ..
